oilchage went smooth. while doing the oilchage they took out my air filter and showed it to me telling me it needed to be cleaned but failed to tell me there was 3 dead mouse in there. did they not look? i get home go clean it out and see this

Very nice very polite explained everything.Sorry I came back to re-edit my post because I was looking at the comments and someone commented on their filter being cleaned and For some reason, they decided to go and look at the filter and clean it better and ended up finding mice.I think that is a very weird situation because why are they cleaning it out when they had you replace the filter that is a scam Post. Not sure why some people are so negative.

Probably the best experience I have ever had at an oil change. The female who helped me had great customer service skills, and the guy who had helped me (I missed his name), was AMAZING! All of the staff were so kind, patient, and organized. I have never had such a positive experience like the one I had on 3/11. I want to appreciate all of the staff on that shift in the morning! They were GREAT!

This place has the best customer service experience. And it seems like they really want to take care of your vehicle. So I give this place a five star so if you're looking for a reputable business with great customer service and great care for your vehicle this is the place.

It was great to be able to just drove through. It would be nice if they informed you that the oil change price doesn't include the oil filter. Great experience otherwise. I'm glad I know my car and knew what I needed and didn't have to get all the other products or services.

For years ( 10+) , these angels have faithfully & diligently served me & my junky carriage. They always reach above & beyond basic service.They checked my check engine light & let me know what I needed to do for it. So grateful for the coupons/ discounts.Thank you for always being outstanding. Never once did I receive poor service.

Tara was wonderful. She was professional and friendly. You can't find people like that to work anymore! Because of her service I will return and have everyone I know go to the same place. She made it such a great experience to have my oil changed and my windshield wipers changed.

I have been going to this spot for over 15 years. They are always informative with out pushing you to buy extra services. Busy or slow, employees work hard and provide great customer service.

Great service and always courteous. FREE drinks. Coupons always available on-line or just ask the technician. Trucks always run great afterwards. Mobil 1 full synthetic is my #1 choice. Go early as they get busy after noon.

Pricing is always a big thing with me. The way it keeps going up, I won't be able to afford this place much longer and still pay rent. The service was good. Miguel was extremely polite and the young lady was a delight. I hope both will still be there the next time I come in.

The guy who checked me and gave me my next oil change sticker was awesome he gave me drinks at the end. But when I pulled up it was a different guy and I was ignored and I wasn t greeted and I wasn t asked if I needed anything. And when he asked if I wanted my tires inflated I said sure and it seemed like he didn t do all 4 tires just the front drivers. Because the next day I drove my car and I noticed my valve cap was missing on the front driver tire. Then I noticed only one tire was had air in it and the rest were low. So now that I think of it that guy didn t do all 4 tires and he didn t put back my valve cap which was pre ordered by customs by my dealers when I bought my car. They weren t blacks or green ones that costs $1.50. Now I have to put air in the rest of tires and find a new valve cap that looks like the last one or get a whole new set. Thanks chevron for hiring employees that do a half job and unemployed the guys that actually put in work. I m not saying service isn t there. But for some of them the service wasn t there that day. And I usually go there as a regular because I had good service and nothings gone missing or something was halfway done before. Please fix this problem and I would appreciate it someone can find refund me for my valve cap or something because I m not pleased with That part of the service I have received.

I was sorry to hear my Rohnart Park Expressway Oilstop closed down. They have been servicing my pickup since I brought it new in 2003! And because of the Quality Service I received at Oilstop, my truck has 236.500 miles on it! As of today! Now, I just visited the Santa Rosa Cleveland Ave store and was overwhelmed with the top quality of service I received there! Now on to the next 200.000 miles! Thank you so much. Dave

Friendly staff, very professional and understanding when I had to take a business call during the service. I suspect a little understaffed in the pits early morning. Seemed like only 1 person to handle all 3 bays of vehicles between 8-9 in AM. Waited 25 minutes to be pulled into bay and another 20 minutes before I felt a tug on the underside of my vehicle. Much longer wait than it used to be. Thank you Oil Stop!

Amazing service every time. Not pressuring to purchase extras, they give your options to you straight, and are very professional and friendly.. wished you had a way to give the crew gratuity on credit cards as an option.

Good polite service. One of the guys tried really hard to get me to move my car way too close the other car in line when it wasn't necessary. Another employee literally yelled to have him stop.Other than that I have always received good service at this location

Would've given 5 stars if I didn't have to wait over an hour to get my oil changed on a Monday afternoon. Staff were nice and the free water was very much appreciated.

I purchased my car from previous owner that I known as a friend for some time. 2003 Acura with over 300,000 miles. Oil stop has been my stop since owning the car in February of 2023. They've always been helpful of making sure that all my fluid levels are clean and full. Making all the right suggestions when needed. With their help and taking care of my car, I hope to make $500,000 miles. Thank you oil stop.

The service is good, but the wait time from morning after 9:30am gets long. Usually all bays are busy. The representatives seem knowledgeable, but sometimes forget small details like wash my windows.

Great customer service and friendly staff. I would of given 5 stars but, the "extra fees" made my $120. Oil change into $178I did add $22.00 for new windshield wiper. You are paying for the convenience, for me it was worth it. Just a bit steep!

Nice staff but very shiesty business. An oil job that was quoted as $150 with me having to get my own oil filter because they didn't have it in stock, turned into $230 by the end of it. They knew my car type and oil. Quoted me $150 then by the end it was $230. Not to mention they kept trying to sell me things at a super marked up price. One thing I almost bought until I asked is this gonna work. He was honest and said maybe, maybe not. At which point I said $40 on stop leak that's like no more than $10 a bottle at the store. I don't recommend going there unless it's a last resort. I only paid because they had my card and I couldn't drive off without it

Been coming to the same Oilstop for years. Everyone has been professional and courteous. My wife and I both had oil changes on our vehicles done yesterday and met Lucas. He is new to the location and was an all-star.
