A trailer ran over some debris and shot it out at my car, breaking my window and doing damage under the car. I'm new to the area and took the car here after reading great reviews on Google. They were amazing. Excellent customer service and the fixed my car to brand new with OEM parts! Highly recommend!

I had a very good experience. I came in there looking for a paint job and the owner helped me find an affordable price that suited me. He was honest about certain applications that made me make the correct choice. Paint looks amazing and I would recommend.

This will be my second vehicle painted with the folks at Sonoma County Collision Repair. Where do I start Scott the owner fantastic gentleman and I really appreciate everything he did for my wife's 2008 Honda Accord. Normally I would not pay to get this old of a car repainted but it only had $54,000 mi on it and the wife loves it. I am a disabled veteran so money has been a little tight for us. So I started looking around for a good deal and thank God I found Scott. This is a family-owned business and it's been around for about 35 years. Scott was able to give me a price that was definitely good for My wife and I. Not only did he paint the car but fixed the rubber in the windows and the front headlight that was broken and polished up the other one so they both look brand new. I was amazed at the look of the vehicle when we saw it after it was done it looked brand spanking new. My wife couldn't wait to show off the vehicle until everybody who did the work. I would tell any of you if you need work done definitely call Sonoma county collision and speak with Scott or one of the other family members there I guarantee you will be treated just like family. Again this is a wonderful place and they will never be forgotten I will make sure anytime I need work or any friend needs work I will send them here.

I had a great experience with SC Collision. Family run biz with Scott and his daughter Lauren. My SUV was in dire need of a paint job due to peeling clear coat, scratches, dents and faded black trim. I got the single stage paint to save $$ since it was out of pocket. I was concerned about the quality of the paint wihout clear coat but it turned out fantastic! There is some "orange peel" at certain angles (to be expected with single stage) but overally it looks awesome -- with great gloss too. This option saved me thousands and I still get a 4 year warranty. Also the faded black trim was painted and looks 100x better.I had an issue with the roof rack moldings coming loose afterwards but Ken ordered new ones at no cost to me. They stand behind their work and want the customer to be happy. I highly recommend this body shop for their great work and friendly people.Service: Painting

Sonoma county collison did an amazing job with my wrx..I came in with extensive front end damage from being side swiped they returned it to me with about a week , and it was even better than new I ll definitely be using these guys for any body or collison work from now on !!

We did a clear coat repair and we received a beautiful paint job on my 2004 Honda CRV, Quick estimate car was ready in four days, Good Service, I would do business again. I was lucky to find Sonoma County Collision Repair. I stopped for an estimate and met owner Scott (Retired). The shop is large, clean, good house keeping. I didn't go anywhere else for an estimate. I could tell I was at a good body shop run by a good person, father and his daughters. I wish I had more cars for Scott to paint. The service was great. The paint job is still great. Just uploaded picsUpdate Sonoma County Collision is having a sale on repainting services, just sayin', I saved on my Toyota Tacoma, and my Tacoma looks great, sometimes I'm lucky. What I liked is Sonoma County Collision allowed me to drop in when I wanted. Of course I would check in with the office and let them know who I am again, later not so much, but I still checked in, out of respect, you should too. My 2008 Toyota Tacoma pickup needed a paint job - faded and flaking roof paint and the hood was showing metal in a couple of places. We opted to completely repaint the truck. Scott and Lauren, the owners, took excellent care of me: very competitive pricing, they used original Toyota red color paint, two coat process, and repainted bumpers, grill and restored the headlights. Looks like new ! And they threw in a loaner car for the 8 days it took to do the job. Very happy with the results !Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Sonoma County Collision Repair is a great company to do business with. All of the employees I interfaced with were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They also have a sense of humor. Full disclosure: never talked to them because the dealer chose to use them. I ordered a brand new vehicle, and from the factory, the car's paint came with flaws. The dealership took the vehicle to this place unbeknownst to me. After almost two weeks, I get the vehicle back, and the paint job in those few spots looked like it was re-done, but as though it had been poked with a needle, meaning the paint didn't adhere correctly somehow, so they had to re-do it. After a few weeks back, it was fixed and looked great, but somehow some interior pieces were all scratched up, seatbelt cover piece missing, brand new tint was scratched, and dual front chin splitters were scratched on top as if something was dropped on it. Good thing I had before pictures to show these were not there before because this shop said it was pre-existing but the dealership stepped up and made the corrections. If you love your car, look elsewhere.

I've been recommending Sonoma County Collision to friends, family and business associates for more years than I can remember, dating from back before their name change. I have yet to hear of anything but surprise and delight at the quality of the work and the professional but extremely warm and friendly customer service. In my professional capacity, I have inspected a great deal of their work over the course of many years, which is why I can so heartily recommend them as I do. Their excellent reputation for quality and timeliness is richly deserved.This time, it was one of my personal vehicles needing work. I expected no less than the quality and professionalism observed in the past, and I have not been disappointed in any way. They performed a difficult job in superlative fashion. Next up will be my wife's vehicle. After seeing how beautifully my car turned out, she is very excited at the prospect of getting a similar treatment for her own car.So to all of you that read this, by all means have Sonoma County Collision do what's required to restore your vehicle to a state of attractive functionality, but please don't give them so much business that they have no available time to work on my wife's car; she'd be devastated if these folks couldn't fit her into their schedule.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This place is awesome. Scott and his staff are professional and do an incredible job. I had my 73 Ford Bronco painted. It turned out incredible!! More then I could ever ask for. They kept me informed of the progress with pictures and phone calls. The price was super reasonable and it was done when they said it would be done. Take your vehicles somewhere else. These people give SUPER BAD customer service, very unprofessional, very rude, and aside from that all they want is your money. Went in there to ask some questions about a car repair, they weren t fully answering my questions and only questioned me about money while I was just trying to get information. Workers are all VERY RUDE, they NEED better customer service. Don t even deserve a star, very bad experience I had here I would recommend to go somewhere else where they will give you great customer service and fully answer you questions.

I am very impressed with this collision shop! I came here after getting rear-ended with my fairly new 18 Chevy Traverse. I was worried that the insurance company had under quoted the damage and the staff there was very knowledgeable and helped from beginning to end to make my experience seamless and without worry that the job would be done right and complete. I got my car back and not only does it look back in its perfect condition but the final detail inside and out made my car practically look brand new again. Love this place and that they are family owned. I would recommend anyone for any and all collision repairs!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The issue I had with my car was unique- rats getting into my engine and behind dashboard. They came up with a creative solution for abatement that is still working! Very satisfied. Also, I might mention that they were the 4th service repair place in Sonoma county that I went to for help. Family owned, great customer service, and actually helpful!
