I brought my 2004 Ford 150 pickup into On Site Auto Repair on 2/12/2004 and advised per Ford Dealership Repair Service I needed a new engine. After a short conversation he advised me he would check it out and get back to me. Later that same day he called and advised me I did NOT need a new engine, but a "Throttle Body" which was a common mechanical issue in my vehicle. The next day he called to advise my truck repair was completed and ready for pickup. The repair cost was less than 2K when a new rebuilt engine was running approximately 10K. He could have easily said a new engine was in order however his honesty directed otherwise. He advised me to put some miles on it and it there's any problems bring it back and he would take care of it. I put 280 miles on it, and without a hiccup. On Site Auto Repair has become my PERMANENT auto repair tech from now on! The 5 star rating I am providing is an understatement of their professionalism, honesty, excellent service, and timely workmanship.Gary C

Amazing and fast service. Called Friday when the brakes went out on our car, he said they could do an assessment on Monday. They were able to isolate and fix the issue very fast (it was the master brake cylinder) and we had the car back by the next day. Incredibly fast service and a fair price!! Will be bringing our cars back to them in the future if needed!Services: Auto brake repair, Auto brake replacement

I had a couple problems with my car and I went to them and customer service was on point, trustworthy and friendly. They gave me a car to use while they were fixing mine free of charge. They did an oil change, front brakes (which were metal on metal at the time), air filter replacement, and a free tire rotation and it was less $$ than I expected. Everything was easy and smooth and my car drives wonderfully!

Another flat tire and another promptly fixed tire!!! I called Chris at On Site Auto on a Friday afternoon to ask about getting a tire fixed. I would have waited til Monday, but he came in on Saturday morning to fix the tire. It was seamless and easy and I just have to say quality service, prompt, and grateful to be able to go on my weekend trip with no worries of having a flat tire. Go see Chris and his other experienced employees at On Site Auto for something as simple (to them) as a tire repair to all things cars in all makes and models!!!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

If you re looking for the best mechanics in Sonoma County, congratulations. You ve found them.My father, brother and I have been going to Chris and Cory since 2013. The times sure have changed since then, but not On Site s values: honesty, affordability and integrity. There isn t a single soul in this town other than Chris that I d let touch my Accord. The quality of work he s done makes my 17 year old car run and sound better than a 2021. He never tries to upsell me, and he answers any and all questions like he s educating me.Even when I got into a terrible accident, Cory recommended Manny at The Body Shop, and helped turn what anyone else would have called a totaled car back into running like nothing happened, for a fraction of the original estimate. When my transmission needed a rebuild, they gave me the only loaner they had at the time (they ve got 3 now) for a week, no extra charge. The times these guys have saved my butt by fitting me in at the last minute, giving me great prices just too many to count. Bless you C&C, and may whoever reads my review know you don t need to look any further.

I was usually scared to give my car for maintenance to a mechanic since sometimes you get charged more than you should. I saw that these guys have five stars and thought to try them. Corry and the team did the inspection and got back to me quickly! They tuned up my car and didn't charge me because nothing was wrong with it, which I had thought it was. On top of it, they also gave me recommendations to make my drive better. I would definitely recommend them!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

I can t say enough good things about Cory and his team. My family and I have been taking all of our cars to them for years and they have always been honest, forthcoming and highly trustworthy. Their service is consistently amazing and they are extremely knowledgeable. Their genuine care for their customers is apparent and hard to come by. They truly are the best of the best!

I highly recommend these guys. Totally honest, professional and helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris.I had driven from Arizona and my RPMs started hitting the roof. I knew it wasn't going to be good news. Chris did a diagnostic and confirmed my transmission was screwed. He was honest saying it would take a few days and price range would easily getup to $3,000 to $4,000 so I had to get back to Arizona asap and told Chris I would need to trade in for another car. Again he was great and recommended CarMax would give me my best deal.Thanks Chris.

Cory was great, very professional. My car was safe and I felt comfortable leaving it over the weekend. Got information regarding my car very quickly with reasonable prices. Car was ready same day and kept in good condition. Would definitely recommend

Cory and Chris are great. They are professional, knowledgeable and wont try to upsell maintenance that is not needed. I had a different auto shop tell me that my brakes needed to be fully replaced but Chris was honest and told me they still had quite a bit of life left in them. This was over a year ago and as I bring my car to them for routine oil changes they have kept a eye on the brake life. Recently I had my car overheat and die driving home from work, I called Chris as they were closing and he said to go ahead and have it towed to their shop and he would look at it first thing in the morning. I had a new radiator installed and it was ready to pick up by lunch time that day. I highly recommend Chris, Cory and the rest of the auto team at Onsite for any auto repair needs!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Battery, Oil change

Chris, Cory and everyone at On-Site are amazing! Fast service, knowledgeable staff and the best customer service I've ever had at an automotive repair shop. The alternator went out on my Saturn Vue recently and they were able to get it replaced and my car back up and running within the same day! Since then they have been my go to mechanics for my regular services. I recommend them to all my friend and family.

Chris and Corey are the BEST!!!! they are so honest and the service that they provide is excellent!!!! they are friendly professional and price can't be beat. if I call them with questions they give me the best advice even if it means going some place else. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a great mechanic that won't take advantage of you or your situation. They will come to your location and pick up your vehicle and drop it off when they are finished. Excellent Service - and the best price!!!!

My brakes went out while in SR and after reading their reviews I called them up. They told me to come on down. They skipped their lunch to go pick up my mini cooper parts and immediately changed them and had me out the door in less than an hour. I couldn't say better things about these guys. They went out of their way to get me reliable, fast and friendly service. Will definitely use them again if I'm in town. THANK YOU!

The guys at On-Site were great! They were very quick to get me in for an important break assessment on very short notice. They were honest and very professional- on top of it all they loaned me a car so that I could get to work on time! They did a great job in record time.

Took my car here to get the spark plugs and the oil changed. The price seemed very fair and the guys working were both very nice and did quick and solid work. I was very happy with the service here and would definitely bring my car back in the future.

I've been bringing my vehicles to Chris and Cory for 3 years now. Their expertise, honesty and fair pricing keeps me coming back. Each time I come in for an oil change or repair, they go out of their way to help me and I always leave blown away by the service provided. I would highly recommend them!

Booking an appointment with them was very easy. Dropped my truck off at their location. Everything went smoothly and they even finished the oil change and tire rotation early. They offer fair prices, and fast service. On top of doing their job well they are also customer service oriented. I look forward to going back.

DynaMic auto repair is awesome. Omar dedicated himself to finding the right part and getting our old Dodge campervan back on the road. I was beyond impressed with the quality service that I received from the guys at On Site Auto. I live in Napa and have had issues with my Infiniti over the last few months. After making a trip all the way to Walnut Creek to the dealer where I was given an appraisal of over $1000, my friend referred me to Chris and Corey and they were able to get me in on the same day that I called. Just over an hour after dropping my car off it was ALL FIXED and ready to go! It was less than a third of what I would have spent at my dealer. They walked me through everything that they did and even let me come into the shop and look at the work that was done on my car. The hour drive from Napa to Santa Rosa was well worth the money and time that I saved. Thank you Corey and Chris!!

So happy with On Site Auto repair! For someone who knows little about auto maintenance, these guys were extremely helpful, patient and smart - and the customer service is top notch!
