Before Firestone I used to go to Pep Boys which notoriously had poor service. It was refreshing to have someone who was honest and listened to the customers. I also listened to how he interacted with the other customers. Vince even went out of his way to make sure each customer was treated fairly and he was doing the most he could to make sure everyone was receiving great customer service. I would definitely recommend Firestone to anyone that needed any kind of care care.

I brought my car in for a flat tire, and was told I need to replace the wheels. It has taken several weeks trying to purchase a set for myself, but I have called in multiple times and been told that there was no charge or concern of parking space for my car. Without notice they towed it and nobody at Firestone can tell me why or where it is. They have my name phone number and car on file, because I was a customer. They had the keys to the vehicle and gave them to the towing company.Since Management responded to my review I will update my post. Management was not available to speak to me today, I opened a customer complaint case with corporate. I had to come up with 700 out of pocket to get my car out of impound before the fees got any higher. It seems like Firestone should be responsible for this fee... as they mistakenly towed a customers car. If they ever do anything to help I will update this review.BELIEVE THE ONE STAR REVIEWS.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Mark and Ron are both great at providing customer service. I get phone calls with updates. I'm not pressured into buying extras. My car is always done when it's promised to be done.

Great fast efficient service here on Santa Rosa Ave! Had car towed down on a Sat and they said that they probably wouldn t get to it until Sun which we were fine with. Called us an hour or so later with an estimate, we approved it. Car was done same day!!!!

I had an appointment at 3 o clock and I sat there for two hours for an oil change. Also to learn that they put not exactly the same oil as they put in my car before my car is brand new and they put half-and-half this time so I have to come back in 5000 miles instead of 10,000 miles they didn t look at their own record of me in the system. They also noted that I have 115,000 miles but I have 11,000. They were very off, it was very uncomfortable and it made me feel like I need to go somewhere else next time. It s my bad for making an appointment after seeing on Google last week that Firestone has fraudulent issues

Waited 20 minutes for Michael to process my inspection. During this time at least 5 customers called in and were put on indefinite hold. They need a receptionist. I was quoted prices the day before and told to bring my vehicle in the morning and it would be completed the same day. The quote came back $70 higher than quoted on the phone without added work. In addition they wanted the car overnight

Don t waste your time to book an appointment via the third party or online. They will just call you to reschedule. This place has terrible time management. You ll have an appointment scheduled then they will call you to reschedule because they are busy . It s ridiculous. This place is going downhill. Firestone should be aware and hire efficient staff.

I am here for Uber car inspection. It took an hour long. The form is low quality and missing my name on top. Advisor forgot to give me a receipt. I have to go back to get it next day.

We hired them to fix a valve cover gasket and the mechanic didn't know how to use the hood lever to pop the hood and a forced it and broke it. The manager name is Ron and the mechanic that forced the hood is Jose if a mechanic is truly a mechanic doesn't he know how to pop a hood. Never take your car to this business go somewhere else.

I just called to make an appointment for an oil change. The phone line directed me to a 3rd party representative who pretended they worked at Firestone and were making my appointment on the spot. I spent 7 minutes on the phone giving all my info and then found out they simply put in an appointment request which I could have just done online. I feel deceived and frustrated, and wasted my precious time and energy going through that. Probably will look somewhere else more honest for oil changes even though Firestone is the cheapest.

Today was my first time doing an oil change here, I scheduled an appointment here 2 days prior. I arrived exactly on time for my appointment and from there I was briefly explained the process and was told to come back in an hour and thirty minutes. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told that my car had not even been pulled in. The reason being that the mechanic s car broke down so he was working on his own, and the other mechanic was unavailable. I was not told this information when I had arrived and as a result I lost an hour and a half of my time. When I came back I was told I could wait an unspecified amount of time and was not asked nor given the opportunity to reschedule later in the day. I found the experience to be very unprofessional and unfortunately I would not recommend this store.Service: Oil change

Really outrageous experience between the call center and the shop. Two hours on the phone and when I showed up at the shop I was told I had NO Appointment. Don't even bother with these people. If they can't keep their schedule what would they do to your car?

Very friendly staff and got me in just a little after my appointment time. Thorough and honest mechanics. Complimentary brake check and told me where the problem was and said it wasn t serious. Didn t recommend expensive or unnecessary repairs and gave a solid recommendation for the future. I will definitely be picking this team over the dealership in the future.

I scheduled an appointment to fix my front brakes (vibration when I step on brakes), do lifetime alignment and change oil. at the office they told me that they cannot do alignment today (they didn't care to call me). fine. in 4 hours they called me and said that my brakes are fine and they just changed oil. no mechanic on duty ? I just wasted my time. I have to say that they were very polite and can do oil change.

Made appt through call center, got to shop and they knew nothing of appt even though I had a reservation #. Waited over 2 hours to get new tire put on vehicle.

Went in today Monday 8/30 for a 11:00 appt., I was out at 11:29. Went to pay the bill and realized I had left my wallet in my tennis bag. Ron the Manager was understanding and trusting and let me leave the facility with my promise I would go directly home and call my credit card info. in. Great service and a manager who knows how to treat and help his customers. Thank you Ron!Rich

Did a great job on my Jeep, the staff was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. Knocked off one star because while they were changing the oil, they wanted to do a couple extra small things and I wish they would ve called me. Had they called, I would have told them to do it while they had it. Other than that great service.

I was in and out in five minutes. They quickly solved the low-tire problem. Didn't try and upsell me anything and didn't charge for the service since it turned out I only needed air. I have had consistently good service here for the last three years.

I visited this place to get my car inspected for rideshare companies.At the beginning, they tried to convince me that I needed two separate inspection forms for two companies. They lied to charge me more money. (On both rideshare companies websites it says they require California vehicle inspection and they accept any other rideshare company s inspection)Then they said one of my tires' pressure was low. And added that if I change my windshield wipers, they will ignore the tire pressure thing.These guys can put others lives in danger just to make 30$ extra!In addition, I took my car to a tire shop right after.
