I have had the best experiences with Coogler s Auto Repair. Both times I worked with them, I needed a smog check and I really wanted to get it handled sooner than later. The first time, my vehicle needed some repairs in order to pass its smog test and this was handled quickly and competently. Just last week, I think I was in and out the door in 40 minutes! This includes signing the estimate, handing over my key, and paying the bill! These folks are phenomenal! I am pleased to offer them my best recommendation! They have earned it with me so far! They have consistently exceeded my expectations! Well done, Coogler s Auto Repair!

This was my go-to location for auto repairs for a couple of years when I was in the area.They always gave me great service and were very transparent about their work. Whenever they told me I needed a repair, they would usually take photos of the problem on the car and submit them to an online invoice which could be seen by clicking a link they email you.This helped me to feel they're trustworthy and not trying to make unnecessary repairs for more money, and it also helped me keep track of all the work they've done to the car, how much each repair costs, and read any notes from the mechanic they included on the invoice.If I still lived there I would still take my car to Cooglers!

Professional, courteous, and honest just barely scratches the surface with these guys. I generally do my own repairs and maintenance and came in for a required inspection from dmv. Not only did they help me through my inspections, when my jury rigged fixes failed they treated me with respect, offered solutions, and even came to an equitable agreement with me regarding fees for the inspection(s). Makes me reconsider making my own repairs, and the only place I would take my vehicles in the future is Coogler's. Thank you guys and you've earned all my future business.

Front desk man, wish I could remember his name, was very nice. Waiting room had free coffee and a really cool Old Truck planter on a table. A rental car was offered, but I decided to wait.My vehicle is 19 years old, I've had it for 4 years, so naturally, it needs mechanical attention. Cogller's Auto Repair is VERY through in their inspections. They even take photos! To my chagrin, my darling Jeep requires more front-end work. I was just hoping for an alignment. Anyways I will probably go back to Coogler's or my other good mechanic once I get over the shock of it all. I just had some front end work done by a good mechanic, but I didn't instruct to finish the entire work recommended....anyone want to buy a grand Cherokee 5.7 hemi limited? LOLGosh I love this car.

Courtney and the guys at Coogler's Auto Repair are so great! I dropped in one morning needing a smog and they were able to fit me right into their schedule and even did an oil change. They were quick, polite, personable, and efficient. I ll certainly be back and I highly recommend.

The owner has been a true friend for a lot of years since middle school. He has been working on cars since he was a teenager, loves what he does. If I lived in California I would take both of my cars to be serviced there!! Highly recommend!!

Coogler for the win! These guys are great in all areas - service, skills, price, reliability, etc. -- you name it. You come to Coogler and you are taken care of. I didn't know excellent autorepair shops could exist before encountering Coogler.We had a weird situation with tires (not Coogler's fault) that lasted literally 3+ months because a third party provider was dragging their feet. Then we had to urgently get new tires because of safety reasons and Coogler took care of the outstanding issue with the third party and got the manufacturer to cover it. Daniel is the best!Their shop is also excellent -- clean, with refreshments while you wait. There is also a desk where you can set up your remote office and do work peacefully while you wait for your service to complete. I worked there for 2 hours with no issues. Saved me tons of time. Thank you!!

My car got broken into and I called Courtney and he was so amazing and helpful and got me a tow truck, loaner car and my car fixed asap! Definitely recommend forever !

My 1st visit was for an alignment for my 1985 Toyota Van and they told me there was too much play in my bell crank to perform the alignment. They didn't charge me and sent me home with a photo of the part needed. I had it rebuilt by a speciality shop because it was NLA.For my 2nd visit, I came back for the alignment after the part was rebuilt and I personally replaced other worn steering parts (tie rod ends, drag link). I didn't torque the nuts down on the parts I installed because I wanted them to check my work. They finished the job for me and torqued everything to spec. They then adjusted my torsion bars to help raise my van so that I would get minimal rub with the bigger tires I had installed. They then performed the alignment. The tech Andy walked me through what he did to the van to balance the alignment, drive experience and tire rub for the best possible result.I was charged a very reasonable for the price for the time they spent on my van. I know my job was somewhat unique and they worked with me to get it done. I would definitely go back to get other work done.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Coogler's has been my go-to shop for my Kia Soul over the last two years. They've helped me with various issues and have always been honest and helpful. They've never upsold me on a product or service and have simply provided me with what my options are. Karl, Daniel, Jeff (and others) at the front desk have always been extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Fidel the technical was very thorough about explaining various car parts to me. I've also spoken to Courtney, the owner, on one occasion and he was very accommodating. Some shops can make the customer feel uncomfortable or unintelligent but this shop has never once left me feeling anything but helped and happy. Thank you, Coogler's!

Very professional and communicative. They found a solution when the parts for my car kept getting back ordered longer and longer by the manufacturer. They could have just shrugged and said they still didn t have the parts, but they put their heads together and found a way to repair my old parts and get me back on the road. Plus it ended up being cheaper! I have found my mechanics shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I absolutely loved my experience here. The check-in was very smooth and Billy explained everything to me. He said it would be 3-4 hours since we didn't know what was actually wrong. So I went home and waited. Then I got an email and text updating the progress. It also allows you to approve or deny any service recommendations. You get the diagnostic report as well. Luckily it was only a battery and new connector. The pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be using Cooglers in the future for my vehicle maintenance. On top of all that they give a generous Military discount!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

These guys are so great! Brought my truck in for repairs another mechanic said it needed. After inspection was told it didn t need any work, and they smogged it for me as well. They were quick, polite, personable and efficient. I ll be back.

Trustworthy, fast! They kept in constant communication, asking for approval to move forward as parts were needed. Continued contact with updates and progress. Answered questions and gave advice and options. Very nice experience.

These guys cost a little more than the last place we went, but it was so worth it. My wife went alone while I was at work and she felt 100% comfortable with them - they were extremely professional and friendly. Later, I had to go back to get some records and they went above and beyond. You know how sometimes you can tell that the teenager behind the counter just got talked to by the regional manager about all the gimmicks to get 5 star reviews? This was not that. EVERY person I dealt with there seemed like they just genuinely want to do a good job for the sake of doing a good job, and like they take pride in their work and taking care of customers. Thank you guys!

This is a very bad maintenance! This store has a low reputation! The parts of your car will be removed during maintenance! When the boss and shop assistant are found, they will find all kinds of excuses. I swear to God! I'm telling the truth.

I can t express how thrilled I am with such a great and positive experience. When most other shops had no availability they got me in right away and were very flexible about me having to adjust my scheduled appointment time. I needed work done with my power steering and they were fast and very reliable. The facility is incredible. A large waiting room that is spotless, comfortable, and with lots of snacks. Lisa the receptionist was an absolute angel. I m sad I m leaving the area because I would be a repeat customer for sure. Cannot recommend them enough.

I called Coogler Auto Repair since I saw that they do SMOG certification. A man named Karl answered and was polite and professional on scheduling an appointment for the SMOG check. When I came in it was Karl who completed the process. Answered any questions I had and set the expectations of the appointment which to me is a plus. The building is very clean and spacious. There's a kids area with some gaming consoles and a charging stations for those who need to work on their laptops or phones while they wait. Easy appointment, painless experience. I Left feeling accomplished and supported.

Fast and amazing service - I stumbled in during a storm w/ a flat, and they had me on my way in no time. Everyone inside was super friendly, and I believe the guy that helped me out at the front desk was named Cole.Thx again guys!

Took my son took his car for an evaluation and it came out to $1,650 or so than later two weeks we took it to get it fixed but there was an issue with the car and the total was going to come up to $6,000 so we decided not to fix the car so Carl was very nice and we were not charged for anything He was very kind and very understandable

As someone who grew up working on my own vehicles (when they were more "analog"), having been "taken advantage of" by shops from time to time, my trust in shops was needless to say quite low. When I had to look for somewhere to handle my rather large problem, Coogler's was suggested by a friend. In a short amount of time, they have taken care of issues both large and "small" with both my vehicles, and while doing so, have gained trust.They give you a definitive cost BEFORE starting the job, and communication when or if something additional comes up, is exemplary. I'd like to personally thank Carl for all his help. I am a Fleet Manager for Diversified Roofing located in Phoenix, AZ and had a couple of services out in California. While our crew was on the job the brakes and rotors were affecting the drivability of the company vehicle. I called Cooglers and Carl had assisted me with scheduling the immediate safety repairs and even had it done same day so as to not effect production or scheduling.
