I had a great experience with CARSTAR, they had to replace/ repair all body panels on the right side of my truck. They had great communication with we re they were at during the process and finished everything before the projected day, and it looks like a brand new truck.

11/10 Excellent overall professional service! My car got rear ended and I took it to them. It was finished faster than expected. The team at Chilton did amazing work restoring my car to pre-accident condition. This was my first accident and they made the process very easy. They finished ahead of schedule and even let me pick it up after business hours to accommodate my tight schedule. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

My brand new car was hit from the back and took it in with them on a Monday and was finished by Thursday morning. Looks brand new again. Like nothing happened. Really great customer service and kept me up to date every step of the way per texts updates and emails til my car was ready for pick up. Go to this CAR SHOP. They sent me texts daily to let me know the status of my car s detailing. One thing I appreciated SO MUCH was that they took the time to get rid ofMANY OTHER SCRATCHES & DENTS BEYOND THE DETAILING I WAS THERE FOR. My entire car looks like a brand new car now! These guys are great, friendly and honest. Took them my Infiniti Q50S after another shop tried to make repairs. They did some extra work i requested and it came out great. I tell everyone that needs a body shop to go here.

This shop was fast, efficient, friendly and did a great job on my 2018 Chevy Colorado. The truck was returned detailed and clean, it was a mess when I took it in. I can t recommend this shop enough. They are great folks that do fine work. I forgot to mention they sent me texts every step of the way during the work to assure me it would be finished as promised.Service: Body & Trim

From start to finish, I was taken care of in the most pleasant and professional manner. My Rav 4 was repaired and ready to go when promised, and you could not tell if it was ever hit! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend coming here. Everything was easy and smooth. It was the first time i had to personally deal with an auto shop so i did deep research. Most shops even to make an appointment were rude and unhelpful but everyone here especially Victoria were exactly what i needed in this stressful situation. If you are deciding where to go this is the best option in town.

Absolutely happy with the work done by the shop. I brought my car in for the initial estimate, same day the estimate was completed and parts were ordered. I dropped my car off on Monday and picked it up next Friday. Less than a week - outstanding!Definitely recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Jordan was very helpful, kind, and understanding. While he was ultimately not able to fix my car (my insurance totaled the car), he was amazing to work with. I would recommend going here if you have any car repair needs.

The staff at Carstar were very friendly and helpful. I was helped by Jordan Shaw and a female employee. The female employee was very kind and empathetic towards my car situation and communicated next steps and what to expect. Overall, Carstar was very punctual, professional, and handled my situation with care. Would highly recommend this business and will be coming here again if the need arises.
