Jennifer was personable and efficiently executed the repair of my son s sports car. She worked with the other party to get payments in advance of the work and when there was additional repairs needed she called the other party to collect payment. The job was done quickly - in 4 days. We are very pleased. Thank you Jennifer!

This was my first experience getting repairs done after a car accident and it could not have gone smoother. Jennifer was very communicative, helpful, and knowledgable and my car came out even better than before the repairs! I will absolutely continue to rely on Fix Auto in Santa Rosa for any future repairs!

I brought my 2016 Honda Civic to Dibbles at the recommendation of the Honda dealership for repair fora rear end collision to the bumper. It's comforting to know that this place is Honda certified.I mostly dealt with Jennifer Nguyen. She was wonderful throughout the whole process. There's a gentleman who also works at Dibbles whom I interacted with. When I needed something important from my car after I dropped it off he was very kind and helpful to allow me to get what I needed.When it came time to pick up my car I was very impressed with the work. Looks like a brand new car! I appreciate all the assistance and excellent customer service!Choosing a repair shop can be a little daunting because no one wants poor quality work. I went with my first instinct after talking to the Honda dealership and I'm happy I made the right decision with Dibbles auto body.

From walking in the door to driving away I received the best service ever. Jennifer kept me informed during the entire process and was so accommodating to all my needs. And the work is perfect!. They even cleaned the inside of the car.

I took my Honda in to be repaired by Fix Auto Santa Rosa and was very pleased with the outcome. The staff, Asia and Jennifer were very friendly and the owner/Managers were also very nice. If repairs are needed, I would trust this business again.

I was very impressed with the shop's communication. Carl kept me in the loop throughout the process. My car turned out great. There was a longer delay then anticipated to get my car's body work completed however, they covered for the rental car for that extra week. Overall I am happy with everything.

They made the repair experience for my model 3 Tesla as smooth as possible. Jen handled all the communication between Tesla insurance and moved the process in such an efficient way, especially because Tesla is notorious for taking their time. The repair was great as well. Happy with the service.

Fix auto Santa Rosa has the absolute best customer service! Carl and the staff communicated with me weekly and answered all my questions, so easy to work with, they really care about their customers. They did an excellent job. I originally picked them cause they were the first shop that I found that was Honda certified. They had great communication and were very kind and patient with all my questions. I hope I never have to use them again but if needed I would go back and would recommend them to friends and family. The staff at Fix Auto are calm, clear and kind. My new bumper looks perfect! They cleaned my filthy car too! They called to update me about the progress, and stayed within the original estimate. Highly recommend! If I ever need auto body work done again, i ll call them first!

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Having your car repaired is never fun. The staff was great! I will 100% be coming back here if I need another repair on my car. They were very informative and returned my car in pristine condition and in a timely manner. They also called my insurance company, which wasn t very responsive to me, and waited on hold for over 2hrs and coordinated everything that I needed to be able to bring my car to the shop. Fix Auto did an amazing job on my Subaru Crosstrek! The pearl white color is notoriously hard to get right (I ve had problems at other shops) and they were able to match the color on the new bumper perfectly. The customer service and communication from Jennifer was top notch the entire time. She constantly kept me up to date on the status of my car and quickly handled everything with my insurance. They did the repair on my front fender and bumper from an accident. The guy that helped me, I think his name was Jamal was awesome! He was so informative and knowledgeable about the work to be done and the timeline. He updated me at every move. He helped me with getting a rental and dealing with the deductible that my insurance was supposed to pay. He was really great.
