Had a water heater that went out prior to a trip. Called them up left a voice-mail and they got right back to me. Christine called the next morning to set a time to bring in trailer. I pulled up and disconnected and Mike and Rich jumped on it right away. Within an hour the heater was working great and I was able to take it home . Not always the norm but so glad I took it there. I will never go anywhere else again !! Thank you Mike and Christine you guys are awesome !!

Mike and his son have a strong work ethic and capability is their strength. However, I was taken advantage of. I was never given a quote for the job, they said would take a day, possibly two. Shame on me for not asking for an estimate first, but I was never offered one either. I found out after the fact that Mike charges $165/hour for this type of installation. My brother-in-law is a helicopter mechanic and only charges $80/hour.I told Christine I was on a tight schedule when I made my appointment. Once we dropped it off at the shop, we never heard from them again. Mike s RV is a challenge to communicate with. I called several times each day asking for an update, leaving multiple messages. Not knowing if and when we could pick it up, caused us unnecessary stress as we were embarking on our first RV journey.I was shocked when the invoice came. At the end of the THIRD day, I was presented with an invoice for almost $3000 for an installation of a Victron 3000 charge converter, all wiring and necessary hardware to connect to my solar and lithium batteries. This included $85 just for swapping out a tire- not fixing it, but a 30 minute swap.So if you don t mind paying through the nose then I guess Mikes RV is worth it.Mike took the time to explain how everything worked and what he did for this installation ( I m assuming this was to justify the outrageous bill). They are hard-working capable people who charge waaayyy too much.

Avoid this place.First of all, they never return a call. Which is a bad sign, but we really needed some warranty work done and they were the only place until we got to Southern California to get it done.Since our warranty was close to expiring, we picked this place. We made reservations to stay in the area and planned a month in advance to do this. Bad decision. When we're a week out, we call to confirm and to make sure they were going to be able to get the parts. Had to remind them of everything and what our schedule was, etc. They claim the manufacturer has not returned their call. This we know is not true because a) the manufacturer has ALWAYS answered the phone when we called and b) we asked the manufacturer if they called and they said no. They probably just forgot. Oops.Suddenly, they are too busy and unable to work on it in time. Now, we're scrambling and changing reservations to try to get work done elsewhere before the warranty expires.If you're on a schedule and need honest dependable answers... Don't go here.

Great place, Mike installed my solar system last year and I couldn't be happier. Then a few weeks ago I noticed the Fridge vent needed the whole thing replaced. I took it to mikes and in less then 24 hours they installed a new vent base and cap, just hours before the rain hit. It's hard to find a fair, good quality RV shop these days. But these guys are the best

I was very hopeful that Mike would be able to assist us in our sticky situation as our onsite visit went very well.We are dealing with a brand new trailer that is under warranty and falling apart. We were up front and honest with him and in return he was very responsive and portrayed to be comfortable in dealing with the manufacturer.Due to the special nature of our situation we have numerous emails with the manufacturer, dealership and all parties in an attempt to progess froward to answers and approvals. During this time he led us and the manufacturer to believe that he would repair the unit once he recived the green light, however due to the lack of response from the manufacturer I had to get firm in an email and inform the manufacturer that I would take legal actions against them. Due to the mentioning of "legal action" this prompted Mike to dump us.I understand that he has the right to change his mind and the right to pick who he would like to do service for. With that said, it is very disappointing that he would start the process and then dump us at the moment the other party had approved to proceed with the repairs.His actions did take the wind out of my sail, however I'm a sympathetic person and know you can't make a person do work for you. So I asked for him to at least write a service report that that stated his evaluation of the unit and his recommendations so that I could continue to work with the manufacturer. To date I have not received it.I would like to point out that all verbal communication has been through his wife, Christine. She is a sweet lady and I could tell she was a middle person trying to please her husband, as well as, the customer. However, it's very difficult as a customer to have questions and have to play operator with his wife. Also, there was a couple occasions that I asked her to speak with Mike which never came to fruition.Working with this company was a waste of time that has caused further delays, so in the end I don't recommend them.

Drove over there to buy much needed parts for my water supply.Web site said they were open after driving all the way over there explaining to the tech what i needed he brings my part and following him was this lady telling me that they were closed and how i pulled a tech off the job.I handed the parts back to the tech who was very nice said thank you an left them in a little smoke. So if your closed and your techs working, is that not over time.I will never go there again.

Mike, Christine, and the whole crew couldn't have been better. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and did a great job! I'd recommend them any time. FYI: watch out for the "attack" cats. They might steal your heart!

I LOVED the expertise shown by Mike's rv and marine. All I had to do was explain the problem and they knew exactly what to do to fix it! The staff is very knowledgeable & experienced. Will definitely recommend them to anyone with mechanical or cosmetic issues with their Motor-home or boat.

I know this is several months later, but I just noticed the owners response to my review. The fact that he decided to post my entire name at the beginning of his response should give everyone an idea of the caliper of this individual and his wife. Contrary to what the owner has asserted in his response I left nothing out. Stating that there are two sides to a story is also very revealing. That I should be so angry and feel I was so ill served that I have now taken the time to post twice should tell you everything.His response is totally inaccurate and not at all how the events transpired. I just felt it necessary to set the record straight AGAIN. I stand by my original review. I would not let anyone associated with this husband and wife team anywhere near my RV under any circumstances.

Love the concept of the smallFamily owned business. They had parts available for me when no others did locally.The owner is very helpful and when service needs to be scheduled you do so with his wife.I ve been a repeat customer and always refer them to others.

STAY AWAY - Mikes rv and marine, used to be Pats Rv Parts. They took over the business when Pat died. I have owned rvs for more than 20 years and have been a full timer for almost that many. My experience with this husband and wife t eam was one of the worst ever. Customer service wise they talked down to me, dismissed my concerns about what was wrong with my motorhome and constantly suggested that I really had no other choice as they were the only ones available to go onsite and were the best in Marin.At $145. An hour I expected great results but it turned out that contrary to what they kept telling me, they did not know what they were doing and misdiagnosed the problem. I have ended up paying more than $700 between parts and their service calls and the issue was not fixed cause they did not look carefully at the problem. I later took the motorhome to another service center who promptly fixed the issue which was rather straightforward. These people were rude, condescending, careless and incompetent.Also note that two of the reviews, one from Mike Arsenault and Christine Arsenault are the two owners themselves.

I lost an entire hub and tire from my fifth wheel on the way to the coast. I thought my family's 4 day trip to cool relaxing weather was ruined. I was able to make it to the store which was near my breakdown. The rv place didn't have the parts to fix my trailer and parking was limited. The owner and staff went out of their way to accommodate me. They let me park my rv blocking half of their parking spots for several hours so I could get parts and repair it. Staff was knowledgeable and sent me to a parts house in Santa Rosa who knew exactly what I needed without even looking it up. After fixing the camper, they refused payment for parking at the location. They just genuinely cared about my situation and wanted to help. I plan on buying most of my RV supplies here when passing through. I travel a lot and find it more and more rare to see kindness and generosity like I did here. Thank you so much! I will be sending all of my camping buddies here.

I just love this place. The gentleman I talked with (Mike) helped me troubleshoot a problem. Even though he knew I would be possibly getting my part from Amazon he was extremely helpful. I live in Manchester Beach, CA and I go to RV Pats when I go into Petaluma to see my daughter.. Love love love the service and honesty!!!! Thank you RV Pats!!

We were just passing through and needed a very simple repair to our motorhome's Onan 5500 generator. The battery cable had broken off due to vibration and a new connector needed to be attached to the cable - a 20 minute job maximum. We were told very rudely by the owner that they don't accomodate drive-in business. The rudeness was breathtaking and the employees, who were more tham willing to help us out, were embarrassed by the owner's behavior.

WONDERFUL. They really bailed us out of a trip stopper. Excellent service and attention to detail and safety. First class establishment CFO - owner- Erik in parts and tech guys were all GREAT

Excellent service. There they were the only place from here to tullare. That actually had new replacement livt lenses for my trailer ,also the guy workin had lotsa information that I really neede. Superhelpful. I will be back there this month to purchase more stuff for my trailer. Thanks keep up the work.

We had a problem with our water pump that turned out to be very simple - just a valve that had been knocked partially open by bumpy roads. Pat didn't want any money, but we gave him $20 anyway.

Even though Mike's doesn't do mobile repairs in my county they gave me the names of 2 people who are reputable. Great, friendly customer service!

A complete turn around from years ago. Service today from Christine is terrible. I feel badly for Mike. I used to recommend them to everyone. No more. Look elsewhere.

The woman on the phone doesnt even return calls or emails . Wanted to work on my rv in the rain. They act like there doing you a favor. The worse customer service i have ever seen.
