Stopped in the other day to check out a few bunkhouse units and found North Coast to be super welcoming and no pressure. Seems like a great business looking to get people into the right trailer. Would definitely recommend you swing by if you re in the market.

We had a unique need for a particular travel trailer configuration that was hard to find. Our only option was to order new from out of state. Jesse went above and beyond to locate and coordinate delivery for just what we needed. Glad we chose North Coast RV.

Amazing experience at North Coast RV! I would highly recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing any type of travel trailer, RV, etc. This is hands down the best spot in Sonoma County ! The staff is amazing and super knowledgeable. They were very helpful throughout the process, and I will no doubt be coming back in the future!

We went looking for an RV and had very specific requirements. When we couldn't find what we wanted, Ashton told us he would call when our dream RV appeared. A week later we were able to buy exactly what we wanted.

Visited this place early morning as soon as it opened looking to buy an RV trailer (cash), the person I spoke to identified him self as the owner, he's first question was "what are you looking for"?? No good morning or greeting...!, so, I said obviously, I am looking to buy what you sell here I answered.My Overall experience, prices where the highest around town. Person wasn't willing to negotiate "if not me someone else would buy" as an Entrepreneur myself, I knew I wasn't going to get no where there.I ended up buying from someone else a better equipped RV for considerably lot less than asked at North Coast RV. And I bought it from a sales person who was polite, confident, attentive, resourceful and knowledgeable. I dislike Stereotypes, I felt stereotyped at North Coast RV.

I'd like to take the time out of my schedule to make sure I mention how professional, kind and courteous the sales staff at North Coast RV were when I purchased my Keystone Springdale. They were not overbearing or intrusive but quite the opposite when I had a question they were able to answer with great knowledge and professionalism unlike a lot of the other local RV dealers! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends as they are a five star dealer in my book!

My wife and I went to look at rv's and was met by Jesse. A wonderful young man who was very knowledgeable. Are scores were kinda low so he teamed up with Alicia and in no time at all, with a cosigner, we were approved for a unit that was far better than what we thought. When I told my wife we got the trailor she adored, she started to cry. What a great feeling to see the happiness and love in my wife's eyes and it was all due to the two wonderful people at north coast rv, Jesse and Alicia. my wife and I has purchased two trailers from Alicia the owner have no North Coast RV and we have been extremely satisfied with both. She is a wonderful woman she had great products. We just bought a new Surveyor traveled to Portland and the RV performed flawlessly. Best trailer sales in Sonoma County.

My husband and I went here a couple of days ago to Buy a trailer. Had a great experience, our sales men who was Jesse was very sweet and very professional. We like the fact no one hounded us to buy a trailer they let us make the choice. We cant wait to pick the trailer up!!!!

Wonderful experience met by friendly staff. We were given several options. They are very knowledgeable about how much our truck could tow. Great atmosphere it was not a concern if we would buy...but choosing the best fit.Very happy with the service, highly recommended.

I stopped by to see if they knew where to get a part for my trailer that I m selling, we are looking to upgrade to something bigger so I also wanted to see what they had in stock. The guy was so rude, he was on the phone when I pulled up so I waited and when he got off I asked him about the part and he said, can t you see I m on the phone, you don t just pull up to a business and ask if they sell parts ? I was shocked! I take it he s just having a bad day but I will take my business elsewhere. The owners should hire better sales reps.

I was looking for a travel trailer and found a Forest River Salem T208 which is perfect to sleep 4 adults. Has all the amenities we'll need. Ashton, the salesperson was very friendly, helpful and quickly got the paperwork done.

They were a half hour late to open the RV's, completely ignored me when I got there, acted like I was an inconvenience for showing up to look. I am in the market and have every intention to buy a travel trailer within the month. They just lost a sale. They have one there I was really interested in buying... But not from them.Update. Rather than try to fix rudeness and unprofessional behavior you counter accuse. Isn't the customer always right? It is in my sales job.

Was in the market for a small trailer. Shopped around a lot and finally settled on a Clipper 17bh. Ashton helped us and spent the good part of an hour with us before buying. 0 down and our payment is lower than our budget. Answered our questions, everything. Picking it up in a few days, wife and I can't wait

Wouldn't buy from them again. Bought a Tahoe hybrid and noticed during the walkthrough that there was a moldy smell coming from the cargo area. Only when we mentioned it did they say, 'oh yeah, it did have some minor water damage.' Minor? Almost being able to put your foot through the floor isn't minor! Anyway, paid $6k out the door, put another $3k into repairs/remodels and now we have an amazing little hybrid!!

Sold me a used trailer, started noticing a sewer smell, come to find out they sold me a trailer with the black water tank 2/3 FULL of fermented human excrement! Called them, reported it, they said they would get right back to me. After 4 (four) days and no word back from them, I called back and was told I was mistaken. ??? They are full of excrement themselves, having not even examined the issue, having not sent a pumping truck, to hear the operator say "there's nothing in tank to even pump", so how can they come to the conclusion that I'm mistsken. Zero stars from this very unsatisfied customer. Other smaller issues too. Also, the review posted by Ashton is such a conflict of interest. He is an employee of North Coast Rv, yet his review sounds like he is a customer. Sketchy people. Do not waste your money at North Coast Rv!

My mother was treated in an appalling manner by the owner of this business when she came to have our defective heater repaired in the trailer we'd bought there new a year ago. They refused to repair it even if we paid them. My mother was crying by the time she left, he was so rude to her. DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS STORE.

They have a good selection for different sizes and needs as well pricing, the down side they looks like do not care about safety since everyone there was not using masks and looks like do not care.

Lots of trailers on site, they will not bug you, you can cruze thru trailers all you want. They will check in once in a while to see if you have questions. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I called the dealer to ask them to look at the brakes on my trailer because my brakes were not engaging they stated that they wouldn t help me because I didn t buy the trailer with them obviously this is a safety concern for for me or anybody on the road after hearing this gentleman state that he wouldn t even look at the trailer It
