They broke my radiator. I brought my car in for a routine service, and they told me the coolant reservoir was leaking. I had only noticed it leaking once, a small amount, but I figured ok, better get that fixed. A few days after I got it fixed the check coolant light started turning on, when it hadn t been turning on before. I brought it back in and now they said the radiator was leaking, and it would be $1400 to fix. The car started leaking huge puddles of coolant every time I parked it, and I had never had that problem before. I wish they had warned me that fixing the coolant reservoir would cause the radiator to leak, because I wouldn t have done it, it made the problem 100 times worse.Service: General repairs & maintenance

From the very first call, they were very friendly and professional about answering any questions we had about our vehicle s service. They made sure to follow up with us about everything that was going on and the experience was above and beyond anything that we had expected. They treat you like family and all the people that work here are genuinely there to help you and to take care of you. We had never been here before this experience, and now we have no reason to go anywhere else for our future service needs. This is the only place we recommend you take your vehicle! You will not be disappointed!

Can't be beat for service, integrity, congeniality or quality! I would reccomend to all Mercedes owners. Richard the owner is absolutely fabulous. He really knows his stuff. Finally a great place to bring my car ; ))

Great place to take your Mercedes-benz.Richard and his team @ ESS are a great bunch. And I appreciate the professionalism and experience they show every time you walk in the door. I believe they have our best Interests in mind as a customer and I feel confident that my vehicle was handled with knowledge, kindness, and care.

I highly recommend this place I needed some service done on my car asap since I was over due for an oil change. I called Mercedes Dealership and they didn't have any available appointments until 2 months out. So I called European Sales & Service and Richard was able to take me in same day hassle free!!! Very friendly and professional the team did a very great job!! I will definitely be back.. Skip the Dealership and come here instead!! Thanks Richard for the Complimentary bottle of wine .Service: General repairs & maintenance

Richard and Ryan are the best. Always so helpful and friendly and do a great job on my Mercedes. They also keep a history of all that is being done to the vehicles. Very honest. and are willing to work with the customer. I recommend them highly.

This is absolutely the best Mercedes-Benz repair shop I have ever came across, I drive only Mercedes and know quite a lot about these cars - one of the most important is that you don't give your Mercedes to just any shop to work on it.I have been going to this shop for over 4 years now and the guys their: Richard his son and the whole crew are truly my friends already, they are very honest helpful and extremely knowledgeable!These guys don't touch nothing but Mercedes-Benz which makes it very exclusive and at the same time much more personal than the experience that you can get at the dealership.I always recommend them to all of my friends that drive a Benz, and since they are friends to me I decided to recommend them here as well.Best Mercedes shop ever!!!

Very honest and professional!! Richard, the owner is a man of integrity! He takes the time to personally explain why and what you should do to take care of your Mercedes Benz. It's the only place that I will take my Mercedes Benz for all services. I've known Richard since the mid 1980s.

This is a company that is well ran from the top to the bottom. ES&S always answers its' phone, performs work with a keen sense of attention to detail, the shop is always neat and organized, and is extremely knowledgeable about all things Mercedes. In addition to the above, Richard (Owner) is an honest person who puts ethics and moral above dollars which is not always the case in this industry. I would recommend 10 times out of 10.

Hands down the best Mercedes mechanic in all of Sonoma County. Their shop rate is very reasonable as well. My father was a mechanic so I am very picky - these guys meet and exceed my high standards consistently for the past 13 years.

I'm a car snob as far as repair goes as I have worked for five dealerships in my automotive career, these guys are the real deal. Sometimes they take a little time but that's because they are very thorough and professional. If you have a Euro car and live anywhere even remotely close(as we do) bring your car here so it's done properly...nuff said"

First thing that I noticed was how clean and organized the shop was. Knowledgeable mechanics and they are very tedious with the services provided. Very friendly staff and it s the only place to take a Mercedes in Santa Rosa.
