The best delivery. I get all my auto parts from O Reilly. Excellent management. Great team of employees to help deliver my parts and engine instructions for our team.

O'Reilly's always helpful good price they actually have veterans discounts which is greatly appreciated. I also call them for a part and they'll put it aside for me so when I come in it's already under my name. The people there are very helpful and very pleasant they also have no problem going out to your car and putting windshield wipers on or helping you with air filters the little things are showing you what to do. They have good price and good products. And a few turkeys in the parking lot one of the males was strutting his stuff for the females.

I tried price matching some oil like I have done so for years at many different Oreilly stores. For being a company that is very open about their price match guarantee I was upset upon being denied a price match. The girl at the counter was unsure of what I meant by price match. She asked another employee who was sitting in the back room. He rudely said we don t price match and that was that. I left without my oil and went to the store on Sebastopol road where they took care of me.

Clean and organized auto parts store. They don't allow you to touch merchandise unless you apply hand sanitizer first. I like that. Great carseat covers selection. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.

The guy purposefully gave me the wrong oil filter for my car. Looking back in hindsight he distracted me when he went to get the filter and he didn t thank or say have a good day when I left. Silent. To the guy who had that pocket knife in his shirt I m coming back tomorrow to get a full refund.

Very helpful staff. People have worked here since it was a new Kragen s in 1998. They employ a lot of people and I haven t met a rude person yet. This one s the main hub for the area. If they don t have it, they can get it fast, or direct you to a store that has it.

They don't offer oil recycling we have to drive around to find another place very inconvenient don't recommend this place at all

Nice store. Kept clean and well stocked. Young man on register was surprisingly attentive to the browsing customers. Very welcoming gesture.Side note I ordered a power steering pump which turned out to faulty and they replaced it for free. Which was the right thing to do but not all business keep that practice in mind nowadays.

Man, I was making my way down the Ave on my mountain bike, a quarter the way to my destination(which was no walk in the park, 8 mile bike ride) I suddenly noticed my front tire was riding on the rim flat, apparently the little screw nozzle on the (schrader valve?) wasn t all the way tightened, hence MURPHYs law went into effect thankfully, it went flat in front of O Reillys Auto Parts store.. I honestly was unsure whether the employees would be receptive to me let alone help me, as that is the way of the world these days it seems however, to my surprise, they not only heard my plight, but they brainstormed and came up with a Battery Pack with an air compressor built in, Roberto came out and took the time to look over both my tires, found the right nozzle attachment, and filled up not just the flat tire, but both my tires!!(as the other was low too) I have soo much Love for these guys! They treated me with Kindness and respect and helped me on my way!!! I highly recommend this particular Auto Parts store, as these guys are a rare bunch!! Thanks and Kudos!! Will definetely be coming back!!

Usually I avoid this place but when it's come to my old Dodge they've seen to have the part would have have have 4 if I didn't have to return a battery 3 different times

I have a very busy schedule, I ordered a part from the Farmers Lane location & this store was supposed to send my part to that location so I could pick it up at 4pm & was to lazy to do so. According to the computers that had 1 in stock, so at 4pm I show up at farmers lane & no part. I had to drive down to this location to pick it up & when I asked about why I was lied to & told it was coming from another location & missed the connection. Then when I called the store to speak to a manager I was hung up on.... Very upset the person installing the part closed before I could get there & now I can't get it installed until next week. This issue needs to be addressed & is unacceptable.

I try to return a battery with a exipired few days of waranty and they do not help me with.I buy a new one because i needed for emergency, I installed and asked if I can return the battery ,but the guy told me not until 3 more years later if the battery broke or something else happen. I have been buying my car stuff there for years, I think as a loyal customer I deserve better service or work with the return.Please don't lose your receipt I case they don't want to work with you or look for another place to get you car parts because they don't help you out on nothing

I ve come here plenty of times and Jaime has always been such a great help! Any question Any situation I have I know Jaime can help me with! He s kind professional and he gives the welcome every customer would want! Will be coming back here and he has made this my favorite place to shop for car parts and gives a good vibe over all. Thanks you O Reilly for having people like this. It s what every customer would wan.

Decent staff. Decent prices. Got a set of chains for the upcoming Tahoe trip and some new wiper blades. Hadn't realized I had wrong size wiper blades on until today.

Needed battery acid. They had it in stock for a reasonable price.It don't get better than that for an auto parts store. Docked em one star for not giving it away for free.Yea I know that doesn't seem fair.But hey.. Its battery acid. You know someplace somewhere is paying some one to get rid of the stuff. The day they're one of those places I'll kick down the other star. That's as fair as I get today.

The people who work at O'Reilly Auto Parts are very helpful in helping you find what you need, and I find all that I need for my car there. If they don't have what you need in stock, they will find out, for you, what other of their stores does, and direct you to that store. Or they offer to order what you need for you for pick-up at a later date.

$39.32 for a gates xl7448 fan belt you can buy online for $7 from the V-belt guys.Never enough counter help.

Went in to buy a U-Joint, already had the brand and of course part number. I even brought the box/packaging to what I was looking for/needed... The guy seem clueless and wasted my time. I had to ask a different employee to help me, but sure enough he got help from another worker. Took 3 people to actually understand. Very said. Perhaps hire better knowledgeable people....? The O'Reillys in Windsor and Healdsburg know common sense and have some part knowledge... Save the hassle and do the short drive.

This is considered the Santa Rosa hub store which means a lot of the parts are usually there and then Branch out to the other stores excellent back service for the shops great front counter service for your do it yourselfer either way they usually have what you need

I normally only write bad reviews! Yep I m that chick, but today.. I just had to take time out of my day & write a good one! After an apt that was 1.5hours long at poopboys they didn t even get to my car or help in anyway! I called here, not only did they have what I needed they helped & tought me how to change what I needed.. Jamie (The longer 7year employee) was amazing, helped me, tought me & made me feel better cuz ima lil cry baby brat with in 15 freaking minutes!!!I appricate the help & the knowledge

This is the BEST & ONLY oriely s to shop at in Sonoma county!! They are the supplier for all the other stores in SONOMA COUNTY! They re open until 10pm everyday except Sunday (they close at 8 or 9 Sunday s). If any place will have what you need IN STOCK THAT DAY then this place will have it. 9 out 10 over car quest, NAPA, or autozone. If they have to order your part, then choose any of your favorite aforementioned retailers. I m solely talking about this location having a high volume of IN STOCK parts for your vehicle over other retailers.
