Brought our daughter s car here after another shop gave us a crazy high quote and getting any info was like pulling teeth. Decided to try Cline after looking over reviews. Was very satisfied that we brought my husband s car here when he was in an accident. They did a great job on both cars! Would use them again and highly recommend.

Excellent process from beginning to end. The service and the staff are amazing. I cannot say enough about how Cline Collision made life easier. Companies that care about patrons is a dying concept. Thank you for caring and thank you to Ben for being awesome!

I traveled four hours round-trip to bring two of my vehicles to Cline to be repaired within a month of each other. The reason I traveled so far was because of their knowledgeable, friendly attitude, and their thorough attention to detail. When I first contacted Cline and spoke with Joe, he was very informative with no pressure to choose them for my repair needs, I felt very comfortable and informed after our conversation, I made the decision to give my business to them. After they did an amazing job on my first vehicle going above and beyond what was required, when there was an unfortunate accident with my second vehicle, I know exactly where to take it and where I ll be taking any of my vehicles in the future that need any kind of autobody repair.. Cline is a small family owned and operated business and they treat everyone with outstanding customer service like you re one of the family. Joe and team were really great. They gave us quite of bit of time explaining their services and how they do business. I shopped around quite a bit and asked for colleagues reviews. We had significant damage on a Honda Odyssey minivan and they had finished it with perfection. They owned up to their confidence and we were super happy with the end result. I can not recommend them enough. Thanks Cline!

Best auto repair shop I have worked with in Santa Rosa. The entire process was professional and timely. I was walked through the process prior to commuting and felt well informed about what to expect. Everyone was kind and responded to all my questions. My vehicle is looking better than ever!

Was very satisfied with their customer service. They would contact/update regarding some changes for my car. They also cleaned my car. My car came back like it did not have damage. Excellent body repair work and they also cleaned the car for me.

This is not your standard auto repair shop - it's a huge step above. Joe at the front desk is super friendly and personable, and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great experience. The whole operation is very professional and transparent, with daily email updates, and my insurance company was happy to work with them. The quality of work is of the highest caliber - my car looks like new. They even invited me to bring my car back in to buff out a few old scratches - for no extra charge. Highly recommended! Words cannot describe how impacted I am of Joe s passing his contagiously positive and enthusiastic energy will never be forgotten. Very few people have the ability to leave a mark on your life, but Joe was one of them. He s the type of person whom when you meet him and engage in conversation with him, it absolutely makes your whole day. I m honored to have gone to cline collision and had work done on my Infiniti Q50 by him and his team. They re professional, knowledgeable, and perfectionists in their work- I received above & beyond service from them. Unfortunately, the shop will never be the same without Joe managing.. but his dear spirit will never be forgotten and always cherished.

Made an appointment several weeks ago at this point. Person was not there to get the appointment going so another person stepped in(not a problem). After not hearing anything back I called in at the end of the week. Was told personally by Jessica who answered the phone that they had some issues pop up and she would personally give me a call by the end of that day to give me an update. At this point it's been over 10 days since that call and I have gone elsewhere. Just know being top rated for the area won't give you a service level like this.

Can t say enough about this shop. Taking a car into the shop can sometimes be a stressful experience. Not at Cline collision center. The service I received from these folks was top notch from beginning to end. They made the whole process very easy and low stress. Very friendly and welcoming. Cline did such a beautiful job repairing my car, it looked like it did when it was off the showroom floor. Of course in addition to them detailing it. But more importantly than the material aspect of it (metal, paint), the human aspect was what mattered to me. Joe and Jessica are sincerely nice people. They know how to take care of their customers. Took my 2008 Dodge Ram in for repaint of the roof and hood. I decided to go ahead and do a complete repaint with body work. Joe explained the process and kept me updated along the way. The truck now looks like new. Jason, Joe and the crew did an excellent job. I recommend Cline Collision to all my friends. I could not rate Cline collision any higher. They do fantastic work. They made my car look better than it did before the accident. They even repaired a dent it my door that wasn t part of the damage, but repaired anyway since they were working in that area. They made the process seamless, giving me a ride to get my rental car and dealing with the insurance company for me. I got my car back in just a few weeks even though it needed a lot of work. They really work hard to make sure the process is easy for you and you can tell that customer satisfaction is their top priority. If you need your car repaired, this is the place to go.

Excellent, friendly service. I had body work done, not from a collision. Quote was better than I expected. Short turn around time for repair. Clear, communication from my first call to get a quote to picking up my vehicle. I was so impressed at how clean my car was when I picked it up. Tires were cleaned too! The workmanship looked great and my car sparkled! I will definitely recommend Cline Collision to my family and friends!Service: Body & Trim

I came here to get my Truck fixed after being rear ended on the freeway. I was not disappointed by the team and the work they did, you have to understand that parts are going to be on back order so just have patience. That s out of their control but let me tell you that they re very meticulous and want to make sure your vehicle is good to go before you take delivery of it. They go out of the way to give excellent customer service and my vehicle looks just like when I drove it off the lot the first time I bought it. I m super happy about everything thanks Joe and also the team!

Cline Collision is the Best. I have had to take my car there too many times, but they front desk girl Jessica is always kind and remembers me. Joe shoots me straight with the work that needs to be done, and the work is always top notch. My family and I have brought our cars here for repairs for many years now. The quality of the repairs are excellent, the cars always look like they had just came out of the dealership. Joe the manager, works hard to make his clients feel like at home, his customer service is as good as the repairs. Pulled the front bumper backing up from target during a roadtrip. Joe and the fibe folks at Cline fixed it quickly... And at no charge! Great attention from an independent shop. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service, and outstanding work.Took my truck into Cline and they got started on it right away; when other body shops wouldn't even start to give me an estimate.Joe is an excellent communicator, always answered the phone and kept me updated every step of the way.The repair work they did was above and beyond what I had expected, as they went ahead and did an alignment on my truck as well; which saved me time and trouble.You can also tell Joe and the crew know about & are passionate about automobiles, and that definitely comes through in the quality of work they do.My truck came out nicer than when I drove it off the lot.I will always refer anyone who needs body repairs done to their vehicle to Cline.If you're considering going with Cline for your vehicle repairs, look no further. This fall, I had a huge tree branch fall on my new/used Miata (that I hadn't even had for a year!) It left a good-sized dent and lots of scratches all over the back of my car. Everyone at Cline was awesome. Joe and Jessica are great - very nice, friendly, and helpful. My car looks even better than when I bought it! Plus, everything was hassle-free - they handled everything with insurance, and we pretty much only had to bring in the car. Joe was very straightforward about their shop not working on canvas convertible tops and offered to get the whole process started for me if I wanted to go to another shop to get a new top. I didn't see the need, as they did a great job cleaning the transfer mark off from the branch. They also provided me with updates the entire time my car was in the shop and offered to arrange for a rental car if I wanted one. Thank you, everyone - if I ever need body work done in the future, I definitely know where to go!

I can t say enough good things about this business. I was dealing with another auto body shop that was suggested by the insurance company. There was no communication on their end, I had to be the one to call and check on the parts status. (4 months!) When I told Joe about my situation, he assured me that Cline could get the job done. I switched to Cline Collision and they had my car fixed in 9 days! They communicated every step of the way and my car looks great. Thank you Cline Collision!Service: Body & Trim

Manager Joe Paz was great at explaining everything involved in the process. The shop did a great job of blending the replaced fender with the rest of the car. They even threw in some extra touch-up work for free. Cline has a deal with Enterprise where Enterprise will meet you at the shop before and after the repair, to deliver and pick up the rental car. And they were there when we were--no waiting.

They did a great job. Joe was very helpful and and had a lot of great information for me. He made it very easy for me. They also helped out with getting a ride to my rental vehicle and my car came back looking cleaner even in areas that they didn t work on. Dede did a great job detailing it before I picked it up.
