Fantastic customer service! I called because my low tire pressure light came on, Wade answered the phone and he was so nice! He told me just to swing by to check it out. When I got there the front desk person knew that I was on the way and told me to pull in. There Wade was, ready to help me! He was super nice, fast and I was in my car the whole time! I will defiantly be back. Thank you Wade!

I had a tire puncture which caused the interior of the tire to be shreaded and non-repairable. I drove to Benjamin Tire becasue it was the closest tire repair shop, without doing any research and in an emergency situation. They put my spare tire on in a few hours, coordinated an easy pick up of my car, ordered a single tire that they had custom shaved down for me. (This was helping me avoid purchasing 4 new tires, as I have 4 wheel drive). The new tire was ready when quoted, and they made the repair the same day. The actual price was just under the quoted price. Maria coordinated the work and was very clear and helpful. I am very happy with the service, and will return when I need new tires.

I made an appointment. I let them know on three different occasions that I needed it done in a certain time. I gave them an extra hour and came back to pick up my car. They totally disregarded my appointment and didn't even start working on the car. No text or phone call as a warning that they would be working on it late. I will never be back

3 hour wait for an inspection I was told would take 30 mins. I even asked how long so I could go home if the wait was long. But they failed to communicate over and over. Left with missing studs on two tires. Broke/removed the studs before mentioning they didn't have replacement parts on hand or that it would be a danger to leave without. Left in worse condition than when arrived.. and no verbal or written info about my brake inspection upon leaving, even after calling and emailing, they have ignored my request. Worst shop experience ever.

Ive had good luck with BTB. I take both of my vehicles for tires and maintenance service. They are professional and courteous. I think we can all appreciate that given these strenuous times.

I've been happily taking my cars here for various tire, brake and suspension work for years and have always been happy with the results. Wade & Charles are great, friendly and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy.

The folks at this shop have gone above and beyond with their customer service and quality of work. They've quoted reasonable prices on all the work I've received. Their team cares about the quality of their repairs. I really appreciate everything they've done. I've had my vehicles serviced in many different shops in Sonoma County and this is one of the best shops out there. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for any break or tire related services.

Charles took care of me when I came in with a sudden leaky radiator that needed attention ASAP, and took me without an appointment! I was at his mercy! Can't say enough for my gratitude for helping me out!Also got my car serviced to boot.I'll be returning in the future for sure.Thanks again Charles!

Always answered the phone quickly, everyone was very pleasant and everything was done as promised. The also cared enough to mention any other things they found which needed attention. The price was very fair and, yes, I will go back again. Thanks everyone, keep up the good work.

Stand up guy's! I brought my car in to have the breaks replaced some years back, the guys did the job in a day and haven't had any issue since. Was a reasonable price as well. So when my new car had a strange grinding sounds I call the guys to see when I could bring my car in, next day I get a call saying that the car is fine and they found nothing wrong. I had my doubts so I asked them to check again because I was sure there had to be something. Not only did they humer me and check again, they didn't even charge me for the time they spent looking at the break. I will be coming to them again for any of my break needs for sure.

We have used Benjamin for years for all our auto repairs. And my husband has years before I moved up here to northern California. They are honest. They can do just about anything for your car or truck. They quote you prior any major repair and stay within that price range. The guys are all very pleasant and courteous. It's just like one of those hometown type of garages. I'll take that over a chain repair shop any day.

I have been taking cars here for at least twenty years. The service is top-notch and the people are friendly and helpful. They go out of their way for their customers. I highly recommend Benjamin's.

Very professional. Answered my dumb questions. Modern tires dont have inner tubes, and you're new tires dont come with rims lol. Thanks for your patience wade. My car drives so smooth with the new tires and alignment.

Angry and aggressive bosses there and i took a tire to be repaired and left a full day, came back and was aggressively told tire fixed but all technicians busy to replace (a 2 minute task). I paid 30 dollars and took the tire home.

Took my call at the end of the day, was the only shop in the area to have the tire, and turned on all his computers back on to schedule my appointment for the next day. Great service!
