Everyone I spoke with about my garage door opener installation was incredibly polite and very informative, answered all my questions. Installation was fast, easy, thorough, and professional. Love the functionality of my new garage door opener, and it works great! I have also had them out before to replace a broken spring on my garage door. That also was fast, easy, and professionally done. Feels like reasonable prices, too. I would 100% recommend Turbo Garage Door

I called this morning for a service call on an old garage door that I had and Vinny was able to service it within a few hours. So this might sound a bit hyperbolic but I have to thank Turbo GD not only for a great job done but also for potentially saving my house and even my life! Jack came out because I was having a problem with a door not closing. He was in the garage for about 5 seconds before recognizing the source of the problem, which was the previous install had the cable running over and cutting through, an 11kW electrical conduit.It was already half way through. If he had not spotted this, the cable would have cut into the conductors and made anything metal attached to it live at 220V. So many thanks, Jack and TGD!He installed two new openers perfectly, on time and at the expected cost. Mch better functionality than the old openers and SOOO much quieter! Really glad to have used them and would highly recommend them.

After our garage door spring failed on a Saturday afternoon, I contacted Turbo Garage Door Showroom via their website. I had a phone call in response almost immediately. They scheduled a repair visit for first thing Monday. They arrived promptly and got our door back in operation very quickly, efficiently, and for a very reasonable price.

A spring broke on our garage door and I couldn t lift it to get the car out. Vinny from Turbo Garage was able to come out within a few hours of calling even though it was Friday afternoon. He was friendly and professional and he fixed the garage door quickly. Price was very reasonably too. Thank you!

Had a routine maintenance done for our squeaky garage door. Jack was the technician who came out, he was exactly on time, professional, and explained everything he noticed on why it was making noise. He gave me some good tips on what to keep an eye on myself, between maintenance calls. Jack knew so much about garage doors I had to ask how long he s been doing this 29 years! Money well spent, our garage door is much improved, no more creaking and squeaking.

One of the springs of our garage door broke unexpectedly. We called Turbo Garage Door and the technician came that same day to take a look at the problem and were back the following day to repair our door. They even made sure to weigh our door to make sure the correct spring size was installed as they noticed the previous spring on our garage door seemed to be smaller for the weight of the door, which it was. They did an excellent job and were very efficient! We were very pleased with the service we received and the fast turnaround!

I was very impressed by the service I received from Turbo Garage Door. Jack, the service repquickly diagnosed the problem with our garage door opener and gave me the repair options. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. decided to have the old unit replaced, and the work was done quickly. I can highly recommend this company.

My garage door springs broke and I noticed the cables and rollers were shot as well. I called Turbo and they came out within a few hours to look at my door. Much to my pleasant surprise they were able to fix everything on the same visit after I accepted their cost estimate, and they completed all repairs in less than two hours. Now my door works like a champ, and it runs smoothly and quietly.

It s scary to go out to your car and not have the automatic garage door be able to open! Luckily, I Was able to open it by hand with some strength, and then I googled automatic, garage, door repair santa rosa and Turbo Garage Door came up. So glad I called! They were able to send a wonderful technician, Jack, within a few hours, and he was very knowledgeable and honest about my problem. He fixed the initial motor problem within a minute and then looked at the door and saw several issues with it, bent, old rollers, missing hardware, etc. He repaired it, added a strut for strengthening, and a few other things. It ended up costing me $625 and I believe saved me thousands. Thank you.

My garage door was making a loud noise every time it opened. Then the steel arm from the opener chain connection to the door ripped out of the door bracket. Turbo arranged for Diego, their technician, to come the following day. Diego was prompt, polite, and professional. He analyzed the problem as the door scraping on the garage door header board. He replaced the damaged mounting plate on the door with a stronger unit, pointing out the improper use of material by the door installer. He then carefully adjusted the door opening, and then lubricated all the rollers and springs. A great relief to get it fixed so soon, and a job well done.

Jack was brilliant and soon tracked down the problem with a possible mother board on its way out. Very happy with the service we received and with all running ok now, we trust that the board in our Liftmaster will keep us problem free for a few more years.

The technician who came out to service our broken garage door was friendly and professional. He was honest and gave me options to do the repair job. I appreciated it.
