Great service, they diagnosed my Sprinter Van suspension after I've been to several other locations when they couldn't find the issue with the ball joints. I've already been by with my 94 Toyota and gotten a estimate for front end work. Comfy seats in lobby.

Taylor was a great help today and everyone at this Les Schwab will make sure you get taken care of promptly! A great small location, only downside is the parking lot, but nothing they can do about that!

Stopped by to have them check a "tire pressure warning light" on my car. I didn't get my tires there but hoped they'd take a look at them. They were very busy but told me to pull up to 1st bay and they'd check my tires. I was in and out in 5 minutes. NO charge! They checked all tires and filled the low one up. Great customer service! I'll make it a point to get my next tires there.

I had a punctured tire on a Saturday afternoon which I brought to this shop. I made the mistake of saying this was my only car and needed it by Monday morning before getting a price to replace the tire. After hearing this, the girl at the front counter came up with a price of $430 for one tire mounted and balanced. This is for a Ford Edge, so not exactly exotic tires mind you. I laughed and left. I went to American tire where I got the exact same tire for $185 plus $30 mounting and balance. Obviously, I won't be going to this shop ever again.

Everyone very helpful and courteous. Honest evaluation of my tires while showing me the tires. Free flat repair and no pressure to buy anything. Excellent experience. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee and popcorn.

The team here at the Montgomery location is great! They are honest and don't take the job if it isn't needed. I went in and requested that my tires be rotated on the rim because to me it looked like there was some outer wear that a standard rotation would not fix. After I dropped off the vehicle, I received a call a short while later from Taylor that they did not recommend spending the money for this service. It would not be worth the $200. This impressed me! They could have easily done the service and taken the money. Felt like they really did want the me. Thank you!

Les Schwab on Montgomery Dr in Santa Rosa has hands down the best service. Every time I go there I feel so well taken care of. I had a flat tire and sensor issue that they took care of at no cost. They are the best problem solvers and understand better than any business I know what true customer service is! Love you guys

I've always gone to Les Schwab for tire service, and have had good customer care. However, I drove 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment to have 4 new tires installed. When I arrived, the tires were not there... they had been mistakenly delivered to Sacramento. The person with whom I interacted said the tires could be reordered and delivered next week, without as much as an apology. In addition, he made a presumed decision that I would buy an off brand tire he had in the shop, by letting me know he wants to "make things right". I am very frustrated by the inconvenience resulting from this mistake, but more so frustrated by the minimal effort from the person I was working with. There was no effort to "make things right" from my perspective, just an effort to sell me different tires. Mistakes happen, but I did not experience the level of customer service that I had expected. I left for my 45 minute drive home asking myself why I would want to give them my business in the future.

All of the employees at the shop on Montgomery drive are super friendly, helpful, and nice. I can t say enough good things about them. I m sure all the Les Schwab places are great but this one is by far my favorite. They are very communicative and have great people skills. To sun it up, I like these guy. Keep up the good work. I know you will.

I stopped by this morning with a large bolt in my tire. The building was clean and the customer service was great. They called me on my cell phone and had finished the repair quicker than anticipated. I went to pay my bill and they told me it was complimentary, and to please consider them next time I needed tires. I was shocked as I had not even purchased my tires from them this last time. I am extremely grateful and would definitely recommend them.

Very slow service. After a two hours wait to check our car they told us they don t have that tire. We have to go to another place. At least they directed us to an amazing tire center very close to them. In fact this other place was much cheaper

Had an oscillation in the forester, drove in, got the front tires rebalanced . Took it out on freeway, still wobbling.. the tech took off the rear tires, found mud inside the rims, cleaned, rebalanced rears, all good. Very nice, hit me in and out both times in an hour, very professional and polite grateful .

I've done business with Les Schwab for years, mostly at this location. They fixed a flat for free that wasn't even purchased from them (original on new car). They also offered assistance to get me some much needed used tires for the front at no charge! I am a federal employee on furlough without pay, so this is VERY MUCH appreciated and further cements my loyalty to them. I highly recommend doing business with them!

I got a nail in my tire. Took my car into Les Schwab on Montgomery Drive and repaired it for free. Not unusual but almost to the day one week later. My tire was flat again, i called them and told them about the tire and also mentioned i was stranded at home without a way to get my car to them. Within five minutes a mechanic showed up, filled my tire so i was able to drive it 1/2 mile to their shop to repair it. This time it had a screw in it. Not only did they help me to get my car into the shop but they didnt charge me a penny. The service was fast and friendly and i was able to get to work on time. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had a nail in my Pirelli tire and came here to get it plugged. Turns out there was a bubble in the side wall. Apparently Santa Rosa has some of the worst roads. The staff here was very friendly and helpful even though they couldn t do anything to help me out. They tried all that they could! My specific tire is not available anywhere on this side of the country, so my best bet was still to take it to my dealer. They saw my car immediately, took the tire off, and put it back on so I could book it to my dealer before closing. The only thing is that the price they quoted me was higher than I would have liked to hear. The prices on tire rack are more reasonable and unfortunately they are not an authorized service center for tire rack. (Tire Rack prices includes the delivery and service rates at local shops...)

Took one of my 5 cars that I usually bring to them for years for tires, repairs etc. One of the young men said if I leave it all day they may get to it. When trying to drop the car off I was questioned byThe lady in the office that was rude and had zero time for any questions after she told me no way we will get to your repair and to top it off she answered the phone basically ignored me.No care no people skills. Zero star.Sorry to say I going to start looking else where. And most likely tell anyone that listens about this

Service took all day for a tire change. Otherwise it was good and my car is in good shape.

I feel can trust them which is nice. The warranty on the breaks seems fair but I'm not the best just of that. They put on breaks on my car less then a year ago and they were work down and squeaking. They are putting them in at no cost. Paul is a great gentleman willing to go the extra mile. Jared is also a wonderfully friendly service man.Be aware though you can't schedule an appointment which means you drop off and hope for the best. Sometimes that's nice but when they are backed up or if they didn't finish all their work from the night before it can take along while to get you're car repaired.

Being new to the area and California I had never been to a Les Schwabs before, my low tire pressure light came on and it was 15 minutes before they closed. I called ahead to make sure I could stop by (because I hate being that jerk that shows up at closing) everyone I talked to, from on the phone to in person, couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. They got me in and out incredibly fast before they even closed. I really appreciate it guys! Keep up the great work and I have definitely found the place I'll be going for future tires/service!

I also left the place stunned. I was not happy about going to them to begin with because they similarly were not honest about supposedly "bald" tires and then wanted to mark-up service claiming that my tires wobble: $800 to fix the wobble and $330 for two tires. Nevertheless, I figured I would replace the tires and consider getting a second opinion on the "wobble." Upon pulling in, four "boys" (meaning every member on staff) were out playing in the middle of the street with a ball. Not only did this create a hazard dangerous enough to almost cause an accident, but for those of you who are even remotely familiar with the lack of space at this facility and the turn-off to get in, it is clear that this behavior should NEVER be happening. There is limited space where cars need to quickly pull off of a busy street. As it turns out, there were two of us trying to get in at the same time. The first car could not figure out what to do. I figured it was easier to turn right back around and leave. I will never go here again, and quite frankly, I will never pay anyone who thinks it's cool to play on the job. Safety first, or get out of the car business. Thanks for saving me money "boys" and for allowing me to teach my daughter a life lesson about what you should and should not tolerate from service providers.

My dad s been getting his tires here for years. I needed to get new tires and an alignment done on my 1965 GMC truck. Andy did a great job correcting my caster and positive camber.

These guys treated us super well. We were stuck in Santa Rosa for about a week while our road trip van needed fixing. They did a great job fixing it and even let us sleep in the van in the parking lot several nights.

Always friendly service. The wait was a bit long, but they're busy for a reason, they're good. Bought four of their brand all-terrains last year, and the tires of held up very nicely.

I brought my car in because my steering wheel was noticeably crooked (it has to point to 2 o'clock to go straight). This often means the alignment needs to be fixed. I brought my car in, they claim they fixed the alignment, but my steering wheel is still just as crooked. Also my service stabilitrack light is now on after they worked on my car. To summarize, they did not fix the issue I brought my car in for and they broke something else in the process. This location has lost my business.

Awesome service! Big Kudos to Justin for being a honest and reliable employee. I planned on replacing a tire, but this great guy helped me out with a patch instead. Thank you so much! Definitely will be going back for my cars needs.

stopped by les Schwab todayafter my bike sat in the garage all wet/cold season, I figured let's get these tires properly inflated before going too far.from the young man who greeted us in the lot (who admitted that because he didn't REALLY know if the rules changed for bike tires from car tires) he wanted to be sure it was done correctly, as not to damage my bike.to the guy who actually filled the tireseveryone was very kind and helpful .wow really people working custom service retail were all those things - no kiddin ...we're getting thereafter filling my front tirethe young man screwed it closed and went on t0 fill the rear.it was almost just right when the front tire burstthe tube had shredded under the pressure of the fillmyself, my daughter, the kid doing the job...it scared the hell out of all of usmy breath hadn't even steadied by the time Paul (regretfully the only name that stuck and survived this experience) was in the bay making sure that nobody was injured and went to work finding me the means to get a replacement tube.my daughter and I walked to a nearby shop that had the required item. we brought it back and they replaced the blown tube.les Schwab is NOT a bike shopthey are a tire retailer.should they have worked on a bike tire?they thought it was in their wheelhouse, Google thought so too, and so did I.the reason I am writing this review is not because I had a stellar tire purchasing experience with a shop where that should be a "well yeah... they're. a. TIRE. STORE!"but because the experience could have been SO MUCH worse, and even more traumatizing than it was.all I wanted was to make my bike season ready and safe for my daughter and I to ride.instead I got to be standing right there when my inter tube exploded. have to bring down not one but two people with anxiety disorders (my daughter and myself) and spend money to replace a tube...a step I hadn't planned into my "by autism spectrum and anxiety riddled life necessity, rigorously & precisely scheduled" day.the guys at Schwab are the reason a horrible experience, wasn't worse than it was.thank you gentlemen.

I guess I will give Les Schwab 3 stars. I personally wouldn't take my vehicle there so actually I'm going to change it to 2 Stars. I just think that the people they hire might not be the highest caliber I guess I will give Les Schwab 3 stars. I personally would have take my vehicle there so actually I'm going to change it to to stars. I just think that the people they hire might not be the highest caliber people but it the same time what caliber do you need in order to change someone's tires? I don't know but tires are pretty important and I don't want to be the one that blows one out because of one of these kids

They literally just told me there was a screw in my tire and that I'd need to get it replaced. Just took it to my personal mechanic and zero screw in my tire just a leak.. If you're looking for honest service this may not be the place for you
