Always an amazing experience.Went in to get an inspection for my 2011 BMW 328XI Touring, guys got me in and out with a full sheet of honest accurate repairs and gave me a really good estimate! Priced very fairly and the only BMW Repair Techs I will ever trust!They also have free (i think, i just kinda took them) Peanuts! (may not actually be free)I ll be back soon!

Great communication! I had an alignment done and i had very little knowledge of how alignments worked. Matt and Sean were great to work with and answered all my questions! They also went out of their way to make me a custom alignment for my purposes.

Hands down the best experience I ve ever had with an auto shop. Their customer service was great. Had an issue with my radiator that was still under warranty so they contacted my previous mechanic to coordinate a replacement part. It was ordered and installed, only for them to realize the new radiator was faulty. They immediately notified me, ordered a new part, and resolved the issue.Great communication and integrity, which is exactly what you want when you re new to an area and looking for a trusted auto shop. They will have my business and referrals for years to come!

My father gave me his 2000, BMW 540i T and looked for a shop that could look the car over and let us know what repairs if any needed to be done. North Bay Bavarian was great to work with. I felt that they were professional, honest and accurate with their review of the car and that the great work they did was done in a timely manner and their pricing was fair. We will definitely be back again.

Anyone who drives a BMW needs to take their car here. They provide top tier customer service and dealership level work. They are experienced and knowledgeable but also willing to talk through what makes sence for your vehicle and your situation. I appreciate their honest and professional advice and service.

North Bay Bavarian has taken care of my BMW for several years. Throughout this time, I have found their work and manner to be consistently excellent. They have handled large and small repair jobs equally well. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

I picked up a bolt in one of my tires, which resulted in a flat tire warning. North Bay Bavarian was able to get my car in that afternoon, and patched the tire for us. They also performed an oil change and overall inspection. Excellent customer service (and service in general)! We will definitely be back!

I was referred by my friend who is a mechanic, Paul Adelman. Told me Bavarian BMW would be the best to take my mini to have it looked at when my engine light came on. Great staff! Friendly and honest! Super fast work! Explained everything to a T. Will definitely be brining my mini back for any future issues. Thank you Bavarian BMW~

Matt, James, Bryce and the Tech/guys have the most extensive, cleanest bmw shop in the entire Northbay. I drive about 50 miles round trip when passing many other German/bmw shops along the way only to bring it to Northbay Bavarain Bc of the Promptness I am able to get my BMW s in, the speed, and the QUALITY of the repairs and also the great knowledgeable service writers never making me feel like a burden. I have also never had to send a vehicle back to them in the 5-7 repairs they have done. Top class. If you drive top class vehicles get them serviced by top class technicians. The entire staff there from the service writers, techs, to the people they employ do the absolute best work in the bay. Highly recommended especially with any sort of M car or preformance BMW.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, A/C installation & repair

I had a great experience here and highly recommended this shop if you re looking for a Mini specialist. I had ran into some mechanical issues on a used Mini I just purchased and one being something that needed attention sooner than later. These folks were able to get me in and fixed the issue in a day. Very professional and friendly staff. This is going to be my new spot now for taking care of my Mini. Thank you to the entire team here!

No idea how their prices compare to others, but what I can say is that whenever I bring them my 20 year old BMW, I always leave with the problem fixed. And they're always great to deal with. Couldn't recommend a shop more.

I ve been coming here for years with all my BMWs, these guys know what they re doing and they get it done fast. This was my first time bringing my car here! And it s definitely going to be my new spot! Very professional and friendly! I don t know any real car terminology and no one made feel stupid for asking questions and explained things so I understood what was being done! My Beamer and I both left happy and taken care of! North Bay BAVARIAN they got me equipt with the best advice I could ever have regarding my E46 Project. They take care of business in the shop and lent me expert advise in optimal care after I designated them as the ones to complete my engine swop. And furthermore the production of the 3 series project after I had to let go of the 2000 Z3. M POWER is where it's at and they got the engineering down. NBB I'll be there soon for an update / DIY ready for real results in 2024. Thanks for making things possible

North Bay Bavarian is the best shop for vintage BMWs! All of the front desk/ owners (especially Matt and new owner Sean) are top notch and the techs are seasoned & experienced professionals. All together they solve problems, great communication and go beyond expectations to deliver results!
