I live 100 miles away (Sacramento) and needed an inspection of a bike I wanted to buy. I called and spoke with Brady. He inspected the bike immediately, and was amazing. As a result, I bought the bike. Too bad I can't take my bike to B&B going forward. Thank you, Brady!

My 2021 Honda Goldwing was damaged in a hit and run. After researching repair companies that I could trust to repair my bike back to new, factory condition I decided to use B&B Cycle Pro and I'm so glad I did!The owner, Brady, was a pleasure to work with, provided great and timely communications throughout the repair work, and more importantly, repaired my bike back to like new condition!Thank you so much Brady and Cycle Pro for the awesome job....but I hope I never see you again!

CG's review pretty much says it all, but I was the guy with the worn out tire. Luckily I found this shop and was able to stop by first thing in the morning. Brady went out of his way to accomodate me and get me back on the road. Thanks again for the exceptional service!! I made it back home to Washington and was able to enjoy the rest of the trip north.Service: Tires

Brady, the owner, is very knowledgeable and explains things in detail to his customers. I showed up on Monday with an issue I was having with my Harley and he took time to inspect the bike, fill the tires and give me advise. Today I returned as a customer and feel I've made a great decision on having B&B preform the service. Thanks guys.

Aug, '23 - a buddy & I were on a trip thru Santa Rosa, about 600 miles from home & on a tight schedule. At our motel on a Thursday eve we realized that the cords / steel belts of his rear tire were showing - the tire could not go any further - we were stranded. We called the only shop open - the local chain motorcycle store & got the runaround how it's "store policy to keep a tire mount job at least a day". A search turned up B&B who looked to have a good rep for helping traveling bikers on short notice. It turned out that could not have been more accurate. On the ride over the next a.m., following behind, the tire looked soft, and when we arrived it was showing 14psi. It was bald and leaking - totally "dun". We were there at 9:00a.m. open (another +), and as Brady walked out he asked "what have we got here?", to which I replied "we have a sick tire - it's got 14 psi"! He replied "yup, that's done" and immediately swung in to action. He began rolling bikes out while talking to us. He let us know that he did not have any 17 inch tires, but since there were 2 of us, I could ride over to a store 2 miles away, pick one up and bring it back. He even called them for us. As I suited up to make the run, he told us "I'll get you in and right out of here". He was not kidding.I got over to the corporate "factory" multi line store, and could see the service shop with all the uniformed workers servicing bikes on lifts. The place was fancy & a nice atmosphere. But as I stood there I thought "these guys would *never* get us in and out of here on this schedule - it's by appt only . We would have had to at least stay the w/e for them to do the work Monday (maybe). We both had to make the 600 miles home by Monday . . . With tire purchased & strapped to my top case rack, by the time I returned Brady had the bike up on the service lift, wheel removed and the old tire laying outside on the ground. I had been gone about 20 minutes.I handed it to my buddy, & by the time I was out of my gear walking in to the shop he already had the tire mounted on the wheel airing it up. Once complete he then put it on the balancer. He quoted us the tire pressures front and rear (which were correct) as well as the torque for the rear wheel (also correct). Bike reassembled, he went over it carefully, pointing out a leaking fork seal (which my buddy had not noticed), checked all the fluids & lubed the chain. He rolled the bike off the lift and outside at about 10 minutes to 10. We hadn't even been there an hour.I can't tell you how much this man saved our trip & how grateful I am. He was can-do from the get go and from watching him I could tell he knows his craft & is good at it. He told us his goal was to get us out by 10:00 and he did - we rode out just a few mins after 10:00. The service charge was beyond reasonable - in fact, I don't think it was enough. What an experience. He is just such a great guy - didn't care what we rode, we were brother bikers in trouble and he was going to take care of us. A very cool and personable guy - fun to talk to. What's amazing about our time there was that this is something you just *do not* see any more - people who take pride in their work & are good at it, keep their word, go the extra mile to take care of you & afterward present you with a fair bill. I was so happy I tipped him, and it wasn't even my bike.If I lived in Santa Rosa, *this* is the shop I would take my bike to, not the big fancy places that want to jab you at checkout & where you cannot talk to the mechanic. At B&B you are valued and talking to the man in charge who will also be doing the work. Shops like this are a rare thing these days. And if you are traveling, definitely stop in or call them before anyone else, they will do what they can to get you back on the road. When looking for this shop, it is in a semi-residential area, but just go to the address, you'll see the sign. Two thumbs up to this business and wishes for continued success! Many thanks!Service: Tires

What a great place with great people. I ran into an emergency and needed new tires on my FJR 1300 while riding the coast from Washington to Moro Bay. They were the only place open on a Monday and I am glad they were. They didn't have my tires in stock so they picked them up for me from a local supplier, squeezed me into the schedule so I could make it to San Fran that night and didn't even charge me extra. All I had to do was limp in from the coast and they went above and beyond. True riders. Props to Brady and John! You guys are awesome and I owe you one!!!Service: Tires

Cant believe I have not done a review for Brady and his TEAM at B&B in the past. No need to look further for a better bike shop. I have had my bike in in his shop MULTIPLE X's. Brady is great, very knowledgeable and straight forward. NO BS. Always has the bike ready when he says it will be and most importantly he has been honest and trust worthy. His main man John is a 5 ***** guy as well!!Thank you guys and c u soon!!!!Myron C

I should have written this review a couple years ago when I first went to B & B and met Brady. He used to work at another shop I wont mention and he was the man at that location. He has worked on both of my bikes and the results were exactly as expected. No matter how busy he is he gets your ride back to you in record time, his attention to detail is incredible and he has the lowest rates in town. If you don't get your bike serviced or tricked out by Brady you have no one to blame but yourself. I have seen his custom jobs and they will literally stop you in your tracks.

Rode up the coast from Mountain View to Petaluma on Mother s Day 2022. Stayed at our favorite place, Metro Hotel. Woke up Monday morning to a flat rear tire on the Guzzi Black Eagle; called B&B Cycle Pro in nearby Santa Rosa (only shop open on Mondays!) and they had my inner tube and a slot open on the lift. After a smooth tow from All Star Towing, Brady and John tag teamed my flat and got me road worthy in 60 minutes. Chapeau, gents!

I, too, regret that I didn't post this sooner. Superb service, fair prices, and the proprietor is an extremely friendly and accommodating guy willing to go into the details for anyone who isn't a complete gear head. I'd give him ten stars if I could.
