Local Hero s were literally MY Heroes! They were all so kind and I felt like they gave me all the info that I needed. My old truck was no longer able to drive on the freeway. What I thought the issue was was way off base and 1 afternoon spent in the shop has her floating at highway speeds like she s back in her teenage years. Thank You Guys!!

I am a small business owner, with three different vehicles, gas and diesel powered. They have taken care of my fleet over the years, and they will take care of my fleet for many more years to come.Besides mechanical work, they will smog your vehicle, and register your vehicle for you! The best one stop shopping !

I was amazed at how quickly my vehicle was finished and everything works great, as usual. I have been coming here for a long time for my vehicle repairs. They always do a great job and thoroughly explain everything that was done.

Lance is the man @ Local Heroes whom I have alot of respect for because he is an expert in what he does. My Dodge Charger RT 2008 drives like she is brand new. The whole team there is awesome and easy to work with. If u are looking for a great and honest automotive shop Local Heroes is a 20 on a 10 point scale. Special thanks for all you do.

Great experience! Local Heroes did a thorough evaluation of my 1999 Ford truck and set up a prioritized list of maintenance items to take care of it. Toni was very efficient, friendly and professional dealing with us.

Fantastic service. Friendly, incredibly knowledgeable staff happy to explain to me all my questions. They helped me assess the issues I need to address on my vehicle in order of priority with clear breakdowns of the work required and included a digital report with photos indicating the issues. The Halloween decor is cute too

Not every shop has the equipment necessary to smog a 17 ft. camper van. These folks do, and have always done right by me in terms of quality of work and price!

They were very nice and informative. They found the problem with my Jeep and had it fixed later that same day at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this mechanic shop and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have gone to local hero's several time a while back to give them a shot after my mechanic retired and boy am I glad I did. I had them perform routine maintenance on my truck a couple of time and they were fast knowledgeable and friendly. Brought my truck in the other day (2-11-2022) to local Hero's about a half hour before they opened, Melissa was there to help even though they were not open yet. My truck was intermittently stalling while I was driving, the mechanic quickly found the problem, called me with a quote, and had it fixed that day before noon even though I did not have an appointment. Thank you for your kindness, your knowledge, and for your help.Update (4-2-2024), I recently had my truck in for a possible brake replacement since I have 127K on the clock and have never changed my brakes. The technician did an inspection and told me that I have plenty of life left in my brakes and recommended not replacing them. Now that is a good honest shop, they could have told me that I needed everything replaced at a cost of $1400 but they didn't. There is not a lot of mechanic shops that hold the same integrity. Local hero's is the shop I would recommend, they honest, prices for repairs are reasonable, and the staff are friendly an knowledgeable. We've had a lot of hits and misses over the years but finding our way to Local Heroes (Piner Rd) put us exactly on target. From the friendly service to the quality and care, we've been glad to trust them with our secondhand investments over the years.Thank you to Lance, Melissa and everyone around for everything from smog to maintenance to DMV and back again. We're one GEO Metro down and a couple of Nissans to go.

I'm a repeat customer. Have used Local Heroes for many years. This visit was for smog certification. Everything went smoothly. The ladies in the front office are terrific, a pleasure to deal with and always go the extra mile to please the customer. The staff is very customer service oriented. I ve had my water pump replaced, and the timing chain along with some other items this past eight weeks. They ve done a good job they re clean they re neat. I m always pleased with their service. And they are always finding a way to get me in to get the car fixed for me. They give you friendly service when dropping and picking your car up, updates on how the inspection is going, and a prompt texts to let you know when your car is done. They also give you ample notice of future repairs that might need to be done, so you can prepare financially, they never pressure you into getting repairs.

This is now the second used vehicle that we ve purchased which Cathy has seamlessly (almost magically) registered with the DMV for us! We love Local Heroes on Piner Road in Santa Rosa! So grateful to have been referred to them in November 2021 by Seitz Silver Star Motors!! So many blessings and Local Heroes is among them!

I have an older truck and it needs TLC from time to time. Local Heroes and the incredible Melissa! Have taken such great care of me and my Truck. They always communicate extremely well, are done when they say they are going to be done but most importantly they pay great attention to detail, Identifying any issues of concern and letting me know right away. We took our vehicle in to the shop to transfer the title and pay the registration. It's great to have a local shop with DMV capabilities. Cathy was efficient and helpful. Everyone in the shop was great as well, and easy to talk to. This made our experience smooth and flawless. Great customer service!

Local heroes is a great auto shop. They have always done an excellent job with every service appointment. The team is professional and understanding.
