Collision Consultant Ryan gave the best customer service. He explained the options for my minor scrape and even buffed off the paint transfer before I left.Do ask your consultant about the various options to repair, cash out, or just close the claim altogether, though, because they may not be able to give advice unless you ask. (I just said to him, "If I was your favorite old auntie, what would you advise me to do, based on your personal experience?")Service: Body & Trim

I took my Lexus in for repairs in December 2021. Ryan Deniz was awesome to work with, great customer service, lifetime warranty on their workmanship (as long as you don t sell your Lexus) and they are the closest Lexus Certified body shop to Sacramento. Plus there is no way I was going to take my car to a chop-shop in Sacramento, so it was well worth the 100+ mile drive to Santa Rosa.

I brought my 4 month old Tacoma in to be repaired from a rear end collision. I was immediately impressed with the attention to detail which included not only actually looking at the damage - the other place glanced at the damage and made a very quick (and turned out hugely underestimated the cost and scope of repairs) assessment of repairs that would be needed. Even my untrained eye knew i needed a better collision repair shop. I really appreciated the transparency Eric provided regarding the timeline for repairs. He worked very well with my insurance company. I am extremely pleased to have my truck back within the the time frame that was given to me. It looks like it was never hit. I highly recommend Freeman Collision and if you re lucky enough to work with Eric: that would be a bonus for you.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

Erik and Kristal are absolutely amazing! Communication thru the whole process of getting both mine and my husband s vehicles repaired was clear and helpful. Erik is a beast when it comes to getting things done quick with insurance. Kristal is always welcoming at the front desk and on top of getting us assistance asap. Highly recommend for any brand of car you own. We have used them many times and will definitely be using them again, if needed.Service: Body & Trim

I m so very happy with the repairs done to my vehicle. Erik was so very helpful the whole way through. Even when he was waiting for the insurance to get back to him he kept me updated the whole time. Erik and the ladies at the front desk were incredible. Everyone was friendly and professional. My car looks incredible- good as new! They explained everything and Erik kept me up to date with everything that was happening with my car repairs. Couldn't be happier! I have had my car in this shop for repairs since October 19 2022. Since then I have been the one trying to get updates on the status of my car. After around 2 months I recieved my car back after demanding for an update, since there was lack of communication between the employee and I. I had to be the one to initiate conversation since Erik would never give us updates. Once I did recieve my car, I noticed issues on the car that were not 100% fixed. That resulted in me having to return my car and I spoke with the general manager Jessie for further evaluation. He proceeded and brought his whole team and stated they would work on the car all together and promised me he would get it done as soon as possible. It's been a week since I've taken my car in for the repairs that they didn't fix the first time and Jessie provided me with his number so I could call him for any questions. I've called him two times already and have not heard from him. The car was leaking from the door, there was gaps in between the hood and fender and the paint on the side wasn't right.

My experience with Freeman Toyota Collision Center was positive from beginning to end. The office staff was courteous and professional, keeping me abreast of the status of my repair and expected completion time. They set up a loaner car for me and made the requested arrangements with the service department for my scheduled maintenance so that I would not have to make a separate trip. The repair they made to my car bumper looked great, and the icing on the cake was getting into my car and realizing that the interior was vacuumed, dusted, and the windows were completely clear. It's wonderful to have my car looking new again!

The art of restoration is taken to a new level at this facility. No aftermarket or knock off parts are used here. This is the only certified Toyota and Lexus Collision Center in Northern California. Their expert technicians will restore any make or model vehicle to its pre-collision condition.

We recently used Freeman Auto Body when my vehicle was severely damaged in an accident. Erik, the collision consultant, was amazing. He offered support in tracking pertinent insurance information and options, as well as patiently answering all of our questions during a very stressful time.The service here was greatly appreciated!

My experience at Freeman Collision Center was everything I had hoped for! All of the staff were courteous and kind, and I was made to feel very welcome - both over the phone and in the shop. The person who primarily handled my claim was Mike D., who followed through with everything he said in terms of getting the car done in the projected time frame and having the work done at a high level. When I picked up my car from the shop, I was so impressed!Many thanks to the entire crew at Freeman Collision Center in Santa Rosa, CA! Cheers!
