I brought my car to Steve Blackmore because the emergency brake light wouldn t turn off. He told me that it just needed the brake fluid topped off, but also that I needed a water pump replace which cost $1000. After the work was done he used the words your car is safe to drive when I asked about my brakes.3 days later my brakes failed and when I went back to him he denied ever looking at my brakes or that I had even brought my car to him with a question about my brakes.Steve Blackmore is a dishonest mechanic, and an unethical business owner.

Awesome people, shop may be in back alley, but they did honest great job fixing up suspensions of my custom trailer, thank you so much Blackmore! Can't recommend these good folks enough

Great service, honest hard workers, owner explains what my car needs well so I feel reassured and informed. Even with automotive parts supply chain issues they do really well and they keep my car running with high quality parts. Recently got my entire AC updated from old style to new style and it s amazing! They ve been my mechanic for almost ten years and three vehicles :)

This man completely ruined my dreams of having a classic car restored. Steve Blackmore is a con artist who will lie to your face and tell you Everything will be ok I paid him and my car was never touched. Car ended up in the tow yard. Avoid this man like the plague. I have been in the automotive repair business for decades, but due to health issues, I had to pick a mechanic to do the jobs I can t do myself now. After trying out some other local shops, I have decided to have Steve and his team wrench on my cars. I m picky, I know the business, and I know how shady shops can be. Blackmore is honest and reliable. I simply trust, and recommend him and Pete, whom I ve known for years....

Steve Blackmore is a true master at his craft. He has amazing knowledge of anything with a motor, which makes me comfortable in his ability to work on my vehicle. The repairs were done quickly and below his initial estimate. I bring all my vehicles to Blackmore Auto & Truck. Thanks, Steve.

Steve hooked me up. I was working on my car and got in a jam. I needed a bearing out of my hub on a holiday and he pressed it out no problem. Nobody was open except Blackmore. Steve even gave me some tools to finish my job and just asked that I bring them back the next day. He was a real lifesaver.

Absolutely phenomenal service. Quick work and fair with pricing. Coming from out of town to work on the fires my truck took a beating from the backroads. I didn t know what direction to go for a truck repair shop but luckily found this gem! Steve and his crew have repaired numerous vehicles for us and has always been on budget and on time. One of the few facilities around that offers pick-up AND delivery at no extra cost. We have a fleet of vehicles that can t be laid up and they know importance of quick turn around.Thanks Steve

Super overdue, but a few years ago we drove to Santa Rosa from Portland for a lacrosse tournament. Car broke down while we were there and tow truck recommended Blackmore. Imagine having your car break down in another state and having to find not only a fair, but knowledgeable mechanic because you have to drive your family 10 hours back w/o getting stranded on the highway... Steve was an answered prayer and took care of us (still driving that vehicle). Side note: we are 2/2 on cars breaking down from OR to CA so flying from now on.

The owner and all his staff went above and beyond for our family helped get me to a rental and just love them for all their help I would so recommend them to everyone even in Santa Rosa great to do business with locally owned businesses and him his family and workers are extraordinary!
