Steve is probably the best steward of his profession ive ever encountered. I unfortunately feel that good people are becoming more rare these days, this guys is with out a doubt one of the good ones.My girlfriends AC went out and he went above and beyond to work with us and help us with options and where to go to get the best part cheapest. I haven't felt like a mechanic has my back in a while. He went above and beyond for us. Thanks Steve

Steve is one of the best mechanics I have had over the last 20+ years. Totally honest, dependable, and trustworthy with reasonable prices. Hard to beat! Steve has worked on 2 of my cars in the last 10 years. He is trustworthy and personable. He is very detailed with the car needs, and also explaining any after care and maintenance instructions. Although being a one-man shop, Steve never fails to make sure my car is washed before getting picked up. I've been a customer for over 14 years, and I wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else. When you call his message it says he's no longer taking new clients. The hours online don't match the hours he has posted on his door either.

Steve is so honest and trustworthy if trust him with my wife lol. Seriously though, he is a straight shooter and knows his stuff. Great work, professional, and honest and I can t think of anything I could ask him to improv on. 100/100in my book. He could charge double and I d still take my Lexus to him. I hate that I not live in Ohio and can t use Steve anymore.Service: General repairs & maintenance

After 15 years with Steve as my mechanic, and him managing repairs & maintenance of all my Toyota vehicles, it's easy to state that short of my grandmother's younger brother, who was an "intuitive" mechanic, I have never heard of or experienced a mechanic with the skill and personality Steve has. He is also fair, beyond any expectation, and if he cannot resolve the problem immediately, he has kept the vehicle on his time, not mine, to resolve it in a few situations. This is unheard of nowadays, and though he charges and deserves a standard shop rate, he never does unnecessary work, or maintenance beyond what is needed to keep the vehicle running in tiptop performance. Lately, he has been operating without any assistance in the shop, and though in past years I was so spoiled by being able to call the day the Orange Maintenance Req'd Light came on and I used to expect an appointment in 24-48 hrs, I totally understand that isn't possible for now. So, I just plan about a month ahead, by doing some quick math related to the mileage I drive, and then make an appointment a month Later. I am more than OK with this fact, simply b/c he is in such high demand, and I don't trust anyone else with my car, and I never will. Both his skill and integrity are unmatched anywhere!

I prefer to take my Lexus to Premier Auto Service instead of the dealer because I feel like I am getting a straight scoop on the service. In fact I started going to Steve after the dealer quoted me $3k on something I didn't need done on my car. We take all three of our cars to Premier and could not be happier. Steve is a honest guy who is not trying to make a quota.

Steve is such an incredible mechanic and an even more incredible person, that I only buy Toyota/Lexus models because I don t want to go anywhere else. I ve been his customer for 14 years and three cars. nHe s such an honest, kind-hearted, funny, and genuinely good person that I even make him Christmas cookies each year.

Very good and honest mechanic. The downside with this guy is he's now a "one man shop" and he is "booked out for a while" (on the order of two months) so you really have to plan ahead.But he sees it as his mission to keep cars on the road longer, which puts him a bit at odds with government types who see old cars only as gross polluters and who assume you can afford to buy a new one. And if you consider the resources that go into manufacturing a new car, I'm pretty sure his approach is actually more environmentally sound. Because he'll probably keep your car running well past 300,000 miles.

I have been going to premier for the last few years and can't imagine going anywhere else for my rav 4. Steve has got integrity and I have always felt my car has been taken care of in a no nonsense realistic way. Only what is needed is done and never any upsale for unnecessary items. He is literally a 1 man shop, so pre-planning for maintenance items is essential, but worth it.
