Kirk has worked on all my cars and is very professional and friendly. He helped out in several situations and his cost is the best I could find. I would highly recommended.

This review is in regards to Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics, and the mechanic who came onsite, Kirk. Called them for a mechnical issue with car. 3 different visits. Said problem was fixed each time. We were asked to give more money in advance so more parts could be purchased. We refused. Then we were ghosted. Over $2200 later, car was not repaired. Car was taken to another mechanic, where it was diagnosed with a faulty transmission. None of the work that Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics charged us for was done. This was confirmed by the next mechanic. Please check Yelp, and the Better Business Bureau before using Santa Rosa Mobile Mechanics.

We appreciated Kirk so much! He ended up helping us with many more car issues than we originally called for, and spent most of a Sunday getting us back on the road! He is very good at teaching and communicating with people about their car issues, and about the options they have. He's also very patient. We would recommend him to everyone!

Great experience! We were stuck in Santa Rosa with a bad alternator. Kirk came out on a Sunday and fixed it within an hour. And he gave us 10% off since we were new customers. Will definitely use him again next time we re in Santa Rosa!

Absolutely Unacceptable behavior. Would NEVER use him again or refer him to anyone in need. 'Started the Job took my engine apart & left my parts in the driveway and never came back' nuff said ...

The first time I used these guys was to set the valve lash on my 1970 c10, he did a thorough job and explained everything throughout the process. We called them up again recently about our 2002 E350 couple cylinders were misfiring and he was here to fix us up right away. Too top it off he even followed up the next day to make sure the van wasn t throwing anymore codes. Both times had been very reasonably priced and I highly recommend giving them a call!

Have been using them for the last year for all my needs. Extremely reliable, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. They have gave me road side services as well as amazing at communication. Could not recommend enough.

Definitely recommend this mechanic, I needed a new wheel bearing installed and couldn t remove a stripped bolt. He was able to come by that day and get the job done for me for a great price!
