This place is wonderful! Friendly service and a can do attitude! What they charged me was more than fair! I came in today without an appointment and they had me taken care of in less than an hour!

Most professional treatment of a lady in my experience. From the moment I called Rob J. Too help my mother with her MBZ, the complete satisfaction of my Mothers job being completed, after my recommendation to his shop.....I can not ask for a better overall experience of an automotive repair. Without question, there work is SECOND to no one, but there integrity is without measure and UN-questionable in action. Thank you for so many years of loyal friendship and auto repair.

Don is great to deal with, they did some work on my 1974 Porsche 911 exhaust. Very clean shop and Carlos is very competent. All of the 5 star reviews make sense. Hard to find honest, fair and competent auto repair but this place is legit. Thanks

Once again they did a great job with another custom muffler. Sounds amazing. They are also great at welding projects. Rob is very knowledgeable and helped me decide how to proceed with my custom car project.

Top notch service and quality work with a cool vibe. My wife and I were on vacation when the muffler cracked from a worn spot during our drive from dinner. Fixed a pretty large exhaust leak for me. Brought it in at 10AM had them take a look at it and it was fixed by 11:30AM. And only cost $80.Great service, and value! I will probably bring it back here when I upgrade to a sports exhaust.Update on 10/2/2021: Took my Toyota Tacoma here for the exhaust re-route, because I want to put a skid plate on it. Great place to go for your exhuast needs. They took care of me and bmw 330ci and got exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price. Bob is the best host with amazing stories to keep you busy while you wait, there is also a waiting area where you can sit but just keep in mind it can take at least an hour depending on how many people are in front of you, I suggest going as early as you can for faster service since it's first come first serve. I went 2 days ago and my new muffler sounds great. I had a dual exhuast and converted it into a single, they put in a flowmaster y pipe with a pyped m80 muffler that I brought and now my car roars. Hope this is helpful. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking to get a new setup or simply just having smog issues.

Had them build me a custom exhaust after I completed an engine swap on my car. The original midpipes that I brought didn't fit so they fabricated a pair in house. Fantastic craftsmanship and an excellent price. Couldn't recommend them enough.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

We stopped here because we were having some rattling from underneath our van. We are in the middle of traveling and they were able to get us in and out very quickly as well as resolve the problem. Very honest and friendly mechanics! Highly recommend them

Great service, great prices. I went in to get a catalytic converter cover and in about 45 minutes they had already installed it. Best part was the fact that they charge less than what other reviews said they did.

Outstanding service. I stopped in with no appointment while traveling out of town. I'd developed an exhaust leak that was letting fumes into the cab of my truck. Rob the owner personally assisted me and got my truck back on the road in short order at a price that was more than fair. These guys are top notch and down to earth, it couldn t have been more easy for them to find and fix the exhaust challenge. I was in and out in 30 minutes and it cost $30!!!The owner, I assume, also told me I was missing a couple bolts in another area and offered to fix it. They go above and beyond. Good home town feel. Was referred here by another shop. Was just passing through town and the section on the axle back had come undone. Was referred here since I didnt have any tools. Owner was nice and was taken care of promptly. Wasnt charged that much either so so far so good. That was until my next stop. It was just my passenger side that was undone so I dont know why the tech messed with the driver side. Not only are the tips off they are slanted but on top off that touching my bumper. Common sense would tell you that the dual tips are supposed to be straight as in horizontal not diagonal so I dont know what the hell the tech was thinking. Now when I get home I have to fix what shouldnt have been touched in the first place and am now stuck with a melted bumper.

Oh my gosh this place is so great. I never thought I'd say that about a muffler place but the owner was very very sweet and very kind. My car was fixed on the spot and they didn't even want to charge me. I needed my tailpipe straightened out it was a quick fix and I was thrilled as to how kind they were. I would definitely go there anytime I need any kind of help with my car and muffler service.Bravo!

Recently my exhaust guy retired in my town, so I was in search of a new exhaust shop .. did a fair amount of research on shops(mind you I m super picky on who works on my vehicles) and after considering on a few shops I decided to call the ones I picked and found that these guys are insanely nice on the phone, I can t remember who I spoke to, but I definitely picked his brain for probably 10-15 minutes on the phone and got a good feeling about Johnny Franklin s .. decided I would go ahead and make the 50 mile drive to check them out in person .. I ll tell you I was impressed to see how they do thing s, after talking to a few guys in the shop I decided that I would let them go ahead with the work I wanted done I was expecting to be there for 4-5 hours while the work was being done, boy was I wrong .. I spent a total of 2 hours at the shop, between talking about what I wanted done and having the work done!!! Now I m flabbergasted at the total time spent at the shop, so now I m expecting a HUGE bill, but to my surprise I was told the amount, and my thoughts were way off, I was expecting to pay double what I actually paid .. before I left the shop I poked around my truck looking at the work they did, fabulous work and great prices, not to mention the great customer service I received! I found my new shop!!!!! Don t care that it s a 50 mile drive one way .. I ll definitely be coming back again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUY S!!!!Service: Exhaust

Went here on the suggestion of the car dealership where I bought my new SUV. Wanted to install a trailer hitch bar, but didn't want to pay the dealership price. Tim was great. Made evwrything auper easy. Explainwd my options. Ordered custom parts, scheduled install for the following week. Had me in & out in about an hour and a half. Looks great. Cost was 1/2 of what I would have paid at the dealership. Highly recommend.

Great customer service. I recently purchased a car trailer that had brakes on one of the two axles. But my vehicle needed to have a brake controller installed in or to have everything work correctly. Johnny Franklin's driveline and hitch came highly recommend. Not to be confused with Johnny Franklin muffler, which is the next door building. I was in and out in less than two hours. And due to the particular controller that I purchased, the cost was much cheaper than expected

Have been taking my cars here for 5 years now. They always take great care of me. The staff is friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable especially when it comes to some of the new laws passed in CA. A great shop with great staff, from the owners to the mechanics (even the cat). I have been using these guys for every car I have ever owned in the last 30 years. They have always done excellent work for me and treated me more than fairly. I fully trust this shop and I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend these guys and send anyone here. I know they would get the same great service and honest treatment that I have always received.

Good honest repair work. Prices are very reasonable. Waiting room has a popcorn machine which makes this place like heaven (I'm just relieved that my car is ready the same day --so yes. just like heaven). My beast, an '03 Jag S-type with right-side catalytic converter replaced and a set of four rear-swing arm bushings replaced. Good work guys! Car is back on the road and tearing up Hwy 29 like I'm in a race to a wine tasting experience.
