I couldn t be more happy with my new Hybrid CR-V from Manly Honda. This is my second car from them and they are the best! My dealer, Scott, was friendly, approachable, and helpful through the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I will continue to put my trust in these guys for years to come!

I'm already buying a second car here. The price is the best in the Bay Area. Just like the first time, everything went great. Svetlana prepared the deal, told everything about the car, answered all questions. The deal went through quickly. The financial manager is excellent as always. Manly needed to keep the car for 2 weeks while waiting for the part delivery from Honda. The communications regarding status updates were very infrequent and it was difficult to reach the assigned service advisor. The engine wiring had rat damage which Manly fixed appropriately, but they neglected to replace the cabin air filter which had rat droppings in it. They also said they provided a complimentary oil and filter change but there was no evidence that they did. The maintenance minder said the car only had 15% oil life remaining and I took it to Valvoline who replaced the oil and filter and helped me reset the maintenance minder to 100%. I would not use Manly service again.

My appointment managed smoothly, and the person who checked my car in and out was very polite and efficient. The work was finished sooner than expected.Only one small issue ... the person who checked my car in for the appointment did attempt to "up-sell" me into a $900+ service from a $120 oil change and key fob battery replacement.

My van came back with a missing piece. They switched out the ignition, and did not put the cover panel back on my steering wheel column. I can see wires. And it used to be that if you spent $1,000 at the dealership they would at least wash your car. The rep Dani was nice, but the service was not good. Do not recommend.

I have known Jose for a very long time. He always looks out for a customer. He values his family as manly values their workers. About my Honda Accord 2012 brand new and I have taken it there for every service, except for one issue that I thought I could take care of myself. I'll just say it like this it's best left to the professionals and if you think they overcharge you you really have no idea of the quality of service they provide. Just like organic food you get what you pay for pay now or pay later. Thank you Jose!!!

Fantastic customer service. Needed a new key that had to be computerized (lol.. is that even a word) My car was ready the same day. Super friendly staff. Stayed in touch. Can't remember their name unfortunately, otherwise would give a 5 star personal review! Sorry. Can any of us even remember a person's name 5 minutes after meeting them? I'm not talking about dementia. Lol..

I cannot complain about the quality of the service and the professionalism of the care of my car, but the time it took for a simple change of oil was awfully excessive. I left the car at 9am and picked it up at almost 5pm. My car was ready at noon, but the advisor in charge simply forgot to give me a call telling me the car was ready. And this is not the first time to happen. Every time I take my car for service at Manly Honda it takes the full day to have it ready for pick up.

What a complete ripoff. Paid 40% more for the part than i should have. 40% more on labor and they didnt absorb the 240$ diagnostic to see what the problem was in he first place.

Sonia & Alejandro were great at getting my father s Ridgeline repaired after he broke the tailgate handle. Their communication skills were top notch and they were people skills were unmatched. My family have been coming to Manly for quite a while, and that won t be changing anytime soon.

An absolutely positive experience buying two cars from Manly. They really do care about customer service and after the sale are always available to answer questions and make things rigjt if any unforeseen problems arise. The sales/ finance manager corey is hands down the best l have ever dealt with fair honest and trustworthy.

I ve owned Honda cars 40 years always going to a dealership for service. Recently, I was away from home visiting in Santa Rosa and needed my battery checked.I went to Manly Honda.Service advisor was rude, yelling at me from across the large entry area where sounds echo. He then got defensive, and walked fast away from me denying he yelled at me in a super loud voice basically ordering me to follow him. I followed his fast walk to my car.I needed to ask a few questions about how to work the electronic dashboard. Without ceremony, he told me to get in the car. I got in with the drivers side door open. The Service advisor was clearly quite frustrated with me. Then he hung over the door, leaning into my car telling me what to do, talking over me as I tried to understand his instructions.I didn t understand his instructions and He kept on repeating the same instructions that I didn t understand. He was unsuccessful and explaining it to me but Quite successful in letting me know that I was not a valued customer. I felt his behavior was unsettling.After I asked for someone else to help me, he brought another man to Answer my questions. As I was sitting in the car and another man was able to answer my questions, the service advisor hung on the door and was very negative and interrupting.I asked the Service advisor to back away and let the man speak and answer my questions. I actually had to ask the Service advisor three times to back away from the door. He was bullying me.When he finally left, a third person a woman came out to easily teach me. I learned how to work more of the electronics in my car. Goal accomplished.I have never experienced disrespect in a Honda dealership before now. (Apparently, this man is usually nice). But not the day I saw him. I will avoid going to this dealership again.

Really happy with Manly Honda. Service advisor Dave Ashby has gone above and beyond in helping us deal with some pesky rodents that have taken up residence in our Accord s engine compartment. Highly recommend.

Hi be honest we you guys always bring my car to have the service there always be good until last week I bring to fixed something to the engine I drop Wednesday morning and the guy from the desk tell me be ready the next day 4 pm I stop to work to be on time and he tell me is not ready because the car need to be sit 8 hrs to dry the glue be ready so I understand that mistake so the nest day Friday I go pick up around the same time so the guy he help me the day before have the day off that day, so different person help me first impression nobody have the invoice for my car, so she super nice print new and I pay for that, the next thing she ask to bring the car to the front is nobody find my cars everyone look for my car after 20 minutes tell me the cars is not ready really bad communication so I ask to talk to the manager be honest I don t know how is the manager he doesn t know how to helping outBAD COMMUNICATION NOBODY APOLOGIZE FOR THAT NO BUENO

Seller always make us confuse as loyal customers. I have no idea about new vehicle just I know it give us more mileage so I bought it later knew there is no spare tire .now I notice my crv hybrid car does not go run fast at speed more than 65 at uphill even my engine acceleration so above and making loud noise . When I report they says no idea about that . I am sad for these incidents.

Bought a brand new car, had an issue with car almost immediately so I brought it into get serviced and not only did they not give me a loaner car, but they sent me home after I broke down crying in the service center. They proceeded to then text me using an unofficial number about updates and told me to contact the guy who sold me the car without explanation. Service manger finally called a week later to tell me he s aware of the situation but in summation it s been a comedy of errors.

I ve been going like four times to fix my car. they always have a beginners they ll never fix it, right even the service managers they don t care about customers either they always try to get around for not to fix the cars

Great! My representative took good care of me.The time estimate was 2 hours and it took 2:45 on a Friday afternoon. I had an intermittent problem starting my Honda. It only happened once in a while. Honda took my car in and kept in overnight to diagnose the issue. They found the problem and fixed it right away! Another great thing was that it was covered by my extended warranty! I am a very happy customer!

Not happy that we were not informed that our touring CRV hybrid has no garage door opener. We were not informed, but it was available as an accessory. We were told that the touring CRV was loaded my Honda accords for the last 30 years had auto garage door openers. Very disappointed.
