Can't say enough good things about Dennis and his assistant Miguel. WE recently purchased a used RV and I had them come out to fix a stuck hydraulic leveler which they did super quick. I've since had them back to do some upgrades to the battery storage and repair/replace vent fan, skylight, service the slides. They do great work, quickly, stick to the estimate and... Here's the best part- Dennis is SUPER HONEST. He could have sold me on a $5k solar upgrade but he DID NOT- instead he showed me a much cheaper portable system to buy which was really cool!Very glad to have met and connected with them! They are my go to for coach repair and upgrades now!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Battery

Dennis and his partner are a great one-two team. Between them they have tons of knowledge and experience. They were able to diagnose the problem, order the correct part and install it! This happened with two separate issues to my RV.They are easy to connect with, courteous and very efficient. If you had to find a dependable RV repair person lately, you know you have to wait at least 3 months for and appointment! These guys get back to you within a business day and come to you as soon as they can in days, not months. Highly recommended!!Service: Electrical

On CA on assignment and needed work done. Had a breaker that would not stay on and was unable to use electricity for the hot-water heater, to make matters worst the propane would not stay on to heat the the tank. One breaker would fail resulting in the ability to use certain outlets. I didn't want to drive the RV to a shop. After some searching I decided on RV Repair Connection, hoping that I'd get a least decent service.Dennis and Miguel were ahead of the schedule appointment, which is a plus on their part. They were very knowledgeable, identified the various problems with the electric components in my Airstream MH, and resolved the issues within a reasonable timeframe, at what I perceive, a fair cost. I definitely recommend this company, and do plan to use their service before heading back east.Service: Electrical

I needed my RV water heater repaired. Dennis and another guy showed up. Dennis told me I needed the pressure valve replaced but they would have to order it. That was January 3, 2023. No one ever came back to do the repair. I texted Dennis on March 22, 2023 to ask why they didn t return and finish the job. He told me he had the part and asked to schedule it. I told him I thought it was pretty weird he didn t bring any parts with him to repair it the first time. And furthermore I was able to get the part from Amazon in two days with Prime. He then told me I really don t need to change out the pressure release valve, there is nothing wrong with it! I told him I would absolutely not do business with rv repair connection again. Totally dishonest and scammers. And yes, they charged me 309$ for nothing. Buyer Beware on this so-called business. I would give a -0 star if I could.

RV repair connection is fantastic! They answer the phone, they return messages, they come when they say they will and most importantly, they fix the problem quickly and RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! They have fixed my slide, emergency brake, electrical issues and a seal that had to be replaced. It is very hard to find good mechanics, much less RV mechanics but I hit the jackpot with RV repair connection. They are 100% my go to mechanics for all my repairs on my 2017 Mercedes Forester MBS RV. Do yourself a favor and just call them, you will not be sorry.Services: Electrical, Brakes, Battery

Had issues with my tail lights not working. They came, assessed the issue, and fixed it all in a timely fashion. They also added grease to my axles, cleaned up my hitch socket, and found a damaged running light while checking the tail lights for function. The best feature is they come to one s location rather than having to drive in somewhere.

These guys are the real deal. Dennis is such a great person to work with. He even contacted my RV insurance company to get the repair covered. The work completed on my awning was amazing and completely quickly. I will definitely be using RV Repair Connection for all of my trailer repair needs in the future.

These guys are absolute top notch they literally do everything I need so I never have to move my camper to get things done I called them and needed them to fix my awning and they came the next day earlier than expected and got it all fixed and even went out of their way to order me another led awning strip..if u want great guys who don t rip u off and lie to u then I highly suggest these fellas they will have my business as long as I m here thanks again fellasServices: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery
