A big shoutout to the incredible help we received from Daniel at Cream s. We were looking for a discontinued part for a truck and though Cream s did not have the part, Daniel researched other businesses and located 2 other shops with the part. Service above and beyond. Thank you Daniel!

Really appreciated the effort Cream s put forth to get my 36 class A diesel pusher to the repair shop. After arriving and seeing the driveway grade onto Highway 116 they advised they would not be able to make the turn onto the highway without dragging the front and possibly the rear of the RV. They were willing to pull the RV by chain out of the driveway and up the highway about a half mile to accommodate the 4 Axle Tow Truck require for this RV. Everything went exceptionally well. Very courteous & professional. Highly recommend! Thank you, Joe & crew for making it work!

Cream's to the rescue! My story started with a vehicle that had a good motor but we did not want to spend the $$$ to put in yet a 4th transmission. We wanted to help a cause that is trying to make a differance. I started the on-line process last Wed., as of this morning, 8/10/21, towing is still out until Thursday. The web-site said 24 to 48 hours for towing to contact us. After several calls and assurances on Sat. & Mon., I just needed to get the car out of my mechanics lot who was not thrilled with us for how long it was taking. Well! I called Cream's yesterday. They were kind, proffessional and they helped me deal with the DMV paper work that I was not familiar with. Today, the car is off my hands. :-) Thank you Cream's I will never try to donate a vehicle again.

On occasion we all need some help! Joe from Creams Towing stepped up and gave me the help I needed. I had one of my semi trucks run into problems in Santa Rosa. We contacted a couple of roadside companies who were not able to get the truck running. I called Joe and he told me he would tow it if need be but would like to try and start it first. I agreed and that is what he did. Awesome! Saved me a ton of money. Thank you Joe and thank you Creams Towing.

Website is garbage. No accurate information except for the phone numbers to call them so they can sink that dissatisfied hook. For parts anyways.. wouldn't call them for a tow after fielding their fibs though.Service: Part finding & extractingService: Part finding & extracting

You pick, we pull. I like that. If you guys also offered some basic advice on installation that would put your services way above pick n pull. Plus most people i would think are coming from santa rosa so your closer by far. Do you have a good selection of parts from newer model vehicles and brand new incidentals for installing those parts? A few handy tools could sell as well. Never been there but when i get a vehicle you guys will be obe of the first places i check out.Oh, would you be able to recommend any cheap auto body places near your area?

Called these guys to see how much I could get for my car -- turns out, they don't actually want used vehicles (despite what they say on the website.) Don't bother![I offered a 2000 Sebring convertible -- 80k miles, still runs, but the body was damaged when a tree fell on it. So it got "totaled" with the insurance company, but I still drove it for a year after that, until deciding to get a new vehicle recently, and I simply don't want to go through the hassle of trying to sell it.It has almost-new cloth top, plus perfectly fine engine, drivetrain, radiator, transmission, etc. They offered... drumroll.... $175. LOL. The tires alone are probably still worth more than that, not to mention any of the parts I just listed...]Don't bother with these clowns. If they are this out of touch when it comes to buying price, I'd be willing to bet they are just as out of touch (on the opposite extreme) when it comes to selling things...

Called on Wednesday, next thing I knew Casey came picked up my car left me a check and took the paperwork left me instructions on releasing the car online.
