Cannot say enough about this amazing shop, car detailing has made my car look brand new. Service is very thorough, Raul is a mechanic that cares deeply for his clients. I live in San Rafael and I will keep driving an hour north, that's how good this place is.

I moved to Sonoma County 4 years ago. When my car needed a major repair that my local shop couldn't handle (due to their limited services), that shop recommended Don's Import Car Clinic. Right from that first experience, I have been hooked and started taking my car ONLY to Don. Because my car is 16 years and the mileage is getting high, I've run into some significant issues, and Don gets it right the first time. With other shops, I've had to take my car back repeatedly for the same issue, but not with Don. As a woman, I've often felt that other shops "try to take advantage", but not Don. He's honest, he explains my options clearly and he fixes it right the first time. I should also mention that I live 20+ miles from Don's shop so I need to rent a car while he's repairing mine. I don't mind the additional cost as it is completely worth it to drive the distance to have my car fixed properly and in a timely manner. I'm thankful to my old shop for recommending him! I will not take my car to anyone but Don.

Without a doubt the worst mechanic in Santa Rosa. Brought my car in, when it was returned to me the speaker covers were broken, and the check engine light came back on less than three hours after I got my car back. I took it to another mechanic who told me that Don had zip-tied vacuum hoses to my egr system in an attempt to get the check engine light to go off without actually fixing anything. I got charged $400 and my car was worse off than when I brought it in. Do not, I repeat do NOT take your car here!
