Great Guys! Got an Extra key for home, they have a big selection of keys and got an Extra Key for my 2017 Subaru at half the price the dealership asked for!!! Sat on a couch they had inside while they programmed/cut my key! Will be back if I need another Key!!!

This guy is so quick and fair. Needed new keys to my truck, other places were priced so high. Not Josh. He charged a fair rate and did the work so fast and was great to chat to while I waited.

Joshua (the owner) did a great job taking the old Yakima bike rack off the back of my car - I had lost the key a few years prior and two separate locksmiths said they couldn't help me since I didn't have the key code for the lock.Lock Stop and Key responded to my email quickly to address my questions and provided a (very reasonable and way below my budget) quote for the service. Scheduled a time window to show up the next day and got taken care of immediately when I arrived 10 minutes early.Both Joshua and his assistant were friendly and polite - plus Joshua insisted on picking the lock even though I was happy to just have it drilled out. Apparently its a cheaper service that they offer and I got the sense there was a bit of professional pride involved!The store front was small but clean and organized - the location seemed like a well kept business zone, I had no issue finding parking and felt completely safe in the area.I guess in summary I would say - Lock Stop and Key does fast, friendly and knowledgeable work, I would definitely use them again for any locksmith jobs I can't DIY myself.

Great service, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing. Came in with a 2nd key fob I purchased for my car. Joshua wen out of his way to test it and try and get it to work. When it didn't, he sold me a good quality one he had, paired it, and cut the door lock key all in under 30 minutes. He knew I was there on my lunch break and was working to ensure I made it back to work in time. 10/10

These guys are seriously the best, and for so many reasons. This is what I've seen in my handful of experiences with them:Lock Stop works with solutions in mind rather than sales. They genuinely understand the importance & stress usually involved in the situations that require their services, and never try to sell products or services that you don't need.They do fast and professional work, and are always ready to assist with your key & security needs, whatever they may be. I've called at odd hours and to my surprise been answered & helped. After hours and weekends never seemed to be a problem. They have come to my rescue multiple times when I had complicated situations, like when I was moving and had all my keys stolen for multiple vehicles, one even in the process of being sold with paperwork locked inside. Regardless of complexity, Lock Stop has been able to help me figure out affordable solutions that fit my needs in each situation.Another of Lock Stop's values is truly caring about your security, and being careful and thorough in making sure the wrong people don't get access to it.There's no automated phone menu to wade through when you call, but an immediate answer, usually by the owner Joshua, who is well experienced & so helpful on the phone & in the field. Tyler is also a very knowledgeable locksmith for Lock Stop, and was very fast when he came to help me out of one of my 'keyascos'.Here's how lock Stop made me a lifelong customer, as I imagine most of their customers become: I locked my keys in my car at a shopping center where the Lock Stop van happened to be parked for lunch. I was rushed and frantic, (and broke) and after seeing the whole thing happen, Josh kindly opened my car for me without hesitation and simply told me to pay it forward. Since then, any time Ive needed locksmith services I've called on Lock Stop & Key.These guys are so awesome I really wish I could give them more stars- Lock Stop is a small local business that excels in it's industry, cares for the customer, & aims at an honest buck and no more. If you're in wine country and need a locksmith, Lock Stop & Key is the place to call. Seriously. I have used LockStop for years now. I am a property manager, and this has been my go-to vendor for mobile locksmith services for years. Tenant lock-outs, Sheriff evictions, and re-keying locks for vacancies. They also have a shop / store where they were able to make duplicate keys for me.

I left my keys in the car and called a few places and other places were trying to rip me off and charge $95+ to $120 to open my door. When I called here they worked with me and gave me a good deal, & were able to assist me within 15 minutes! I appreciate the honesty and integrity of this company, and Tyler Martinez was very helpful and polite and overall it was a great experience! Thankyou for your help, will refer others to this company and highly recommend you try them out!! 5 stars!!!!!!!

Joshua the owner is great to work with. Answered all of our questions and took time to explain everything. He installed all new locks on our house and the quality of his work is great. Prices are great too. Highly recommended.

They offered me a same-day appointment. Tyler assessed a sticky deadbolt lock and determined it could be fixed rather than replaced. Even though it was quite an old lock, with lubrication and adjustment of the strike plate, it works like new. Very fair price for the work.

I really don t understand the good reviews, they might be a bunch of friends and family. This guy Joshua cancelled not only once but TWICE an appointment that I we set up for a key copy, what kind of customer service is that?So disrespectful!! Other people's time is important too!Plus he was rude just because I asked if he would make a copy of a secured key (off course I had the paperwork and everything) but he didn t even asked if I had it. Never thought that I would get such a bad experience trying to get a service from someone.After talking with this jerk, I went to a very good locksmith, no appointment needed and they did the work for me with ease.

Josh was prompt and friendly. He came out on a Sunday within 30 minutes of calling. His work was thorough and he completed changing 7 locks in less than 40 minutes. I give him my highest praise and recomomendation!

Rented a new place and the deadbolts didn t work. I thought they must be old and needed to be replaced. I expected it would cost $$$ based on the research I did calling around . I got a good vibe about these guys from the website and over the phone. Tyler came out, examined the locks - turned out they were installed improperly as well as the door knob locks. He had them all fixed within 30 mins and no need to re-key. The fees were much less than I had budgeted for. Friendly, professional and reasonable fees, they have earned my praises!

If you need a locksmith in Sonoma County, call these guys. After reading some online reviews, we called and scheduled for an appointment to fix a couple of locks at our place in Cloverdale. Tyler came right on time and replaced one of the lock easily and quickly. The second one, however, was bit more work because he had to order the special parts from the door manufacturer. He was very profession throughout the entire process, keeping us informed about the cost and timing and helping me keep costs down by avoiding unnecessary work. We will be calling LSK if we ever need a locksmith again.Services: Repair hardware, Door lock & bolt hardware installation

Professional and friendly service. When I lost my car keys I called lock stop and key. Josh came right out and made me a new key and offered me a discount on the second key copy. I highly recommend this guy.

This guy knows his stuff. He is like Guy Fieri tasting a hamburger at a hamburger joint. He might as well be doing back flips while he works. Great work ethic, workmanship, customer service, and he actually does like hamburgers. Please keep up the good work, but slow down on the hamburgers!
