Great staff and facility,customer service is awesome. Safe and secure feels like a nice private facility with friendly office staff there to help and support client needs. The move in special was a great deal and helped me transition in a move instead of getting overwhelmed with boxes to unpack and try organize at the same time. Awesome management would definitely come here again for storage needs without hesitation

I just want to thank the manager Setha, he has made the whole experience and process a breeze! He explained everything in detail, even gave me a ride on the golf cart and showed me an inside unit when I was unsure to get one inside or outside. I also needed a bigger unit last minute and assumed it would ve been more difficult than he made it. Overall he was very pleasant to deal with and Very accommodating and understanding.. the hours are great and its location it s very convenient for my needs. Thanks Setha and extra space storage for having such a pleasant manager helping customers!

My stay at Extended Stay America was great. The staff offered great customer service and friendly. My room was clean and room service cleaned my room daily. Great place to stay for long term, traveling or business.

I am on my fourth storage unit facility here in Santa Rosa. It took three of them for me to find this facility which works the best for me. After reserving online I received a phone call from the manager who gave me two options to rent the perfect size storage unit for my stuff. I went over, saw the unit looked great, first month free and now I have to start the process of sneaking out of my other storage unit and not hurting their feelings. But that does not mean that I'm not happy that I finally found what I was looking for at extra space storage

The store manager Setha has taken care of me both times I ve been in and made the process of renting a storage unit nice and easy compared to other storage units this place actually treats you like you matter and there s always someone to be able to call when something comes up

The rental of the unit was done over the phone, and was easy. The representative was well-informed, very helpful, cheerful. But I have not moved into the storage unit yet, so I can't comment on that.

Elizabeth is wonderful. I had a billing question and she took care of me and helped me out immensely she went above and beyond. Thank you, Elizabeth!This is a great facility for storage, they have many different options for different sizes and needs and it s very safe and clean. I ve never had any problems accessing my unit either. highly recommend!

Great experience! I did my rental online, and was met by Setha today. He was super friendly and showed me on the map how to get to my unit. The building was clean, with plenty of dollies available, and it was super easy to move my stuff into storage. A great experience overall!

I cannot call or visit your office in Santa Rosa. Is there another way I can reach you? I tried email, but no one answers. I just want to read the contract and find out if the rent will be raised again by September 1?I wanted to get a bigger storage unit, but now I am planning to just throw a lot out and cancel. I moved from one storage unit to yours in Jan 2023, but don't feel like moving again. I just guess storage companies are not profitable enough so the rent has to be raised every 4 months. It is nice how you offer 25% discount in the beginning when you decide to rent from you. I know now that that is only to attract clients, but not really to keep them. I will go look on social media sites right now also.

Great, safe and secure place. Employees (Setha) are fantastic. Had me signed up, gave me a tour and found the best price and unit to fit my needs within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone, the location is ideal as well. Access to the 101is only 1 stop light away. The unit I got, 10x10 is clean, water tight and super close to the entrance gate, hours for access are legit as well. Great place, great prices and great people, even had insurance included in the pricing to protect my stuff! First time dealing with a storage company, I ve heard so many negatives, glad my experience was not so. Again, highly recommended extra space storage on Hearn ave. And someone should be giving Setha a raise, excellent, excellent customer service!

The staff is very efficient. Elizabeth took care of all my needs and made me feel very welcome. She explained the process very clearly. The grounds were clean, and the storage facility was seemed very secure.
