These guys are professional. Great communication and customer service. Also, they finished the work real fast took them approximately 3 days. Paint job looks clean and everything lines back symmetrically

I highly recommend Crash Champions. Take your car here!!!!! Professional from start to finish. Staff was responsive, courteous and friendly. Really exceeded my expectations! They work seamlessly with insurance to handle all aspects, from billing to securing a rental car. I was even able to leave my rental car at the repair facility instead of making one more stop to drop it off. So convenient.

I can't express enough how much I appreciate what a great job Crash Champions did and for how supportive they were when I had a death in the family and I needed to leave my car a couple extra days. They were wonderful to deal with and did a fabulous job repairing my car. I would highly recommend them. Angela and the other gal in the office were terrific as well. Definitely recommend them. Great job and fantastic customer service.

Super positive experience. Worked seamlessly with my insurance company, work looks great and the car is cleaner inside and out than it has been since I bought it! Cheerfully agreed to keep it a few extra days while I was out of town. Staff super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Just had a bumper repaired here. They were quick to schedule it and work was done quickly. The work looks great. I appreciated that they were able to shuttle me to and from their body shop. Friendly staff.

We had a rock hit our roof and thought it was just that one lettle dent that had to be repaired. Turned out according to Crash Champions there was more damage. Not sure there really was not after our experience. They had a dispute with our insurance on who was going to replace the windshield, which ended up being even more of nightmare. They did not keep us up to date and every delay was always the class company's fault. It took over 3 weeks to get our car completed. Would not recommend this company.

My daughter s truck is being repaired after a non insured driver hit her. These guys have been great coordinating everything from the person that hit her including their payment!What could have been awful is working out with their help. Can t wait to see her car!

After getting hit, the last thing I wanted to deal with was the repairs. Crash champions went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in a very efficient, timely manner. Dropped my car off 10/26 and said it would be ready to pick up 11/03 after receiving text updates I decided to call since I work 2 hours away. They confirmed it would be ready 11/03. Before requesting for a day off I decided to give them a call just in case. They proceed to tell me that they ordered the part from the dealership and that the dealership dropped the ball and I believed them but I called them again today 11/6 since the last update message said it was ready to pick up. After speaking to them the glass will be arriving tomorrow. As of now I still do not know if or when it would be ready to pick up. They never gave me a call to follow up or to simply apologize for this continued parts delivering mishap and continue to blame 3rd party vendor for the parts not arriving on time. This is super frustrating and unprofessional.

For a company to boast that they really care about your car and what the customer needs, they completely fell short of their claims. My car was trapped for 2 weeks, with little empathy from the employees working there. There was lack of timely communication during this 2 week period, and to top it off, they didn t install the grill of my car in completely so it was sticking out on the drivers side. If I could give zero stars, I would.Service: Body & Trim

I used Crash Champions because they were recommended by my insurance company. Had $10k repair due to a road hazard -- to replace the whole roof panel, windshield and headliner. The quality of the work seems good. The car looks like it did before the accident. So why the one star? It took them over six weeks to do the work. I fault the management. The front office employees I dealt with were nice; but based on the numerous delays, they were out of touch with the work schedule in the shop. (Too many cars back there? Understaffed? No one in charge?) The final irritation: the car was returned to me with only a cursory cleaning. There was broken glass under the front mats, lots of dust from the repair work under the front seats and in the glove box. They left a sanding disk and more dust under the hood. If I am ever unfortunate enough to need auto body work again, these are the last folks I would go to.

Just don't use this business. I have to bring my truck back the same day I pick it up, because the paint job was horrible. They also put a beat up door on my truck and told me it was new. It went from a supposedly 7 day job to 21 days without my truck. To try cover there mess they put me on a rental vehicle on them . It should only take a couple days they said. 7 days later I was still driving the rental and got a crak en the windshield and all they have to said was, that's Not our fault.

Run why you can. It takes 8 days to receive an estimate after calling several times requesting a status. On the 8th day after I dropped my car of I called yet again. This time the lady answering the phone said that my service person assigned to me went out on injury. She said she was going to re assign me to William. I recieved an estimate in one hour. BUT, I was told by him that he would call me back in the morning regarding some questions on the estimate. No call. I called in the late afternoon. I was told that he had left and would ask him to call me. No call. My car has an outstanding issue that I was told from the shop that everything is right on their end, to go get a second opinion or take it to the dealer. I decided to ask a different estimator from the shop how long does it take to get an estimate. He said 2-3 days tops. I had to pay the difference of what my insurance doesn't cover on my rental car because my car was forgotten about. I went here because I trusted Blake's as time after time, they have been outstanding in every way. THIS IS NOT BLAKE'S AUTO BODY. CRASH CHAMPIONS COLLISION BOUGHT OUT BLAKE'S. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, FIND ANOTHER AUTO BODY SHOP.

THE SLOWEST car repair I have ever experienced. It took two weeks just to get an appt. Initially the repair was going to take a week, then ten days, and now they're saying two weeks -- because they had to order parts AFTER they were already repainting. This was two days after I got a text saying the car was "almost ready." At this point I have no confidence in what they say because they are always pushing back the date. The worst part is that they have not once updated me, even when the "almost ready" repair would take another week! I always have to call them to see what happened, and then they give all these excuses. I would avoid these guys honestly.

I ve used this auto-body shop multiple times to repair the various scrapes and broken windows (yes, this is the Bay Area with frequent car break-ins) but my vehicle was returned to its prior, pristine condition each time. Thank you, Crash Champions.

My experience with crash champions was absolutely horrible. They have had our car for 5 weeks now and have gone back and forth between telling me it would be fixed and it would be totaled multiple times. After 5 weeks they finally told me the car would be totaled and that they were sending everything to the insurance company that day and to reach out to my adjuster 2 days later to find out what the payoff would be. I called the adjuster and they have not received any information from crash champions. If you need any body work done I would highly recommend staying away from this business.
