My car window didn t roll down when pressing the down button. I went to this body shop and they fixed my window problem within the same day. I was really impressed by their speedy repair, very reasonable price and great customer service. Since I was self paying, they gave me a cash discount, which I didn t see at other body shops. Highly recommend!

The guys at J & J Autobody made my car look brand new again. I highly recommend going here for all your Autobody repairs. They are reasonably priced for the exceptional work they do. I will go back for any future work, if needed.

I have had two of my vehicles repaired at this shop and each time I get great service. Staff is very responsive, quick and easy to work with. Kelly communicated clearly and was on top of things. I was honestly surprised with the quick turnaround time for a quote and for repairs. Thanks John for the awesome service I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

One of my friends recommended that I reach out to Bryan at Auto Body & More. I wish I could rate this place 10 Stars. Bryan was amazing. From start to finish he was professional, friendly, and detailed on every piece of my truck. I had a severe amount of damage to the back of my truck after a rainy day spin out. Bryan talked through service options with my family and me. Originally, they were thinking full repairs would take about three weeks but my truck was done in just about a week and a half!The quality of work was five stars. Bryan sent me pictures and updated me on the repairs of the truck through the entire process to keep me in the loop. He didn t cut corners using after market parts returning everything to its original quality within a reasonable budget. I had gotten quotes from a few other auto body shops in the Santa Rosa area and Auto Body & More topped the competition significantly. Bryan was a great guy to work with and I felt comfortable and confident leaving my truck in his hands.

I was referred to Bryan at Auto Body and More after a neighbor backed into my car. I stopped in for a quote and he was able to get me in quickly to start the repair. I got several progress pictures and they finished the job before the date promised! The car looks perfect - you would never know it had ever been hit. Meticulously done! Highly professional, excellent quality and very friendly!

I interviewed more than a dozen body shops before selecting Auto Body and More. When they worked on my Volvo, they did MORE than they said they would. Their work was impeccable. Ask to a look at the artistic paint jobs they have done over the years. You will be impressed. Great attention to detail that I doubted I would find at other shops. Bryan really cares for his work and it shows. Good people to deal with. Very helpful in cajoling the insurance company to treat me the best they could.Incidentally, all body shops seem to use the same estimating software, so the prices are all nearly identical. You might as well get the best workmanship you can. See these guys.

I was involved in a minor vehicle accident and found myself in need of an honest auto body shop. Having just moved to the Santa Rosa area only a year prior, I had no idea where to find a good auto body mechanic. A day after the collision I was refereed to Brian at Auto Body and More. My decision to take my vehicle to Auto Body and More would prove to be very worth while. Brian was incredibly helpful through the entire process, from start to finish. Brian was an amazing advocate for me. He was able to repair my 2017 truck with all OEM parts, despite my insurance provider wanting to repair things with all aftermarket parts. Brian and his crew did an amazing job on the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. I would recommend Auto Body and more to anyone looking for true, honest, and skilled work with great results.

Auto Body & More is one of the best body shops I have been to. Bryan and his crew do great work both on collision, and custom paint jobs. Their communication is great, and keep you posted on the status of your vehicle. Bryan will also stand up to insurance companies to make sure you get authentic factory parts, and not some cheap aftermarket replacement. I recommend Auto Body & More to everyone I come across.

Bryan is amazing and will treat you like family! I urgently needed a window replacement and Bryan got me scheduled and the repairs completed in no time. It wasn't covered by insurance so Bryan did everything he could to mitigate the costs.Unexpected car repairs are never fun but Auto Body & More made this experience so much less stressful and they've definitely found a new customer for life!

I've had several vehicles in the last few years all needing some kind of body work and have used Auto Body and More each time. They never fail to impress me at how clean their work is, how quickly they get it done and how effectively the owner Bryan handled the insurance company.Not only is Bryan a wizard at body work, mechanics and paint, but he is a patriotic family man who's dedication to family is truly admirable.Thank you Bryan and crew for the amazing work you do.

I was referred to Auto Body and More and was told they were honest and they really take care of their customers. I didn't need any more convincing than that.Bryan and his team took great care with my car, communicating with me at each step so I knew exactly where they were in the process. They couldn't have been nicer to work with and my car looks brand spankin' new.I hope I don't need them again, but it's good to know there is a great company with super nice people who will get the job done when you need it.No stress, good prices, great service, nice folks - Auto Body and More is a winner.

I just got my car back from AutoBody & More ... They just fixed my car from a hit and run in Santa Rosa recently ... I was particularly impressed of how the repairs were handled by Bryan Kinney who was very professional and efficient ... J & J Auto Body is great! They went above and beyond my rear bumper.They replaced my front turn signal and gave my front bumper love. Jen was kind enough to take me home and pick me up when my car was ready. She kept me up to date during the repair. Thank you!High quality, professional, and prompt. J & J autobody is a Great company. I've used a few different collision centers throughout the years and you cannot beat their quality. This shop did amazing work on my truck. We just had the best experience with Bryan at Auto Body and More! We took out our favorite summer car, a 69 bug convertible and immediately crunched in the driver side fender and bent the back bumper. Bryan had the ORIGINAL fender, back bumper in stock and even a perfect front bumper that was better than ours, that he gave us a great price on. We had our beloved bug back in exactly 1 week looking better that ever!

I picked Auto Body and More because I saw some of the intricate paint jobs they did on motorcycles and trucks. I thought that if someone can paint that carefully, their attention to detail would carry over into general body work. I was right. Their price was right in line with all the other body shops, but the quality was better. I could see it in the way the parts aligned and the attention to detail. Bryan and John are good to work with and helpful when it came to negotiating with the insurance adjuster.

Where do I start!!! My wife got into a fender bender "not her fault", we took the car to Auto Body and more for a quote. After talking with Brian "the Owner" he explained in detail what would be done to the vehicle from start to finish. Brian took us on a tour of the facility to show us some of the current repairs and some of the custom paint jobs that he had done in the past. The shop was clean and the staff was friendly. The whole experience was worry free, we had our vehicle in and out within the time frame he quoted and it turned out beautiful! With a professional attitude and the quality of the repair , I would Highly recommend Brian and his team for future Repairs.. Thank you Auto Body and More !!!

We ended up taking both of our cars to Bryan. He pressed insurance to get the better-fitting OEM parts, and did a fantastic job--good structural as well as cosmetic work. We were very pleased about his work ethic and results!

If you are looking for a body shop to get your car done as quick as possible and get it back to you, this is not the shop for you. This is the body shop that will treat your car like it is your own. They will spend the time to make sure your car looks better than it did before you had your accident. I have dealt with this shop twice and I absolutely love this shop. The people are friendly and their work is great. I am very happy I found this body shop. You have a customer for life. Thank you!!!! You guys are awesome!

I recently picked up the paint job Autobody & More did for my Street Glide. The quality and finish is amazing! It is nice to find a shop that can actually listen to the customer, works with me, makes suggestions, and produce a paint job that exceeds expectations. Turn around time was actually a little faster than projected, price was on par with orriginal estimate. It was nice to get photos email to me of progress during the project. It was great working with everyone there, looking forward to taking my next project up there later this year.

Not being from CA but having an accident while there, I was referred to Auto Body and More by another repair shop. Bryan, Jim, and the guys couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! They handled the insurance dealings so I didn't have to do a thing... VERY appreciated!!! Throughout the process they in so many ways went above and beyond! Truly GOOD and HONEST people!!! I even received photos of the work as it was in progress and was kept up to date with everything. They also fixed additional issues on the car and helped in other ways with it. My repair, a complex job, was top notch! It looks perfect! These guys are SUPER and so is their work!!!

Have to say I have never had what I would call " A complete customer service experience" with any other company! Brian and his staff have taken care of my cars 3 times now and I am always amazed! They take full charge to get thru the insurance issues and keep me informed along the way. My responcibilty is to get my car to him and even that is negotiable. My first time Brian came to my house to take pictures and get info on my insurance. When I showed up with my car he had the rental car ready for me. When I picked up my car he returned the rental car for me. I am thrilled to have an auto body company that understands not only how to make my vehicle new again but deal with all the annoying details that take the stress out of it. This time he made the arrangment to get my car to me after the shop closed because I work late! And it is perfect again!!!

Talk about perfection. This is the second time one of my bikes has been painted by Bryan. He creates art when he paints. His black is so deep you would think you could reach right through the bike. Attention to detail is amazing, the slightest imperfections removed. I can only recommed his shop to those who want the best and take pride in their vehicles. Five stars are not enough.
