My tire was flat due to a screw puncture. I had the spare tire on the car. I secured an appointment with Firestone. They fixed my tire and had me on my way in less than two hours, and I was only charged $20. I am grateful.

I made an appointment. I stated that I didn't have extra time and owanted the job done while I was waiting. I was assured that the job would be done within 2 hours of my appointment. After an hour and a half my car was still sitting there. I was then told it would be 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours to complete the job I left and will never return to Firestone

It was easy to go online to make my auto repair service. i dropped my car off and there was only a couple of minutes wait for help at the counter. My car was in for a brake inspection but now brakes were required but they did repair my tire as it had a nail. And pick up was easy as the dropoff. Scott was very professional and courtesy with me.

First time here. Wheel Works merged locations from Mendocino Ave.Staff responded quickly to my need of a tire repair on Sunday.They gave an honest assessment and applied my credits from the other tire.

My tire pressure warning light came on while shortly after leaving for work. I couldn't find my tire pressure gauge so I figured I'd stop by, have them check for a puncture and, if one was present, get it fixed.When I asked them to check my tire pressure, I was informed that they both needed information from inside my vehicle as well as personal information including my phone number. I asked why a phone number was required to check someone's tire pressure and, while I don't remember the exact response, it could just as well have been "It doesn't matter, stop whining." I was then told that it would take TWO HOURS before they could even check my tire pressures.I said forget it and walked out. I went home, found my tire pressure gauge, and checked my tires. All four of them were barely below the recommended levels and I just needed to put a little air in them. It didn't take me two hours and I didn't have to give anyone my contact information for them to sell to the highest bidder.My favorite part was that as I was leaving the guy gave me a sarcastic "Have a nice day." And I did have a nice day, probably because I didn't wait 2+ hours for this dunce to tell me that there wasn't actually anything wrong with my tires. Thanks for nothing, Firestone!

Did right by me. They could have easily lied and charged me for 7 hours of labor, but they were honest. Took a $1400 bill down to about $500. Will return for future work

Had an appointment here for tire installation on July 20th, and everything went better than expected. Despite being short staffed that day, James was very patient, informative, and helpful throughout the entire process.His approach, level of communication, along with the ability to juggle multiple people and phones calmly and courteously, made the a bit longer wait a much more pleasant experience than many other tire/work shops I have been to. Also, if you are waiting for the work to be done, it may help to know that there is a Target and other big box stores right next door, which made killing time a bit easier.

I got a full service oil change...which means they check everything and let you know their recommendations. So I wasn't told of any recommendations at check out or while I was waiting for my vehicle. I didn't look at the receipt until I made it home, and the recommendation was new windshield wipers. Ok, why not tell me that, and I would have approved them to do it. I had to get up the next morning, and it was pouring down raining to get new windshield wipers put on my truck at another service station....even though I had just paid for a full service oil change the day before at Firestone! Smh!!

Staff was amazing. Prices were o on the nose. I called a few competitors before Firestone and they had ridiculous figures... more than twice what I paid. Shady people... then I called Firestone and it was nothing but up front straight talk. Prices were fair and work was excellent. One of the hermeneutics offered information of where I could find the parts that I needed at a great price... something I never would have found if it weren't for him. Highly recommend this santa rosa Firestone to anyone in need of tires or installation. The best!!

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance to get my tires done. Dropped my car off at 9:30am as schedule and they told me it would take an hour and a half. I come back 2 hours later around 11:30am and I see my car in the same parking spot with my old tires on. They didn t even touch my car in the last 2 hours and then it took them another hour and a half to get the actual job done. I left there around 2:30pm. Please someone tell me why it took 5 hours to get my new tires on?! Never coming here again.

Other than the wait, about 90 min, I had my oil changed. I had a coupon from Firestone for $29.95, which seem like a good deal. They were friendly and told me, up front, that there would be a wait, so I appreciated their honesty. I've been here before.

UPDATE: I followed directions in Firestone response to my review and they told me to wait for call from shop manager and that NEVER HAPPENED !!! So looks like they only responded here so they look better but it doesnt mean anything :/ which in my opinion put them even in worst light .... WHY ?I knew my tpms sensor needs to be replace, they still claim they have to use diagnostics tool to check my tpms sensors (50$ for diagnostics only) but I ve been told it should cost around 170$ total if sensor needs to be replaced so I scheduled my appointment. I dropped off my car next day and told it should take 1 hour to 1,5h After two hours I was walking by ( since I live nearby) my car was already parked so I gave them another 30 min to call me but that never happened. So I went there 30 min before closing just to find out the only thing they did was to check my tpms sensors and parked my car for two hours or so :/ They told me that two of my sensors needs to be replace and estimated the total cost for 300$ on top of 50$ I paid for something I already knew I don t know where they buying the TPMS sensors from but set of all four cost around 100$ and they tried to charge me 80$ for just one Stay away !!!

They did an awesome job on my boyfriend's Xterra! Granted, it took them a day longer to complete the job because of how difficult it was, but boy was it worth it! It runs great plus they let him know of other issues that will need fixing in the future. Best of all, the cost of their marvelous work was under what was quoted!

Jake at the Firestone on Range Ave in Santa Rosa showed exemplary customer service from the moment he answered the phone, took our appointment, and serviced us when we dropped off our vehicle.James who assisted us when we picked up our vehicle also showed wonderful customer service.I would recommend Firestone on Range Ave because of their professional and friendly Customer Service.

I brought my vehicle in for a high mileage oil change in August. Right away there was an issue, my car was leaking. I returned soon after and paid to have them check the vehicle. They told me they couldn t detect the leak I had noticed and sent my on my way. The leak was intensifying and so I decided to take it to the dealer where they noticed right away my leak was oil leaking due to the oil filter not being installed properly and the wrong bolt was used to secure my oil pan. The underside of my car was saturated with oil. The dealer took photos for me, I followed up with Firestone directly so they could know their poor workmanship cost me a lot of time and money, not to mention could have caused me bigger issues by not even catching their poor work in the first place! They were suppose to follow up with me and never heard a peep.Go anywhere else for reliable service.Service: Oil change

Completely blew out my tire late on Saturday night. I m from out of town and was able to limp it 60 miles to a hotel. Found these guys on Sunday morning who were able to find me a tire in the correct size and squeeze me in on a day where they had 28 appointments. They were very accommodating and got me on my way in an hour or so. And bonus points for having Bad Boys on the TV since it s the greatest movie ever. Oh, and always get runflats cause I would have never made it into town with a blown out sidewall if it was a regular tire.

I want to like Firestone but the lack of integrity and transparency makes it difficult. I was quoted 79 dollars for an oil change that ended up being 89.99+. They then tried to charge me 20 dollars in part and labor fees for the oil change.If your oil change is going to cost $110, why not say that and let the customer know what they are signing up for?There is also a lack of transparency with time. I dropped off my car for a 10:30 appointment and the employee up front notified me that it would be two hours or so until it was ready to be picked up. Three and a half hours later, it still wasn't looked at.It is understandable to be busy.There is a lack of integrity shown when an employee leads a customer to believe something entirely different from the reality of the situation.

Schedule was originally set for earlier in the week but upon arrival I learned they hadn't ordered the parts, as stated in initial call. Rescheduled for 2 days later. Was quoted 1.5 hours, at Scheduling, was told 2.5 hours upon drop off. It took 3 hours 25 minutes. Had to request the brake fluid be topped off, Even though they performed a brake job. This would have been a 1 star if not for the substantial discount I received without request. Along with an apology for the errors. Staff is overwhelmed in my opinion.Service: Brakes

The staff was courteous. They need to not make promises about what time the vehicle will be done if they can't honor it. I was in there with a couple other customers and we all had to wait well over an hour past promised time.

Made an appointment to get a nail removed from my tire and to see if they can patch it. Dennis told me that he couldn t patch it because the nail was too close to the shoulder of the tire He offered me a tire for $375 dollars.I ended up denying his offer and took my car to Tires Plus on Dutton Ave and they patched it for $22 bucks.Firestone employees are not honest workers. They re going to try and finesse you for your Cash!
