I cannot recommend this place enough. I brought my 911 to them due to some spotty work previously done on the front bumper. They were able to rectify someone else's mistake and turn it into perfection. Not only did they replace the necessary parts, but they also seamlessly blended a brand new respray with the 24-year-old car paint. Additionally, they disassembled my seats, painted the buckets, and reinstalled the skins for a factory-like finish. I will certainly return for more work. Oh, did I mention they are also the most honest and affordable place I've ever found? They deliver top-notch quality work while maintaining incredible communication.

They replaced the headliner on my 2002 Maserati Coupe GT. Gorgeous work, not a single bubble or wrinkle, all the trim and pillars are tight and they detailed my car when they were done! Highly recommend! My car is pretty much brand new and it was hit. They made this frustrating process really easy for me. Fixed just like new, and it was completed in a very timely manner. Couldn t be happier and will refer all my friends!

Job:I had my Royal Enfield INT650's tank painted. I wanted to swap the "Mark 2" color scheme's red central portion to black while preserving the gold accent stripe.Price:Initially I received a tentative estimate of $150 for the job. Prior to dropping the tank off, the price was revised to $300 - $350. We agreed and shook hands on it. Final price was $300.Issues:I was notified the gold stripe began to peel and wouldn't be salvageable, so the center stripe of the tank would be all black instead of black and gold. Disappointing, but understandable. Additionally, on picking up the tank some of the components weren't back where they needed to be. The shop responded promptly when I called, and made sure I was able to retrieve the missing parts.Outcome:The paint is high quality and was executed well, despite the problem with the gold portion of the paint. There's a minor amount of overspray on the tank's connectors (fuel pump electrical, evap hose, etc).Summary:The team was very communicative and did an excellent job keeping me informed on the job's progress and problems every step of the way. The price was somewhat above what I expected to pay. Some issues arose that were solved satisfactorily. The reception team is the real mvp here; the job otherwise is squarely adequate, not exceptional.Additional notes: transgender folks beware. While retrieving the missing pieces for my tank, I overheard a fair amount of anti-transgender rhetoric (paraphrasing, but sentiments like: "transgender women aren't women," "they're forcing their lifestyle on us," "they shouldn't be around children," etc.) from within the shop.

Ryan and his workers have fixed two of my vehicles in the past few years. They replaced a dented bumper on my wife's 2016 Subaru Outback. Perfect work, excellent paint and color matching, looks like new. Price very reasonable. Also replaced the front bumper on my 1999 Honda Odyssey van. Again perfect paint color matching and reasonable price. Unfortunately last year during a tire rotation at another garage, they broke a connector on the bumper near the right tire. I drove in to Pacific Coast Custom Interiors and Ryan himself reattached the bumper connection on the spot. No charge. Then again, just a few days ago I ran over a metal plate, resting on a gutter, too quickly and it caught my bumper (Odyssey vans are low to the ground) and broke the connection again. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning, drove in and Ryan fixed it again, good as new. Again no charge. I would highly recommend Ryan and his crew at Pacific Coast Custom Interiors. They can be a little busy at times, but it is worth the wait for any bigger jobs you need to have done.

Very happy with Pacific Coast Custom Interiors. I scraped the paint off my Tesla front bumper 1 month and 1 day after buying my car.They were able to repaint the bumper at a reasonable cost and make it look like new. Only took 2 days for the repair. Very happy.

I wish I could give these guys 6 stars!!! Was desperately looking for someone to sew my awning for my trailer back to the mounting strip. It was a small job but requires them to move shop machinery. Even though they were slammed with work they took the job and had it done quickly. Evan and Bert were a dream to work with and were extremely professional. Love seeing small business like this so well.Do yourself a favor and stop searching and use PCCI! You'll be glad you did!

Started out with good intentions to rebuild my dash on a 67 Galaxie but couldn t get the liner to adhere under the window. Then came up with an alternative plan but never followed up on it and not returning phone call. Think again about using this business.

Excellent work!!! I had many exterior parts replaced on my 2017 Jeep Cherokee SRT before they did a complete paint job. I am very picky and pay close attention to all the details on my car. I left feeling 100% satisfied. I definitely recommend this place.. thank you Pacific Coast Customs..

Came in for estimate to fix seals and carpet from leaks due to rain. Evan and burt were so nice! Told us how to fix the problem on our own. Hope to spend some money over there someday! Very honest and take great pride in what they do.

Great job in restoring a seat in my Mercedes. In at 9 and out by 2 and now the interior of my car looks brand new. It took me a while to find these guys but they were worth the search.

WOW!! I can not say enough great things about Pacific Coast Custom Interiors. I found Ryan and the crew to be so friendly and upbeat. They were all professional and Ryan was completely honest and extremely fair when it came to fixing the interior of my car. They were AMAZING! The final outcome of my interior was way beyond my hopes and expectations. They went beyond the call of duty and at a very fair price. Always a good experience with Pacific Coast Custom Interiors. They have always done a great job with the multiple work trucks we have sent over the past several years! We send in a destroyed auto interior, and it comes out looking brand new! This is a great shop, and highly recommended.

Ryan was fantastic and so was his brother and staff. They ordered and repaired my front seat with a new factory cover. It looks great, the service was excellent and price was very reasonable.

Stop with my car for an estimate. They did not really want to give estimate said that they are busy with a dead line. I press on saying that it only take about 5 minutes of there time. They took a quick written estimate, but they seemed not thrilled about it. Said they will call back with price. It's been about 2 weeks. Have not heard from them. Good way to treat your would be customer. Bad business. Will go some where else.

Well There is not much more anyone who has had the chance to meet Evan and Ryan oh and there mom. This is the one and only upholstery shop I will ever use for small repairs to custom upholstery. I was referred to West Coast Custom Upholstery for a small leather repair in my 2016 Dodge Ram Laramie 155 pickup and after I drove from Sacramento to Santa Rosa and met Ryan and seen first hand the quality of work these two very talented young men do I will recommend this shop to any body looking for show car quality custom upholstery to just stop by this shop and see there work. Thanks again Ryan and Evan for the great work u do.

We have frequented this shop a few times now and have always been impressed by their customer service, reasonable pricing, and detailed work. We have had them do work on damaged car interiors and a custom cover. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!!

In 2018 I contracted PCCI to assemble a dodger for my boat made out of a Sunbrella canvas perimeter and clear vinyl for optimum visibility. They assured me that they were using top quality materials suitable for the marine environment I described in our initial meeting. The panels came out great,fit great and looked sharp. However,at the end of the year(only one season on the water)the clear vinyl in the front panels was clouding badly. This was not salt deposit as all the vinyl was cleaned regularly.Taking the panels in Ryan had no explanation and his only recourse was to replace the vinyl at my expense. 2nd year worse Inferior product not up to the task. Now,he won't return my calls. Seemed like a nice family outfit but turned out lame. Beware

Ryan and Team did a complete interior design and fabrication on my 1973 Pantera show car with Italian leather. The result was a spectacular diamond stitch with double French seams on my seats, door panels and center console. I have won internationally judged events with this work they did for me and I will continue to take my other vehicles to them for upgrades and innovative designs. Great job, guys!

The folks here do an excellent job of explaining what they plan to do, why they plan to do it, and the various options you have available as a customer. They've done two jobs for me, one reupholster and one headline; the first came in exactly at estimate and the second came in well below estimate. In both cases the work was of top quality.
