Great job. Quick and easy. Clean, safe, the staff is friendly and helpful. You can talk to someone of do everything online. I highly recommend SpringWorks for your alignment needs.

I ve personally done a lot of work on suspension on my and my friends vehicles and I always bring the vehicle in to spring works right away for an alignment and to check over any lose ends. I ve order after market parts through spring works and even had them instal HD suspension components when I didn t have time to do the work my self and they always come through, get the work done on time and the right way. I also really like how they always have a very detailed receipt with everything that was ordered, worked on, and numbers showing you what was actually done so there is never any guessing if a shop really did work or not. I would 10/10 recommend anyone to take their vehicles here for any suspension needs, there is a very skilled and friendly staff always ready to help.

Not a clean shop in a very bad area.Could not repair my RV springs, but did give me a great recommendation to take it to Betts heavy duty truck and spring and they fixed all my issues.I have an older Fleetwood Bounder and it will drive better than new

Came in for an alignment and they told me they couldn't due to work suspension components. They sent me a multi vehicle inspection with several detailed pictures and videos showing me exactly where the components were worn. One of the best shops I've been to without a doubt

no one to talk to. makes you deal with menu only to tell you to go online. I have a 4door long bed truck that won't fit on most alignment racks. they're the closest shop but if I can't talk to someone I'll take my business elsewhere

Spring Works did an outstanding job on my Toyota. I needed a wheel alignment done after purchasing some new rubber. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to move forward with the alignment as my car needed new struts and boots.Ken was very helpful and communicative from start to finish. He was able to get two guys to work on my car getting my son and I outta there in 2 hours when the job was estimated to be 3 hours. In addition, Ken also reached out days later to make sure I was satisfied with the work done and if there were any issues or concerns I may have had. I had none. Can t say many businesses follow up with this kinda customer service. I was tickled pink to say the least. My husband and I took our 35' travel trailer to Spring Works to get an inspection and have general maintenance done to make sure everything was working as it should. We ended up needing our suspension, wheel bearings, and brakes worked on. My husband and I were expecting to not see our trailer for awhile, but they had it done the very next afternoon. We were impressed from the second we pulled in. As some may know, it can be rather difficult to maneuver a 35' trailer into a parking lot, but not for them! We watched them as they expertly backed our trailer into the spot during a busy Santa Rosa morning. We are so happy we took our trailer there and will definitely be returning if needed and referring people to them!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Brake service & repair

20 min late on appointment, they will turn you away.(was trying to call for 1 hour during commute no pickup, called 5 times)Should of realized I was being profiled on my spending/appointment history when he didn t offer to reschedule. I did use this shop as a very good alignment service provider. (They think I m just looking for repair-help/info apparently, which is not why I spent my hard earned monies here) I ve been there 10+times, 5 different cars. I ve been denied alignment services many times due to them finding a bushing here or there or other problem. I know I ve spent over $800/$1500 over the years but Heo says it s only been $50! Jinkies!I have caught (2) other alignment shops with SpringWorks help. These other two shops provided me an alignment with no comments & took my money. I then brought the car to SpringWorks didn t say a word and they explained to me why they couldn t align my car and explained what needed to be fixed. Good stuff!

Inherited a horse trailer that hadn t been serviced in over 20 years. Looked up trailer maintenance and was pleased and see that Spring Works offers full trailer service. I ve always taken my regular vehicles there for alignments and maintenance so it was nice to see a familiar name that I trust. The guys at Spring Works did a full inspection and sent me pictures of what was right and what was wrong with the trailer. They gave a detailed estimate, and once repairs were completed, they answered all my questions and helped me with trailer brake operations. We had a little shipping hiccup but the owner spent hours making sure my springs arrived on time...and they did. He is a pleasant fellow and reached out to me personally to make sure I knew what was going on and how he was solving the problem. Had a slew of front end suspension issues. Problem areas were diagnosed and fixed flawlessly at a reasonable price with dedicated time as apposed to a corporate auto shop that squeezes as many customers in as they can. All business is done touchless and texts are sent with detailed links to your diagnostic and status updates. These guys have been in business for a long time, 100 percent recommend and will be coming back for any other future issues should they arise.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I really appreciate the personal touch of Angelo at Spring Works, as well as the excellent, efficient and friendly staff service. Their price was really affordable, and they were very quick ( less than an hour). They even left me a cool, easy to understand graphic that showed the percentages of the alignment sections before and after adjustment. Their contactless service during this crazy pandemic was much appreciated, and just goes to show their commitment to their staff and customers wellbeing.I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends, and will visit them again the next time that I need help with my vehicle.Service: Wheel alignment

Couldnt find a place to give me a good alignment, having plenty of issues. After all the good reviews I heading over there, over an hour drive.Shop was spotless, office was spic and span. After about an hour, I received a detailed expalantion of what was required to get my car 'aligned'. They provided videos showing and detailing the parts that were needed to get my car back to specs. Total transparency, cant argue with a video.Staff members were friendly and informative.Highly recommend this shop. Didnt feel that 'give me your wallet' with these guys. A honest shop. Yes honest, hard to believe, but its true.

Spring Works did excellent work on my GTI. They not only corrected the issue that was caused by a bad install from another shop, they first suggested that I try to get the initial shop to warranty their work instead. Integrity and professionalism, not to mention great mechanical work. Thanks again!

The first time I went to Sring Works was in 2015 to install AMP Power Steps and a leveling kit on my 2015 GMC crew cab. They did a fantastic job and answered all my questions and were very personable and friendly. I recently decided to install air bags on my rear springs to help stabilize my truck with heavy loads. After having such a great first experience with them, I didn't even bother calling around for bids. I will only have them work on my truck, and the quality of work was again top notch. The friendly, through service with genuine hospitality was very refreshing. And their pricing is in line with the market; even though I would pay more for the quality of work, peace of mind that it's being done right the first time, and the service they provide.

These guys are great. This is the second truck I ve had in their shop and both times the work was excellent. Leo and his crew know suspensions and convey options in easily understood terms. The work was done on time and the waiting area has laptops available! They even will call Uber if you need a ride.

Spring Works installed a lift on my 2019 F-150 and I could not be happier with the service and follow up. I called to get pricing and ended up getting all the information I needed. Every person at this establishment is very professional and knew their stuff. Spring Works was recommended to me by America s Discount Tire on Cleveland Ave. I was a little leery of using a new automotive provider.I was treated with respect and I was never dismissed or talked down to. Everything was explain throughly and as it ended up I did need some work that I originally was not aware of. They worked with me to let me know what were the most important items that needed taking care of since I couldn t afford to have all the work done at once. There was no pressure from them to get all of the work done now. Leo went way beyond for me and my truck. I bought it used and found big problems. Leo got all the details organized and convinced the dealers to cover the cost. Who takes the time to save a new customer money? Leo told me not to worry, he would get it all worked out and he delivered, plus the repairs are great, my truck is awesome now.

These guys are the most friendly, reliable and honest mechanics in the business of suspension specialists. I have gone to these guys time and time again. They know their stuff. And i'll say it again. Honest. I have had some horrible experiences in regards to the mechanic industry and its so good to know these guys exist. I actually drive an hour and a half out of my way to go see these guys cause i have a hard time trusting anyone else to do quality service on my diesel truck. Extremely thankful for their service.

Great service this is the second car I brought them this week and they have done a wonderful job. They are prompt and do quick work with good quality. Not that it is a bother to wait here, the customer waiting area has plenty of space, snacks, coffe, tea or bottled water and not only do they have free WiFi but they have Laptops available for customers waiting. They even have an arts/activity area for children!
