Western Auto Body me out on a previous insurance claim. They were professional from start to finish and I will continue to use their services in the future. Veronica in the Office is beyond professional and the owner Mike was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Meh. Lots of issues getting accurate estimate and paying for the whole job. Pluses: Friendly staff; knowledgeable installers; free loaner vehicle for non-insurance paid work. Minuses: estimate was highly inaccurate and cost was 2.5 times the estimate; be aware of 3% service fee for use of a credit card for payment. (The owner says there is a sign stating this in their office; be sure to look for it because I didn't see it.) Communication about delays and pick-up times could be better. Plus/Minus, depending on who's paying the bill: they do a nice job detailing the car inside and out. If you're paying out of pocket, you will be paying for the time and materials for someone to do this for you. Owner told me that they don't charge for this service, but they paid someone to do it and paid for materials, so it's the customer who pays it in the end. That's the way business works.

We pulled into Sichel's Auto Body unannounced just before closing on Sep 12 driving a rental vehicle. We were involved in a minor parking lot mishap a day earlier causing a small dent and bendout on the passenger door. Mike, the manager was incredibly pleasant to deal with and once observing the damage called for his main guy to come out and repair the car free of charge. It took only a matter of maybe 5-10 minutes but saved us untold problems dealing with the rental car company and insurance. When the work was done it appeared good as new and after showing our appreciation for their kindness, we were on our way to enjoy the rest of a great vacation.Would highly recommend these guys anytime you need great work done on your vehicle as they are very competent, professional, and kind to strangers pulling in to get help with life's dents and dings.

I came to Sichel's Auto Body for work on my 350Z. My neighbor had backed into my car, and the bumper was damaged, and a headlight cracked.Mike was very courteous and polite, even though we came by almost at close. He continued to be friendly and helpful, even while we stopped by almost daily to check on things, and even after we asked for additional work on side projects. The rest of their staff was also helpful, and nobody seemed to mind our constant presence.Mike was able to work with the insurance company to get me the best deal that he could.I will always recommend them for any repair work. Hopefully, I won't need any more repairs done for my car, but here's where I'll go if I do.

These guys are the greatest. Unfortunately, my wife and I have been in for 3 repairs in the last five years and the staff are just so helpful, friendly and competent. Really makes for a low stress experience.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

IF YOU ARE A VENDOR DO NOT WORK WITH THIS SHOP ,ABSOLUTLY DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO THEM , THEY ONLY WANT YOUR INVOICE . THEY WILL DAMAGE/BREAK YOUR PART AND SEND IT BACK

I have twice taken my Honda Fit to Sichels Auto Body, and twice I have been more than delighted with the service and quality work I have received there. General Manager Michael Miserlian is one of the most pleasant people to deal with, and the entire staff knows their stuff.Paint matching has been perfect both times. You could not tell that the vehicle was in an accident or had any work done at all. There were no drips or visible spray marks.I also liked that Sichels managed all the insurance-related contacts and paperwork. I didn t have to do anything except take my car in. The only surprise was when I got the car back that they had detailed it throughout. I had not seen my car that clean for years what a treat!It was like I had a new car. Between the work quality, professional service and extra mile, I would not hesitate to recommend Sichels. This shop clearly deserves the 5-star rating they already have elsewhere on the Internet.

My poor vehicle fell victim to someone backing out of a parking spot and not paying attention. ....I never had to have a dent pulled/repaired before , and there are SO MANY places being advertised on the internet.What's a girl to do? I asked a good friend of mine for a recommendation, and he referred me to Sichels. They not only got me in the same day, they were so fast and friendly I was immediately at ease with the whole process.AND while I was in the waiting area, I overheard and observed two other ladies seemingly at ease and pleased with the service they were getting. They even complimented the nice young lady behind the desk on her excellent customer service!I am so thankful my friend referred me to Sichels, and I highly recommend them now as well.Fast, friendly and honest....just what we need when we are already stressed!

First thing they told me that I have to file a insurance claim and when I told him no they told me was gonna be 10 grand and I should file an insurance claim I took it to a different autobody shop and got a great job for two grand these guys are rip off artist It was a minor bumper scratch
