They have great coffee machines but they don t clean them so they re selling burnt coffee and won t give a refund for it. Customer service is terrible and they have no idea what they re doing there. I won t spend money there again!

This place has the most terrible customer service in the business I went in at 5am needing to use the restroom hoping theirs would be clean or open upon walking in I wasn't even greeted nicely just asked very rudely from a cashier named Camilla what I wanted when asked politely from me if I could use the restroom the cashier said that they couldn't open the restrooms that they were closed from 2am to 7am the biggest question is does it take 5 hrs to clean a restroom seems very wrong to deny someone something when it states on the website you are open 24 hrs especially if you are a gas station advertising your open 24/7

I dropped my wallet somewhere in this store (Loop) next to the gas pumps at around noon. I realized in the afternoon that I lost it somewhere in my day. I retraced my steps and wound up back at this Shell Station at 6pm. And the employees behind the counter had my wallet!!!! I was so joyful. I'm so happy they cared enough to hang onto it for me. :)

Good location , clean and great service ! Gas , Food , car wash , propane they have what you may be looking for ..... 24 hrs a day

All for hiring minorities but if they can t understand numbers or basic English commands they shouldn t be working a counter. Get them to clean restrooms. This is a huge problem in this area.

This gas station is very convenient for me . It's on the way to.work of and on Hwy 12.It also has a carwash which I also use a lot.After finished filling the tank you should.get a receipt with the code for the car wash. The receipt paper is always empty and you need.to go in the store and wait until you get the receipt.I ecplained to several clerks over the time that it is pretty annoying and they should refill the receipt paper.Today again no paper, told the clerk, they couldn't figure out on the computer what's my amount. After telling them they should refill the receipt paper a regular base so that won't happen. The lady behind the counter replied rude to me that I should relax. It is not the cheapest gas station, lazy rude clerks, just convenient located for me

Service was quick, friendly, and efficient. I always give the person a couple dollars for there time and trouble. I think more people should seeing as they are putting there life to give me a service.

Horrible service. I had to go three separate times to get propane because staff was lazy to go out. Unreliable and their excuses changed every time. If you're going to get propane at this location you're better off making your own.

I went today to fill up my gas tank with $40 and 20 min later I see my tank and it's already at half a tank!!! I usually go to a different gas station and the gas last me at least 5 to 6 days not 20 min. This is ridiculous and when I called to complain they said this gas is the same as chevron gas... Ummm no it's not I've gone to a chevron gas station and it last me more than 20 min of driving... unacceptable Shells

This place is absolutely terrible, every time I m there, the signs is on the hot dam door be back in 15-20min. Get some more staff!

Shell sells propane. You can switch out the 5 gallon tanks and get the 7 gallon tanks refilled too or the 5 gallon tanks.
