Best auto zone I have been to. The staff was super knowledgeable and went out of their way to help me. Well stocked store had everything I came in for when no other competitor did. I for sure recommend this store when looking for auto parts stores in this cloverdale area!

I had the best experience today with this Autozone. I walked in and everyone was really nice. Sam Was the person that ended up helping me with figuring out what was wrong with my car. He used a tool to check my battery and alternator.

I normally hate to visit chain auto parts stores because I'm always frustrated at the lack of knowledge on the part of the employees.This store seems to be the exception. Most of the people here either know what they are doing or they are polite with their lack of knowledge.As an added bonus, they are all friendly and generally efficient.

I bought a power steering line from O Rileys and it was cheap cheap metal on the fitting and the threads stripped almost immediately and the part was toast after that... But this time I went with a Duralast part from autozone and it was 10 dollars more but well worth it!

Went in to get my battery checked and ended up needing replacement. Friendly, fast customer service. No extra fee to test or install battery. :)

Catalina provided excellent service! My battery was completely dead and is located under my passenger seat (who knew, lol). She had to maneuver herself into reach under the seat and got me back on the road very quickly and with a great, friendly attitude the whole time.

Very friendly helpful staff. It would be awesome if a staff member would take the initiative to offer assistance, especially after going up and down the aisle trying to figure out what I needed. Maybe they are understaffed. The person at the cashier, however, redeemed this store. He was professional, friendly and definitely very helpful. I will certainly go there again. My experience was very pleasant and has not deterred me from going back.

I don't come here often on the side of town but every time I do I always have a great experience. I need to get a battery trickle charger and have no time finding one and had a great conversation about how to use it, best practices, and even helped me find the right one on my specific vehicle. Solid staff at a well stocked store!

Parts are still on the shelf. Computers still lookup vehicles. Employees could care less about job, helping or even touching anyone car with no training. Am I tye only person that see the camp of random people with trailer in the parking lot all day. Get it together AutoZone.

Came here for a new battery needed help with putting new battery in and Ruben was amazing he helped me with my old corroded battery which was a pain to get out and put new battery in for me. Very nice and helpful amazing customer service! Highly recommend this place.

I came to AutoZone to get a new battery without knowing a thing about cars. Ruben was super helpful, helped me pick out the right battery and even changed for me! If you come to AutoZone ask for him!

Was experiencing some battery issues; jumped car dying after sufficient travel to charge. Pablo was incredibly helpful and able to efficiently replace the battery, diagnose potential alternator issues, and advise me as to next steps -- all in the fury of their first day of work. I can't thank the autozone crew enough for their help on March 13th for helping me check and then replace my battery!Kevin was class personified and Selena. The manager has always been amazing when I've been in here to pick up products or parts. I choose this AutoZone coming all the way from guerneville because the staff is awesome. I'm also sending a shout out to Katie, their manager Alex and John as known as kiwi for being the best autozone staff in Sonoma County. Thanks again for always being helpful when I cruise in

Really appreciated the staff here & their asst with my emergency yesterday. My car died for no reason & after multiple jumps would still die. Had them do the starter/batt/alternator diagnostic & all came back good, found out really dirty/corroded terminals intererring with charge. Thank you!! #notallheroswearcapesPlus they will install your battery if you need a new one; i didn't but it's a huge savings if you need it

Ordered a part on Saturday and was supposed to be here Sunday it is now Monday and they're still waiting for a tracking number for the part they never called to tell me that the part is not here or to give me any updates on the part I will never ever use autozone ever again

Not only did I have to make multiple trips for them to replace a dying battery for my truck(with a warranty), but I visit the place yesterday to exchange the wrong oil and filter given to me but they say the deal I bought "doesn't exist" and couldn't just do a simple exchange. Guy tried charging me another $30 on top of the $49 I already paid for the deal and told me I had to go back to the original store I bought the stuff from that took them all of 2 minutes to correct. This particular Autozone is a joke and you can tell the people working there hate their jobs and don't care about the customer

To the owner of this place:I was at your location today 1-16-21)around 12:30 pm, I have told you I felt discriminated by one of female team members. She refused to help me when I was waiting in line. I don t understand why this lady decided to do this but this is not okay. Helping people that was waiting behind me. I end up leaving but this not okay for one of your team members to do this. If I could i would take this further but is not worth my time. I hope you do something about it with this team member. Not okay
