After the restroom access was denied I was advised by the store manager that "people" steal from the store, meaning that they can no longer have the public access.When I asked the employees they just acted like it really is not their issue.To make matters worse if you want a staff member who knows anything about Carnuba wax... don't come to this store.OVERPRICED.UNTRAINED STAFF.NO FACILITIES.

I went to this location today and I have been coming here for years. Never been treated so rude. The price for oil didn t ring up correctly and the manager told me that I don t have to buy it and then I m welcome to leave. I just asked him to honor the price that was posted which was only a four dollar difference, but he told me to get lost too bad because I go to the location about every two weeks and have been for about 20 years .

No hello. No ask if I need help. Absolutely zero service. Men standing around doing zero to engage with customers. Placed an online order for store pickup. I get the confirmation email, we ll email you when it s ready, but then a week and a half goes by and it still isn t ready. I contact customer service, they tell me it IS ready. (Why wasn t I emailed?) I go in to pick it up, and immediately the service is terrible. I walk in feeling like I have to apologize just for being there, like I m inconveniencing them. Eventually the guy behind the register goes to pull my order from the shelf (so I guess it technically wasn t ready??), and brings me the *wrong* item. I point this out, he tries again to find it, and then comes back empty handed and says I m gonna have to cancel that order because we re out. Overall, an extremely annoying waste of time. If I ever go to an AutoZone again, it won t be this one.

Was in a hurry and my car was acting up, I went inside and there was a HUGE line. Luckily two gentlemen were working really fast once I got to one them I asked for his help and he offered to check my battery. He couldn t get a result due to something about low voltage? Idk? So he offered to help me choose the right battery for my car. I was already asking one of my mechanics if he could install it or one of my friends till the gentleman named Mario asked me if i would like it if he installed it! I was completely amazed! I said yes ofc. Installed my battery and denied my tip so instead I m here letting you guys know he is the one to go to when you need help! Thank you autozone!

Heads up people and be careful if you get help from them like getting a battery swap or anything else dont let them change your battery terminal, they changed mine and my car wouldn't start anymore so I had to take it to someone that actually knew what they were doing and they let me know that it was the battery terminal and when I went back to this autozone a worker there smelled like alcohol whenever he would speak and one of the managers didn't even know what he was talking about. You'll definitely be gambling it at this location if you need help.

Today I went to this auto zone to get new windshield wipers as well as a new key fob battery. Sonya (i think that s how you spell it) helped me out and helped me install my windshield wipers as well as replace my battery in my key fob. She was so sweet and so considerate to help me even in the pouring rain she helped me!! Highly reccomend this shop. Thank you Sonya!

I just came from Auto Zone on Sebastopol Rd in Santa Rosa. I needed a new batter and was helped by Gary G the stores assistant manager. What a great experience. He put the battery in for ma and took my old one. He even checked my alternator. Very pleasent guy. Great customer service skill. You should have more people like him working for you. He's the man. Thanks Gary for all your help.

HA what a joke no help at all I needed to order a part the woman at the register acted as if I was bothering her. I never did end up ordering the piece. I decided to ask about another thing I needed for my car nope not much of a response. I just walked out the workers are absolutely nutty just joking around in the back.

Jesse the manager is an awesome guy. I usually come to this store to get my automotive fluids and needs, and it has always been quick and easy to get what I need. What I love about the store is that they are very encouraging of DIY work because they offer free tools to rent! I decided to write this review because I've had an experience that I went to purchase oil from another AutoZone location, and I couldn't get to the original location due to the distance. I called the original store and told them the situation, and they said that I can get an exchange at my Santa Rosa location. I was very scared to go up and request an exchange because how often is it that someone just happened to buy used oil from the rack? It doesn't happen at all, and it seems very shady. So I went in to speak with the manager, and he was very no-hassle and gave me an exchange for new oil. I'm very happy with the AutoZone customer experience and the courtesy things that they provide to their customer. A+

I prefer auto zone over other part's stores for several reasons here's a few. Always friendly, very astute and eager to help they have a mechanic employed fulltime and unlike other places o'rileys... i have never had to bring back my purchases to exchange for the correct ones. Plus sometimes I don't want to put in new bulbs or battery or wiper blades so ask and the mech will do it for you if he is able. And they have the loan a tool program that's nice if you're in a pinch and can't, don't wanna buy a tool you need they'll tear open a package and let you borrow it for free!!!

I have yet to go in to this store, but after the customer service I received on the phone I doubt I will be heading there. I need brakes, rotors, oil and an oil filter, it'll be a bonus if they have a cabin filter, so I called in to make sure they had it all there, and all I got is, "yea we should have it" until I told him to check so I didn't drive all the way there, and only then did he bother to put me on hold, and look it up, but he sounded so confused by what I was asking that I didn't even try for the cabin filter. On top of that they only have two rotors left in stock and since people come in "pretty much every day" to buy them, and he couldn't give me any definitive answers I think I'll go somewhere with a more knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff.

I had the worst customer experience today. An Employee was rude and he somehow disappeared $20 I had of rewards. This was the auto zone in Sebastopol rd in Santa Rosa,CA

Wanted to say THANK YOU to Jesse. Great guy, very helpful, and so sweet. My son needed a battery, he let me pay for it over the phone, he put it in my son s car for him. Explain the process with the core charge. My son was in and out in maybe 15 minutes. Jesse was just great!!! Thank you for your kindness and all your help! I will always use Auto Zone!!!

I went in to get a battery for my vehicle and Gary helped me test my vehicles battery, and helped by replacing the battery for me. Gary was very patient, very helpful, and respectful I definitely like the great customer service he provided today, I left as a satisfied customer and I will definitely go back to this location.

I went into the store to purchase some things with my gift card/store merchandise card, and the new balance was under $9.00 on my card, so I asked to have the cash. State law mandates that under 10 is redeemable for cash. The Manager refused to do it. Well Dude look at this: Cal. Civil Code �1749.5(b)(1) Any gift certificate sold after January 1, 1997, is redeemable in cash for its cash value, or subject to replacement with a new gift certificate at no cost to the purchaser or holder.(2) Notwithstanding paragraph (1), any gift certificate with a cash value of less than $10 is redeemable in cash for its cash value.
