I only came back to this place because the first time I went there to get my oil changed they did it fast and it was only like $60. My second visit didn't go so well. My appointment was at 2 and they didn t start working on my car till 2:30. The lady at the front told me their oil change service came with fluid checks and tire rotations and none of that was done. My windshield wipers liquid was completely empty and they didn't even bother checking that. I also told her if they could check my coolant because it was below recommended and that was not done either. They did everything so fast that I m starting to question whether they even changed my oil. On top of that they charged me $90 this time!! They lost me as a costumer. Never again.

I've been taking my car here for the last few years and they always do a great job. the staff are all great and very helpful. I've never felt like they were over charging me or trying to get me to get things that are unnecessary. Highly recommend!

The staff is awesome. Our three year old has had a few gotta go now moments waiting for his brother to get out of school and every time we have asked to use the restroom they have always said yes. We very much appreciate that! We have had one tire repair done here and the service was excellent.

Visiting from out-of-town. Service light came on. Just a headlight went out. They fixed it in less than 12 minutes start to finish and charged me less than what was originally quoted. Very happy with experience.

Came back for a tire repair because on a different day they let our 3yo use their toilet. As a parents we appreciate caring for the little ones! For the repair the service was quick for a walk-in and wonderfully kind! 10/10 would recommend

Time for waiting is unbelievable knowing your car is just sitting there almost done, and no one is working on it. Skip my car and proceeded to work on another. Cannot trust, 4 new tires and didnt seem to care about a alignment. Passed it off as an assessment? Never again.

Is Santa Rosa I went to get new tires at Big O tire and the tires that they put on my car were less expensive. Better ride quality and noise quality was lower than the original Michelin. It came on my 2019 Honda Accord touring. I would highly recommend these tires 235/40 R19 96V XL Sailun Atrezzo SH408 BW

First the good. Nicole is the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very customer focused. The only reason this place even gets a star.The bad: The service here has fallen off a cliff. This location is severely understaffed. Wait times for routine procedures, such as an oil change or a tire patch are over 2.5 to 3.5 hours. They don't give you estimates on the amount of time it will take when you check in. If they spot problems with your car, get a second opinion! I was told my tires were in poor shape and that I would have to spend $700 on new tires. I had another mechanic look at my tires and was told they were in great shape. Every tire was not even close to reaching the damn wear bar! I feel like they were baiting me! On top of it, there s an older woman there who is incredibly rude and abrasive. Bottom line, they don't care about their customers.Did appreciate the follow up call from the manager due to this post. But, it doesn't discount the experience there.

BE CAUTIOUS!!!I don't like giving bad reviews b/c everyone has a bad day but taking my car there for an oil change resulted in a 4 month long headache which was never rectified correctly.The short version of the story: I took my car in for an oil change and was told it would take a couple hours. I received an email saying my car was done 15 min after walking out the door (should have been a red flag but I didn't think about it). All seemed great until 500 miles down i5 (including going over the Grapevine) my oil light comes on and I smell burning.You guessed it, the oil cap was left off. As was the wiper fluid cap, so not only was there oil all over every exterior inch of my car but it was in the wiper fluid and had completely saturated my hood insulator.When I called and spoke to the Manager, Jason, he was very apologetic and promised to make it right. They'd clean the engine spotless and make sure everything was in working order. I took my car back to Big O (after buying 3.5 quarts of oil to refill what was spewed out, driveway cleaner to clean all the oil that had dripped all over, and a major car wash) and left it with Jason. Once again the job was "finished" very quickly. Once again the job was not done. The spotless clean that was promised was a quick wipe with a rag.Calling and bringing my poor car in once again, the assistant manager, Blake, was unapologetic, rude, and even left the facility in the middle of "assisting" me. Hands down the worst customer service I'd ever received, especially in Sonoma County.After the technicians said it needed professional cleaning and the insulator needed to be replaced, Jason (the manager) promised to reimburse me for the cost. After a 4 month long headache, multiple phone calls and trips back into the shop, I received a check from Big O for the incorrect amount (they had copies of the receipts and a total in writing). At which point I gave up trying to hold this business accountable.Save yourself and pay a little more somewhere else.

While in urgent need for repairs to my truck (about to go on vacation while towing a trailer, but had 2 cylinders mis-firing and no power up hills) I searched Lake County and found no one open on weekends or no mechanics available. My first call in Sonoma County was to Big O Tires in Santa Rosa. I was greeted on the phone and in person with nothing short of kindness and professionalism. They even started helping me before they opened on a Saturday morning! Their staff is great and they seem to know each others job, which makes them more capable of helping people in a timely manner. Hat s off to the crew at this shop. Come here to the team that I trust with all my vehicles. You won t regret it!

90 dollars for an oil change, snoody attitudes, service engine soon light came on in my car because it was time to change the oil, they left the light on. They didn't even put the sticker on the windshield to remind me of the next oil change. I just feel like they are unprofessional and didn't really care about anything!!! I won't go back to this shop anymore.

I was driving in from out of town and had an oil issue. On my way in I called and was able to drive right in without an appointment. I was greeted by a very nice lady who told me their technicians would look at my car immediately. There was no wait. I had 2 gentleman helping me, Ronnie & Ivan. Talk about GREAT customer service! Thank you Big O!

This is the absolute worst tire shop. We called at 12 to see if they could replace our tire around 2:00, she said come on in. We showed up at 2:00, left the car, and they said they would have it ready at 4:30. We went and killed two hours walking around downtown. We got back at 4:30 and the hadn t even started it and told us it was now impossible to do today. No phone call while we were out wasting time waiting around. Worst kind of business practice. The office was also super dirty and just didn t felt taken care of. I never write bad reviews but it truly feels like nobody there could give AF, not even enough to give us a call and let us know to come back and get our car after wasting two hours of time .

I worked here. I asked if I store my tool box here, my employment was over. The person in charge said yes, you can leave your tool box while I arranged transportation for my tool box. Then someone I don't even know whatsoever, shows up and takes my tool box without my consent or knowledge of which. Nor was I even notified afterwards. And somehow there is no camera footage. What the ???

Don t ask Monica for help. She will get angry if you ask a simple question on parts availability before bringing your vehicle in for an appointment. She told me she has no idea what a wheel spacer is and maybe I should go somewhere else. Major attitude and I wasn t even being pushy just asking a question before I take time off of work to come in. I know you are busy but your attitude was completely unprofessional towards someone who was patient and trying to be polite. I work in customer service as well and would never be so dismissive over so little.

I came in for another flat. (I have horrible luck) Monica helped me with tire due to my having a warranty, and was very professional and kind. I was helped right away and was out within 30 minutes. The shop was clean and the waiting room was nice. I'm a happy camper.

Front desk lady seemed new, but enthusiastic. Between making the new tires appointment & actually showing up, they tacked on ~$185 extra that was later taken off by the enthusiastic lady. Was told the process would be 4.5 hours (wow!), but turned out to be 3.5. It took over an hour for my vehicle to get on the rack. Overall, great selection of tires & a fair price.

Every employee that I encountered there went above and beyond to make sure that I understood and received the services I needed, and that I felt valued as a customer. I witnessed the same efforts extended to every customer in the shop! I would highly recommend.

My experience getting my car worked on at Big O was pleasing. Monica and her team showed genuine concern and good customer service for me and the well-being of my car. The pricing of the work I had done to my car was real reasonable. I most definitely will take my car back to Big O and have Monica and her team work on my vehicle. I am very satisfied with the work they did.

Great service! They were very busy but still kept it quick and calm. I got all my questions answered, they helped me make sure I got a good deal and my car was done way earlier than I expected. Definitely recommend.

Monica was great in supporting my need for new tires, alignment, brake pads and oil service. She called multiple times to update me on timing and work completion. I felt the pricing was good and the options provided were right for my need. Overall, the experience better than expected.

I am very upset about how my car was treated when I went in for an oil change. Afterwards, my car has been running poorly and making rubbing/grinding sounds that it was not making prior to Big O s mechanical work. My drivers side tire was extremely loose and I had to manual tighten all lug nuts because they were all ready to fly off. I feel unsafe to drive my car and now need to manually fix whatever Big O did. Why me was graffitied on my oil filter too- hilarious.

Called and got an appointment for brake pad and rotor replacement after the dealership gave me an outrageous quote. Friendly service! Took an 1 hour to get quote after assessment of needs. Quote was 1/5th of dealership quote. Work was completed in timely fashion. Great service and reasonable price.

Big O Tires did a wonderful job taking care of an unexpected flat tire while we were on a road trip. After I discovered a huge nail, I gave them a call since they were the closest tire shop. They said no problem, bring it over. Though the puncture wasn't repairable, they had a replacement tire available and got me back on the road within an hour. We barely missed a beat on our trip thanks to the nice folks here. Though the nail was an inconvenience, I'm glad it happened right next to Big O Tires!

Great experience from start to finish. Made appointment over the phone and customer service was great. Came in to my appointment and felt welcomed immediately. Very courteous and respectful. Oil change went smoothly and we were on our way. Definitely will be coming back. Thank you!!

Understanding, empathetic, professional and reliable! I am from over an hour away and made my appointment online in the middle of the night and they welcomed me and were very caring. They made sure my oil was changed and checked everything making sure it was safe so I could drive to uc Davis to go and see my ex husband who is on life support. I felt safer knowing they made sure my car was good to go.

The staff was kind & knowledgeable. We drove in with a flat tire; they gave us options for new tires; were able to service the car that day... And the price was fair! Highly recommend!!
