Lowell knows exactly what he's doing with my VW bug. He's timely, honest, explains things in a way you can understand, stands by his quotes and didn't take advantage of me because I'm an "older " woman like most mechanics and especially dealerships often do. Besides, he's an interesting guy. Ill never take my Bug anywhere else!
