We had a superb experience with Glen for our 2020 Sprinter van. He expeditiously diagnosed our problem and had us up and running in no time... traveling from Florida we were a long way from home, and feel blessed to have been treated like a local. I highly recommend service for your Sprinter van here!

Shamed Sandoval helped me when I brought my vehicle in for recalls, he did a extraordinary job communicating with me, and gave me peace of mind, that my vehicle is in good hands!

I was lucky and had Sarah Harvey as my service advisor. She was very nice and easy to work with, I explained that I was from out of town and had a long drive ahead of me once they were done so she made sure my car was done quickly. I was supposed to have a part put on and they didn't do that but it was partially my fault, I told them it was in the back seat but my coat was covering it a bit so I will have to return. Hopefully I get Sarah again.

Andrew in the parts department was helpful, patient, and polite through the whole process. The cash team was always positive and so were all the staff members walking by. I felt a good positive vibe while I was there. Also the vallet was polite and friendly. So from the first person to the last everyone was very pleasant and professional. I had a great experience at MBSR. Thank you!

In my time of need, they delivered. I felt heard, taken care of, and valued as a customer even though I am not from the area. I highly recommend them if you ever need service. They took great care of my vehicle and of me. Ask for David Santy (Service Advisor). Also, if they need to transport your vehicle to you, ask for Emery (driver).

Dropped my car off at 8:30 am. Not done at 3:30pm when I showed up at agreed upon time. They were very apologetic and did a nice job washing my car. Will give 5 stars to customer service.will definitely take my car back to the dealer for service.

I worked with an advisor who had no idea when my car would be ready for pick up, she had no idea how the warranties worked. They had no loaner so I was stuck with a rental that I paid for and kept pushing the return as they wouldn t give me my car back.I can go into the details of every small thing that was mismanaged here until I spoke to the manager here but would be a waste of time.Just find a different dealership!

Lead to believe my car could be ready in 2 days. They didn't even look at for 4 days. Then I just had it towed to sf. Ver very bad service.

We purchased our vehicle here last year and were satisfied in general. The dealership delivered our car to our home, a 3.5 hour trip. We recently had our first experience with the service department, and it was great. We had an unfortunate collision with a raccoon (it was even worse for him), and our car suffered a bit of damage to the undercarriage. We called the service dept and explained that we just wanted to make sure there was no serious damage prior to our return trip home. The department got us in right away even though their schedule was full, and they were able to reassure us and gave us a clear assessment of the damage and how to proceed.

Smothers takes excellent care of my cars helping me get years of good use out of them. Their customer service is efficient and friendly, and the quality of their technicians are excellent which is why I have kept leasing and buying cars from them over the years. I feel lucky to have such a quality car dealership conveniently located in my town. I've had other brands of cars and the dealerships we're frustrating, spoke down to me and don't compare.

So far we are very impressed with them. Super professionall service department. We had a major transmission failure, got towed to MB Santa Rosa and they went out of their way to take our Sprinter RV in for repair. Hopefully it will be done tomorrow.

Full service Mercedes Service center and full service Sprinter Service Center. I have taken my Sprinter here multiple times for service and Dave (Sprinter Service Manager) is a stand up guy and has taken great care of me. The shop is very well managed with great staff. They provide great lounge for waiting and offer shuttle service to nearby locations. I couldn t recommend the shop more!

Staff are friendly and professional. Went to parts dept and had my battery change for my ignition key. The gentleman help us right away and we learned a thing or two about our ignition key.
