I was referred to them from my car detailer. Their team truly cares about their customers, which is pretty difficult to come by now days... you usually have to be related or part of the friend circle to get the type of treatment I got here. On top of that they did an amazing job on installation. I have a Tesla and that is a lot of window real estate, so harder to get right. Would highly recommend them. We just had our 2024 VW Atlas in for Ceramic Coating. It looks amazing! I didn't realize at the time that they had moved locations and we had taken 2 of our previous vehicles to SRWT for window tint! Bobby is great, and takes pride in his work which obviously shows. Very friendly as is the rest of the staff and took the time to explain the process and aftercare of the vehicle. Taking the Atlas back next week for window tinting. Can't recommend enough.

Amazing Customer Service and Even Better People!My wife wanted to surprise me and have my windows redone. I had a tint that was bubbling after nearly 7 years. With this being my car, she involved me in the process.We went to a well-known, well respected tint shop in Santa Rosa that was recommended and received a quote for a ceramic heat reducing tint. It was a fair price and I was satisfied. My wife on the other hand wanted to get 2 additional quotes.As we started heading to North Santa Rosa to another shop, we ended up changing course to Santa Rosa Window Tint (SRWT) because it was closer and then we would head to North Santa Rosa to another spot.We pulled up and my wife walked inside and quickly out came Casey and Dione (apologize if I misspelled it). They were an instant pleasure. I showed Casey my dilemma while my wife spoke to Dione about the project. Casey brought out the different shades and held them up to my car and discussed options for removing the tint. We then went inside and got a demonstration of the heat reducing tint. The great thing was they didn't try to up-sale any product. They listened to my desires and found the best match for our budget and at an unbeatable price. Our conversation carried for another 20 minutes at least. I had no desire to go to any other destination for a quote at that point.I was quickly scheduled and my car was re-tinted. When I came to pick up my car, I met the owner, Bobby. I explained the great customer service and interaction I had with Casey and Dione and how that was the reason they earned our business. My wife and were not just another customer or number, we were people.SRWT isn't just a business that is out to make a profit and up-sale you items you do not need. They truly care about their customers because that is repeat business and word of mouth. They do not sell tint, they sell themselves. That is refreshing in this consumerism environment.They have earned my business and more importantly my trust. I will be bringing my daughter's car and my wife's to be done when needed.If you are considering getting tint to block out and reduce this Northern California sun (brutal on your interior), then please stop by to see these amazing folks. Just get a quote, it will not cost you anything but a few moments of your time. Give them a chance to earn your business.

I have used this place before with my first car. Now that I own my own vehicle which is a 2022 Honda Civic. I was getting quotes from different places trying to find the best price and quality and within 10 min of submitting a quote application on their website. I get a phone call from Hannah that is the front desk worker. She offered to get me in quick even though they were booked through September. They were all friendly and very professional and did an amazing job! Working in customer service, I know exactly how a customer should be treated and they exceeded my expectations with customer service overall! If you are looking to get your windows on your vehicle tinted, regardless of price. The quality of the work and people are worth the price! Awesome customer service and extremely knowledgeable about their products! Very friendly. Get your windows tinted here! I got 20% ceramic done on my passenger and rear window on my MX-5 Miata. Perfect tint percentage! I'm very happy with the outcome. Thank you!

I have come here a few times to do a few cars I have had in the past! I work in the car business so anytime anyone asks where to go I always recommend this place. The reviews say it all can't go wrong when its 5 stars all the time.

Absolutely the best service and most personable staff I ve ever encountered. They took the time to talk to me afterwards and were incredibly friendly and kind. The front desk receptionist showed me an example vehicle to find exactly what I wanted.The tint looks immaculate, and I couldn t be happier. This shop is amazing! They took great care of my new car, had a nice place to wait with Wi-Fi so I could work while they were doing the tint, they were super nice and had plenty of options. The best friendliest customer service ever! We were passing by the area and needed our car tint removed. We called them around 4:30pm and they welcomed us in - they close at 5pm but said they'd stay later for us if needed. Once we arrived, they were just as friendly as on the phone. There's a cozy waiting room with leather couches and a fireplace which was an added bonus. Their work product was great and they were very efficient. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Bobby, Deion and the entire crew are amazing! When you initially see five stars with over ninety reviews you wonder how can that be possible. But after having my car ppf with their service. **Edit 2 years + on from install, the tint job is still going strong not a single flaw!** went with ceramic tint on all the windows and it looks and works great! Huge difference in temperature in the summer having the ceramic vs regular.So far great experience with SRWT and I haven t even gotten my windows tinted yet, haha.Called them up on my lunch break and the gentleman who answered took the time to thoroughly explain all the different kinds of window tint and their benefits. It s very rare to get that kind of service before someone becomes a customer these days. I have an appointment scheduled in a few days and if all the other reviews here are anything to go by, I m sure I ll love it.Will update with pictures and more after I get the work done :)

First: I am one of those that reads reviews, but rarely ever writes one. Why? Maybe if you can't say something nice...and all that.I needed some relief from the heat that my Natural Brown BMW's interior seems to create. Moreover, I wanted the interior (including occupants) to be saved from the ravaging effects of ultra-violet light. After reading some reviews, (there are several other tinters in SR with good reviews) I choose Santa Rosa window tint. A gut feeling really. Boy, am I glad I did! Even before they started their work they asked me lots of questions and took time to make sure that my goals were met. They finished the job sooner than they said they would and, most importantly, did an outstanding job. There are seemingly so many small businesses that are hopelessly mediocre. This is not one of them. My highest recommendations.Edit: (google won't let me write another review).A few months ago I had my 330i BMW windows tinted. Bobby and team were a pleasure to work with and did an outstanding job. I left a glowing review for that job, but I am compelled to write another review for some more recent work. So pleased was I with the window tinting work, I called and spoke with Bobby about getting some paint protection film done on my new-to-me M3. I was blown away by his encyclopedic knowledge of the whole film industry. I set up an appointment, dropped my car off, picked it up on a day they were closed (he accommodated me as I was coming from out of town), and, again, was floored by the perfectionist attention to detail. After I've had some weeks to wash the car and examine it more closely, my initial perception hasn't changed. Just top-notch work. If I had an �ber exoctic car I would take it to Santa Rosa Window Tint without hesitation. If I bought a new Honda or Chevy, my choice would be the same. Bobby and crew take immense pride in what they do and it shows.

Stop looking at reviews you found the place,10 out of 10 recommend!!Super friendly staff competetive pricing and quality work are hard to come by but this place checks all the boxes and some. They do Amazing work go see for yourself.

Santa Rosa Window Tint is the best place to go! The staff is extremely friendly and informative and their service is top notch! I called and they scheduled me for a next day window tint! They talked me through the process and even had plenty of displays with interactive uv and heat options to give me the best choice for my needs. I highly recommend this business! I called today when most shops are closed preparing for Christmas, they told me to come right over to look at my door paint protector (edge guard) that needed to be replaced on one door. Not only did Bobby look at it for me, he replaced it right on the spot within 10 minutes, completely Free! Just asked that I pay out forward, which I definitely will today! I've used Bobby for a number of years on different vehicles and the results/experience have always been second to none. He's very personable and professional, does outstanding work that he stands behind like no other, and uses the best quality product doing so while still being reasonably priced. My most recent tint job for him that he just completed was the most challenging vehicle I've brought him to date and he still knocked it out of the park! 10/10 I always refer him to anyone who asks and will continue to do so, as well as being a repeat customer for my next vehicle as well

Out of the 15+ window tinting places I called, SRWT was one of the only ones that was professional (they actually picked up the phone and were friendly) and had better pricing than most of the other tinting places. Needless to say I booked an appointment with them and am very happy with the service and results. I will definitely be coming back here if I need any more windows tinted and I suggest you do the same!Service: Decorative window tinting

Extremely friendly and professional. Nice clean shop, price was very fair and clearly communicated. The work performed and quality of material most importantly was highest quality. I found no blemishes, mistakes, or flaws and it completely transformed the look of my truck. Will be back.

Bobby is awesome. My ex got our car tinted here and i didnt like that he got the front lighter then the back i like all tint matching. So i called and got it redone at a great price. Its a friendly environment with great people. I live 2hours away and I definitely would recommend this shop to people where I live.

Bobby did an exceptional job on our car! Unfortunately that car was totaled in a car accident recently but the good news is that I found Bobby s info again and my Hisband and I don t have to worry about taking our replacement car somewhere else to get the tinting done. So many bad reviews out there. This place is great!!

We have taken 3 cars to to Bobby now. he's very personal and does a great job. Never had a problem with bubbles or peeling or any other sort of bad experience. I was looking for his number on Google maps to take our 4th car to him and thought I should leave a review. very meticulously, professional and fast.

These dudes are the dookie!!! I called in a jam and needed to get my windows tinted that day and they were able to squeeze me in. Made my day because it made my girls day. Car looks clean, they were as professional as could be, explained how to take care of them and informed me on everything I needed to know. They have a customer for life and any person I hear of needing window treatment will be sent there without hesitation! Seriously, they are that good.

Bobby did a fantastic job. No issues whatsoever. It's now been 3 months and there is no bubbling, no problems at all. I checked another place in Santa Rosa and they wouldn't even answer the phone or call back after leaving numerous messages. I've recommended Bobby to several people and at least 2 have gone there. they are both very happy also with the results.
