Great experience at Santa Rosa Auto Body. After my car was hit a second time within a year, Patrick and the rest of the team at Santa Rosa Auto Body made me feel confident i left my car in good hands. This is the only autobody shop in Santa Rosa i let touch any of my cars. The communication, quality of output, and time of turnaround from drop off to pickup are all next level when you take your car to them.

Excellent and professional work. Have had them work on my cars multiple times, and all superb workmanship. As someone that takes very good care of his car, it's hard to find service that reflects the same attention to detail; but not with Santa Rosa Auto Body. I'll continue to take my cars for all auto body issues to them in the future. Patrick, the manager, was always extremely helpful and provided exceptional service. Thank you guys!

Took my car here after my first ever car accident and was immediately greeted by the friendliest staff who helped me with my claim and even called the car rental to come pick me up. The car got repaired in a timely manner and looks amazing. Definitely recommending this auto body to all my friends and family.

Patrick is the best! My car was in a hit & run accident and I came to Patrick with my insurance claim and banged up car. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and he had it ready for me Thursday afternoon! He was very thorough and walked me through all the steps. I picked up my "new" car to being cleaned perfectly AND detailed inside and out. He made my bad experience with the accident turn into a great one! I can't thank him & he crew enough. You are in good hands at Santa Rosa Auto Body!

After viewing bunch of 5-star reviews, went there for estimate to have whole car to be painted (no sanding, no primer coat, just paint it same color), man says they usually charge $6000.Who are you kidding ? I didn't get his name but this guy is like "Used-Car-Salesman". Unless you have insurance covered damage, stay away from this place. My experience is choose small one man operate shop.

There service is top notch. I was in an accident in Jan. They fixed my car. Made sure I got top quality parts and my car looks better than ever. Paint job matches so well you can tell the new from the original.

This is the BEST auto body shop I've ever worked with. They are fast, thorough and honest. They guarantee their work and honor that. Patrick is straightforward and friendly and an expert.

I was hit by someone who ran a red light last year and santa rosa auto body did an excellent job. You can't even tell i was hit. On top of the grear work the service was amazing. I would definitely go back if needed and would reccomend them to all. If you are looking for an exceptional job that comes with an unbelievable service and care sant rosa auto body is your place.

I went in with a simple question. I waited patiently for the woman to get off the phone. Once she got off the phone, I asked her my question and then she gave me a very brief and incomplete answer. Her phone rang again, and she answered and continued to talk with another customer on the phone, while I just stood there. There was no one else in the lobby but me, and I eventually left because she just stayed on the phone. One of the worst, rude and useless customer service I ve ever experienced.

Santa Rosa Auto Body did an awesome job repairing my 2008 Jeep Wrangler. The color matches perfectly...the lines are perfect...Big job completed fast...no issues! I wouldn't expect anything else from Santa Rosa Auto Body! Thanks Santa Rosa Auto BodyPS State Farm Sucks!! Poor communication! Slow payment!

not satisfied with service that was contracted out. Regarding this shops repairs I think it's okay just for repairing body work.
