Wayne and sons has been a fantastic repair shop for us. They are honest, and they stick to their estimates. Great communication as well. We have a Motorhome and they have been our one-stop-shop for all the necessary repairs and upgrades that we had in mind. I also had a small SUV that they were able to take on the same day that I called last minute after the Transmision light went on and they were able to diagnose/solve the issue and identify other issues with it that needed addressing. Happy to support a local, honest business.

Very very pleased with the service I received from Wayne and Sons Automotive. Beautiful shop, so organized and clean you could eat off the floor! Everyone there was really nice. Felt like all on the very much up and up, which for a single woman getting car repaired, is not always the case. Cant say enough good things about this place and people who work there.The total came in below their original estimate. Wow. They did everything I asked. Contacted me to get authorization for a change. Tested the new brakes they installed before returning the car to me.

The entire Crew, mechanics, office staff are all great people. They did a terrific job rehabilitating the three (3) battery system in the "house" portion of our Mercedes Roadtrek camper van.

I needed a major repair done on my 2006 Mustang involving the head; Wayne & Son's delivered above and beyond completing the job as well as fixing other things along the way. The work was completed to a high standard and on time, despite their shop being so busy, they were even able to send one of my body panels to the paint shop on the house! The service write Jacob was quick to inform me of job updates and upheld solid customer service throughout the entire ordeal. My ride has been hassle free for months+ since the work was done. Wayne and Son's is a shop you can trust with a big job.

I had my truck break down a day before leaving on a camping trip. These guys were able to get it in,diagnose it and repair it in one day and I was still able to use it to go camping. The other thing that was great was they communicated with me during the day to give me updates on the progress and explain to me what needed to be repaired and why. Super great experience.

Spent $1500 on a breathalyzer thing for the ignition, then in week my car got towed when I wasn't home and Santa Rosa Police have no idea when it went to another yard.

I bit off more than I could chew working on my trucks front suspension. I have had terrible experiences with every shop I have used around here...until now. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. That's huge. They got it done sooner than expected and Wayne saw that I needed a couple extra things to be safe on the road with the kids in the car and hooked it up, no extra charge. They make you feel comfortable, hell, they made me want to work there. I'll be back and I hope that if you're reading this, just know. Your search is over. Very nice and professional staff! Transparent about costs and timing. A year ago they had to replace my engine and fought with my warranty to make sure I wasn't having to pay more than I should have to out of pocket. Then now had another issue and they got my car in right away. Very quick and felt so comfortable leaving my vehicle with them. I appreciate how friendly and knowledgeable to staff is! I was traveling through with a class C RV that I had rented and I needed to get an oil change due to the mileage hitting 5000. Jacob and Wayne got us into their busy schedule and was able to complete the service even though they are very busy. They wanted to help us out and did in a big way. Greatly appreciated as this made a small bump in our vacation instead of being a big problem. I highly recommend their shop and by the looks of all the nice vehicles coming in that they service and also how busy they are with awards of best shop in Santa Rosa, etc, I think they are well worth seeking out for service. My well loved 23 year old mustang broke down half way between Eureka and Santa Rosa. On the advice of the AAA driver, I took it to Wayne & Sons. I m sure they weren t super excited about a random person leaving their car with them and going home (4 hours north), but they got me in and they were amazing and made a stressful situation much easier. Great communication, I definitely was not overcharged, and they even called my shop at home to find out about the car s service history. I just got home and she drives like a dream! Thank you! I highly recommend this awesome shop of kind, honest, professional, Mustang lovers!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Most professional, best truck shop I've ever been to. Broke down on the 101 and was in a pinch. These guys made time to fix my vehicle up quickly and fairly, very proper, with the most professional service I've ever had on my truck in 5 years! I wish I could stay and get more work done with them but I have to keep driving through... I trust them more than any shop I've been at so far. Special thanks to Brett, one of Wayne's sons who was running the operation when I was there

Excellent service. Very thorough honest and fair. Absolutely would recommend and will be returning here if I need repairs done in the future. These guys will take care of all your needs. Everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. The first time I met Wayne he gave me a ride home all the way across town and far out of his way when I was about to ride my bike. Another time arranged a ride for me when I was in a tough spot. You will not regret taking your car to this shop. Thank you so much Wayne and Son s for fixing my jeep!!

Wayne & Sons is my go to auto mechanic. They are highly trained. Will work on gas, diesel, foreign, domestic, new, old, EV's, classic, show room, hot rods, motorcycles, RV's, etc. Love these guys. Always accommodating and professional.

Working in the auto industry I ve seen it all. The good, the bad, the thieves and the hero s. The guys at Wayne and Sons in Santa Rosa is exactly what a repair facility should be. Honest, intelligent good people with big hearts. Having car issues, especially in todays economic landscape can be a terrifying thing. These guys not only show how adept they are at resolving issues with your vehicle, but they do so with humanity. Have issues with your car? I HIGHLY recommend you ask for Jacob and see if he can help. These guys are good, fast and HONEST people. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Real stand up guys. I brought my old Bonneville here because their mechanic Mike is a Pontiac wizard. There turned out to be an issue during repairs, and Wayne personally went above and beyond to fix it at great cost to himself. I plan to continue doing business with these really honest and talented folks. Your car will be done properly and with integrity and respect.

I decided to make a grand journey from CT to FL to CA. The car did just fine. I spent a couple days in Santa Rosa and was in need of an oil change, transmission flush, etc. I brought my car to Wayne and Sons and the work they did was commendable. They are timely, honest, outgoing, and committed to helping their customers. I strongly recommend them.

I would never recommend these guys to anyone. I've never left a bad review for any business but in this case I have no choice. Long story short they had my truck for 3 weeks for repairs that should have taken half a week at most. Constant miscommunication and excuse giving. That's probably the worst part is everything was an excuse. They even used the excuse the phone wouldn't stop ringing as to why it took so long. After all was said and done I spent $2300 to get my vehicle back in worse condition then it went in with. I brought it in for steering work, timing adjustment and transmission fluid and filter change. $2300 later I can't drive over 45 without the truck pulling all over the place. They charged me for timing the carburetor. It still would stall for the first 5 min in the morning. I asked why and they said they couldn't time it because a screw was missing. Ok, why did you charge me? One day after getting my truck back I go to take it out and it won't shift into gear. No reverse, nothing. They did a transmission service and say they had nothing to do with it. It's been 2 weeks and I can't drive my truck. I have to have it towed somewhere where they know what they're doing. I wouldn't let these guys anywhere near my truck even if they offered to fix it for free. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO TO THESE GUYS!!!

Amazing customer service ! Really loved the way they took the time to explain to us all of our options with patience and care . No other mechanic wanted to work on our issue with our sun roof .Wayne and sons said no job is too big or too small! Will be coming back.

Wayne and Son's is fantastic. We were fortunate enough to find Wayne from doing some online research, and I can confirm that the 5 star reviews are accurate.We were stranded in Santa Rosa with nowhere to turn and took a chance getting towed to Wayne & Son's. I explained that we broke down, needed to get back to Arizona ASAP, and he dove right in to the diagnostics of the problem.He made room for us in his schedule and got us back on the road the same day. Wayne was so thorough he even was able to tackle a few other repairs on this visit. I would recommend Wayne to anyone with or without an RV. If he were in Arizona I would take all my vehicles to Wayne.Thanks for keeping us safe and on the road.

Saved us over $4000. So my sister in law took her 15-year old Subaru into a local specialist when her car consistently bucked when starting from a stop. They told her she needed: head gasket replacement, new brakes, new brake lines, new tires and radiator for a total bill of $6000. She is retired so this was a shock.She called me for advice; I told her to go to Wayne & Sons for a second opinion. He fixed the car for $1800 and it runs fine. No head gasket replacement. No new brakes. No new brake lines. No new tires. Tune-up Yes. New radiator, Yes. A couple of other things.In a few months, he told her there a some other items that will need attention for a total of about $1300.Wayne comes through again.

Found Wayne and Sons after the dealer could not get my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for over a week, but here they were able to get it in and fix the issue the same day I called! Recently, my car has been having a mystery problem that no one seems to be able to diagnose and/or fix, but Wayne is sticking with it and I am confident that he will get it solved. So happy that we found this shop and now have an honest and dependable place to take our vehicles.

Top notch service. Their attention to detail and customer service is stellar. They walked me through everything, rather than just threw a bunch of terms that I would not understand at me. I had taken my Volvo to the dealership and they did substandard job. Not these guys, they put the car up on the lift and showed me how things function and how mine was in need of work. They also don't charge you for inspection if you get the work done with them, which is awesome, as the dealer charges you either way. They are a family team, and I will take my Volvo nowhere else from now on.

Amazing customer service!! I took my wife's 2016 lexus 200t in for warranty work because they were one of the approved shops on the list I had. The rental car company dropped the ball so the owners wife personally drove my wife to work in Rincoln valley and picked her back up because they got the job done in the same day!! All of this at NO CHARGE to us!! I am a auto tech myself and checked there work and they did a GREAT job!! Only reason I didn't do it myself because it was under warranty. VERY impressed and would highly recommend this shop!!

Wayne and Son's, thank you so much for taking care of my truck. You all were professional and service was impeccable. My truck runs great and the information on the nation wide warranty made my heart smile. I will be seeing you all in about a month for a check up before I get on the road back to Texas. Again, thank you so much!!!!! And GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!
