I bring in my 2016 Toyota for regular maintenance or any issues. They are extremely honest, proficient, and have great customer service!! You can hang out in the lobby, hit Piner Cafe, or they have loaner vehicles available for longer services. I started taking my vehicle here over the Toyota dealership and I'm happy I did! Bonanno is better priced and they will never upsell you on work your car doesn't need.

I took them my 97 Land Cruiser. It's in rough shape but I got a great deal on it so I figured it's worth a try. They did a magnificent job making it roadworthy plan to drive it to Idaho next week. He guarantees it'll make it. I believe. I trust him. I think he's right. Appreciate your hard work. Appreciate the love you put into my new baby.

One way you know you are dealing with an honest shop is they dont sell you filters you dont need. And in our case they charged HALF of what the dealership wanted for our Lexus. Great shop!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have always had a wonderful experience with John and his team. I recently bought a new truck and needed some work done on it. They were able to get me in on short notice and knocked all the work out in a day! Adrian is a pleasure to work with, he is kind and never has a bad attitude. Which is rare now a days. These guy will take care of you and make sure the job is done right the first time; their communication is fantastic calling me and giving me updates as the job is being done. Thanks Again Guys!!

Bonanno Automotive has offered outstanding service for my Toyota Prius and 4 Runner for several years. But what is of note is their very professional Service Advisor, Adrian, who takes the time to inform you of every step of the process, advises you on whether a procedure is warranted at that time or can wait and answers all of my many questions. I call Adrian with auto questions frequently and he takes the time to answer the call with a vast knowledge ranging from tires to headlamp covers to mechanical queries. I will take my cars to Bonanno Automotive as long as I own them. They are the very best.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

John Bonanno is one of the best mechanics I've ever used! His shop is well run, consistent, honest, fair, and trustworthy. The staff and mechanics are knowledgeable, skilled and highly experienced. We've been using them exclusively for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! I trust them to take care of my 23 year old daughter's car and my 89 year old Dad's car!

My car died out unexpectedly Thursday morning on my way to work. I randomly got towed to Bonanno Automotive because it was closest to where I was stranded. John and his team took me in right away and was extremely helpful and kind. He loaned me his extra car for the day so I could go to work and run my errands. He called me with updates throughout the day and had my car fixed by the end of the day. He gave me a fair price and I didn't feel like I was being hustled like most automotive places. Family owned business and you could feel they all love what they do and treated you like family. I highly recommend this place!!!Service: Engine repair

It s hard to find honest and trustworthy mechanics especially a diesel mechanic. This is the dream team. Skilled, honest and reasonably priced. Adrian s Customer service is above & beyond.

John and Bonnano Automotive definitely value people over money. With other experiences I ve now come to expect to be gouged and lied to. Not here. These guys give you the straight scoop and go the extra mile. Be a good customer and ask questions no matter how dumb they might seem because they ll go to great lengths to explain how things work and your options. I never felt like I was getting up sold or work I didn t actually need. Extremely happy with the experience!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I was recommended to take my truck to Bonanno Automotive by a friend and I was more than satisfied with the service John provided. John explained to me why I was having problems with my truck and itemized everything that needed to be fixed. He even put me in touch with a local rental car service that came and picked me up! Great service, great price and a really nice guy to do business with! Highly recommended!!

In all the years of getting vehicles repaired have never seen as comprehensive and itemized invoice...and one could read, fantastic. Working with Brandi was a joy. She went over all the findings, which helped me to prioritize the repairs. Work was top notch and price very reasonable. Found my Toyota mechanic!.

We just moved here, and hated to leave our long time and deeply trusted mechanic in Placerville. Someone recommended Bonanno Automotive , though, and we are VERY happy! John was really nice (and patient with a person who basically knows nothing about cars), explained everything, and I feel totally confident in the company.

Been going to John for years, he's always been thorough, fairly priced, and quick. He always walks you through the intended repairs and then gives a nice debrief afterwards.Really great cats, 11/10 can't recommend Bonono enough.

Great Service and always stand by their work. They always make car repairs easy by explaining everything and providing a loaner if I needed to get to work during. Recently John was available to be with answering all of my questions over the phone about some maintenance my car needed.

After diagnosing that my wife s Prius inverter had failed, ($3000 in parts & $1000 in labor) Adrian found that this was covered by Toyota for 15 years - but the work had to be done at the dealer.Adrian saved us $4000+.To be clear, I would have paid Bonnano Automotive to replace the inverter. But Adrian found how we could get the inverter replaced for free.This level of Integrity is Remarkable.THANK YOU!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery
