Such great people to do business with, explain everything, most detailed invoice I have ever seen! Clear estimates and excellent communication. Honest vibe and great shop dogs! My boy friend dropped me off and first thing he said was "Did you see how clean their shop is?" ;-)

My experiences have all be amazing with Hahn Automotive. Friendly staff give reliable and honest quotes. The work they do is quality and they complete the work in a timely manner. They are excellent at keeping us updating on any work that is being done. This is the best shop ever! Jessica and her team are extremely talented. Jason, the automotive foreman, is a very talented mechanic who knows how to work on older Toyotas. My car is a 1989 Toyota MR2 which been having a consistent suspension issue where the car kept pulling to one side. This issue been looked at by so many alignment shops and mechanic shops who were not able to resolve the issue, but Hahn Automotive identified the issue and mad the adjustments with my alignment to resolve the issue. Jessica is the best service writer I've worked with who is very clear, concise, and is knowledgeable with cars.Another big plus is that the shop allows you to go under the car on the rack and show you what's wrong. The shop is very transparent with you and what you should do with your car. I felt like I was taken care of in a timely manner and as painless as possible. These people are also very honest with what they can do and what they can not do.Overall, this shop gets a 10/10. I will bring my cars back here for any further work on my vehicles.Service: Steering & suspension repair

SKI BOAT SERVICE. Billy and his staff are always helpful. They have given me years of solid strategy for repairing and improving my ski boat. It's an older boat with low hours so some things have needed to be replaced and maintained. Their prices are fair and they have a lot of experience with boats of all kinds.

I've been going to Hahn for well over 15 years, through numerous vehicles, old to new. At every step, every vehicle, even with those pesky "it stopped doing it when I brought it here!" issues, they've been tops.Their work is superb, their warranty (which I've only had to use once on a faulty part that was installed) is second to none, and they're always up front about everything, explaining in as much detail as the customer wants. (I do sometimes ask too many questions.)They've bought my family's loyalty many times over through the years. The team at Hahn automotive was great. They were able to schedule me in quickly to look at an oil leak, found the root cause to have been a dent in my oil pan. They ordered the parts and got me back on the road within 1 business day which was great. Price was good, work was very good. Turn signals was the issue they fixed the wiring which worked for about a week when I brought it back to them claimed the issue was the combo switch swapped out the combo switch with a brand new one myself to avoid paying an extra $400 for a simple job low and behold turn signals still don't work which means they didn't bother to actually check their work when I brought it back to them will be taking my business elsewhere from now on

In a world of indifference and bad attitudes Hahn Automotive stands out with superb customer service and work. Just the way Terri answered my request for service told me I had called a good place and as it turned out, the right place. Friendly, courteous, professional and a super comfy waiting room not to mention clean bathroom!! I don't write reviews like this as a matter of routine. This automotive service center simply raises the bar for all others. My local mechanic replaced two components of my vw electrical trunk latch without fixing the problem. Hahn mechanic quickly identified a loose wire and fixed the wires at no cost. Many thanks!!

I talked to Jessica on the phone and she was really nice and helpful. She booked me an appointment the next morning and was very transparent about pricing and timing. They had my car ready within a couple hours (I got a battery replacement and oil change) and it is working great now. I highly recommend Hahn!

We pulled into Hahn while on travel with a check engine light. They were amazing to us. We were more that 500 miles from home. They researched and ordered parts, loaned us a car for the duration of our repair, and even helped us plan the safest route home. Most importantly they correctly diagnosed our problem, fixed it, and we have been trouble free since our visit last August. They went above and beyond in serving us, checking on us even after we arrived home. The shop is clean, the mechanic was expert, and they communicated really clearly. It's rare to visit businesses as exceptional as this one!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

There is not enough words to describe our gratitude and appreciation for Billy and his team at Hahn automotive. We bought a boat last year that unfortunately didn t run as promised. So we brought it over to Billy and in just a couple days he was able to figure out why I didn t run and he fixed it with no problems.I can honestly say that because of Billy we were able to enjoy our boat this summer, 2021, I would recommend Billy at Hahn automotive- any day to anyone looking to have their boat fixed. I needed my driver side window motor replaced and a check engine light looked at. I was having issues with my battery draining and was worried that the alternator was going bad. The front desk lady was very knowledgeable about all these issues and gave me an estimate on the price. I wasn't in a hurry to get the SUV back so they could take their time. Wonderful customer service from start to finish and I was provided a very detailed list of all the work done and charges for everything. I came by and needed some electrical work done after a botched fix of the cylinders in my engine. The folks at Hahn took care of me within hours and I was back on the road, same day. Fast, professional, affordable and more importantly.. friendly and pleasant to deal with. Some of the best car service I ve received as a total package. The service was superb. I m not even exaggerating. Everyone was super kind & helpful. The mechanics were efficient and their work was top notch. I brought my 2007 GMC diesel truck into Hahn Automotive last week. I rely on my truck for work and needed it back ASAP. Front wheel bearing needed attention, check engine light was on (bad thermostat) and I wanted them to check the brakes.Honestly, I needed these repairs done for a while however, I have seen too many repair shops that were dishonest. I had previously took my Corvette to Hahn Automotive and they took care of everything.My truck was also repaired as needed and were honest to tell me the brakes were good. I finally found an honest repair shop and would highly recommend them.I also want to give a big shout out to the service writer Jessica. She was polite and professional. Jessica always kept me informed by phone as progress was made on the repairs. Actually, everyone there was very personable and professional.Great Job Hahn Automotive!

Hahn Automotive was recommended to me by Johnny Franklin s Muffler and Tow in Santa Rosa to get my tow vehicle a VW Touareg s electrical tow harness and headlight repaired since they are familiar with foreign cars. WOW. Jessica & the Hahn team are incredible competent & kind. I recently bought a used truck and got their pre-purchase vehicle inspection for $160 and I m so glad I did. I had sticker shock until Jessica explained that cheaper inspections at other shops would be checking maybe 30 elements in the car, at Hahn s it s a *100* point inspection.They worked with me over a roller coaster of a buying experience, and if I weren t over an hour away this would be my auto shop, 100%

Hahn Auto is the place to take your boat trailer! I took my trailer in recently to get my bearings re packed. They found an issue with one of the calipers and installed new ones on all four hubs just to be safe ( covered under warranty). This is a clean local shop with friendly staff and excellent service. I first used the team at Hahn last October to winterize our boat. The team was very knowledgeable and helpful (especially for a new boat owner). Which is why they were my first call when I discovered my boat trailer had actually failed over the winter. Hahn was quick to act in getting the parts ordered, setting up a date to complete the work, and connecting me with transportation. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received or more excited to be back on the water, thanks to Hahn Automotive!

Thanks Hahn Auto!! Quick service & friendly office staff. I needed a Brake & Light inspection for my salvaged vehicle. They got me in right away & had my truck ready the next day before noon. Their shop dog Maggie is super sweet; my short visit to the waiting area found it clean & comfortable. I didn t shop around, but the price seemed reasonable for what I needed.
