Wonderful shopping while I wait for my oil change. They have the best customer service, the best team, our family and neighbors are thankful that Auto Pride is here for last minute oil changes. I never saw the warning on my car. Pulled into Auto Pride. They took care of the issue and washed my car.

After using this service for several years it seems like the overall quality of their work has decreased in recent years. Down from great to average. Their staff are very friendly and helpful, although I feel as if I pay for the convenience of not having to do it myself.The last time I took my vehicle in to get cleaned after I got home I noticed several places where my vehicle was still dirty on both the interior and exterior. I paid for the convenience of not having to do it myself, although by no means expecting a flawless car wash.They get the job done for an exterior and interior fairly quickly, which may also be part of the problem.

During my road trip, my Toyota Tacoma was covered in bugs, and I decided to visit a nearby car wash. I must say, they did a fantastic job, and Arturo's efforts were commendable! He made sure to remove all the bugs and left my truck looking as good as new. The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly. I'm impressed with the results, and I highly recommend this car wash, especially if you have bug troubles. Arturo's expertise and attention to detail truly make a difference. I'll definitely be returning for their excellent service in the future!All of this under $40 with a coupon available on their website

I have a lifted truck on mud tires Jaime made sure they would be able to take care of my car prior to working on it, shockingly my truck fit. Jamie kept me informed with what was going on with my truck and if my truck couldn t fit in the wash they would pull it around and wash it by hand. Jamie and his team provided top notch customer service. I can see why my grandpa would only get his cars washed here.Danny is friendly, kind, and provided excellent customer service, he even remembered my name and greeted me by name. That truly makes a customer feel welcomed. And important!They polished my headlights and they sparkle like new again, no more dark drives at night, my tires look phenomenal and the tuck is shinning!Victor and pedro services my vehicle and were fast and did a thorough and excellent job, they were smiling and laughing with each other: it s always a good sign when employees have a good time while working!Thank you Jamie and team for providing excellent customer service and making my truck shine! We have had our family car washed/detailed here multiple times, and both times they did a spectacular job. Got in all the nooks and crannies, and out side was sparkling! Everyone that we have come across that works there is great, especially the manager. Would definitely recommend!

I was super disappointed. I went there today and paid $119 .The outside is clean and the plastics have been treated but not as good for the inside.I had to clean the inside handles after their work. The pockets in the back doors were dirty. The windows are greasy because of the cleaner they use for plastic so I had to clean them again. I had to ask them to clean the windshield inside again.It was not worth it this morning...I did not have time to go back and ask...and I feel uncomfortable when I have to do that .

Super disappointing at best. the outside looks like any normal drive-through car wash results, the inside was horrible. Typically you can find some area that they forgot however I can't find an area that they did well. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this place. I purchased the $40 platinum and feel completely ripped off.Services: Tires, VacuumingServices: Tires, Vacuuming

I've been coming here for more than 15 years. They maintain my car well with oil changes and general inspection of air filters & wipers etc. Very pleased with the service. I also get my car washed here and boy does that team work! Great value. Surprisingly though, I now have been coming in for shopping! They have whimsical, quality items that make fabulous gifts and the best selection of greeting cards around! I stopped in last night to buy gifts for a 5 year old.Services: Vacuuming, Car waxing, Oil change

They will steal your gas! Do not take your car here. It s been TWICE already that they have stolen gas out of my car. First time I had just gotten gas and saw it dropped. Second time I purposely fill my tank at the half mark and again it dropped significantly.

Very unprofessional. My fiance took my car with a ski box on top to be washed, and these guys drove the car through their automatic wash, ripping the ski box off the car. When I came to them after, they refused to claim responsibility.

I've been coming here for over 5 years hands down best carwash in the are great staff always will to help. Awesome gift and card selection. If you want your car done right come here.

Paid $50 to have our car washed inside and out. Our car was clearly not vacuumed. The products they used left every surface oily. Many inconsistencies throughout the entire service. We took it back and the manger vacuumed part of the vehicle but not all of it and dismissed our other concerns. Not worth the price or hassle.

Not what I paid for!Asked specifically for complete hand wax. I ve used this car wash before and know from my past experiences that when they do an actual hand wax it s about 45 minutes or more before they finish. The stamped time on my receipt 3:44PM. By the time I paid inside and then walked out front, my car was already through the car wash and in the finishing lane. Ok, a quick wash! I watched as 3-4 individuals dried off the car. I noticed one individual spending a lot of time on the driver s side of the car. I kept watching to see if they were going to start applying the wax. But no, the foreman in white shirt started yelling out for driver of red VW. I walked over and stated the car is supposed to be hand waxed. He didn t answer and just pointed to the individual who was spending all his time on the drivers side of my car. Again I stated I paid for a complete hand wax. He pointed to a small spot on the driver door where there seemed to be some wax residue. See, we waxed the car . I objected and said that I was watching and all I saw was them drying the car. At this point it had only been 20 minutes. This individual just replied by saying, See my help over there, they work fast Sir. I said there is no way they just hand washed and waxed the entire car in the time I ve been there. He insisted they did and reached for the drivers door to show me into the car. I hesitated and thought to go into the office but realized there are other options. Won t be back and I ll never recommend.

I've been going to this car wash back before it was Auto-pride. I moved back to Santa Rosa from out of state and my white 1996 Honda Odyssey had to stay with an in-law in that state. It was outdoors under a leaky car port. When time came to bring it here it had a TON of hard water scaling all over the windshield. A friend towed it out here and I had no idea what I was going to do with it. I couldn't see anything out of the windshield.I took it to Auto Pride Car wash on mission and they absolutely cleaned it up. I was absolutely amazed!!! The car looked like brand new. My family and extended family go here every-time we need a car wash or oil change (get a free car wash with oil change!).The staff are super kind and friendly, both for the car wash and the oil change.Antonio is a great understanding guy and he picks great people for his team. Thanks to everyone there.

Been going here for years and usually I leave 110% happy. Todays interior detailing was terrible. Upon pickup my door jams were completely untouched, filled with grime and leaves. Interior was still filled with dirt and dog hair. Pointed this out to the team, they took it in for a second attempt to "correct" the issues. Car was there for 5.5 hours, had to go back and pickup again after their second attempt, spent $200, and still had to clean my interior myself when I got home. Such a bummerService: Auto detailing

This is the only place I will ever go to, when I get a screw in my tire, or a flat for some reason. Thankfully this has only happened close to home, and I was lucky enough to be able to get myself over to them, knowing I'd be taken care of, again, for like the 10th time now lol. Anyway, if you want quick service(but be patient they are always booked and busy), and good prices, and want to keep things local and support a long time family owned business, go here!

Auto Pride has the best customer service. They REALLY aim high to please their customers, & they're all so upbeat.The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is frequently I have to ask them to hit a few spots. They are always happy to oblige. I just wish they were consistently a little more thorough.However, they detailed my employers 150 & he felt it looked better than when he first bought it.

Extremely sloppy car wash, missing more dirt than cleaning it. The detailing car wash work is anything but detailed, even after you pay $150 for their "best" service. Every single time I've been here I had to ask them to correct their sloppy cleaning on the doors, dashboard, windows, etc.They also managed to damage/break my car's rear mirror defroster in the process of cleaning it. I've been a long time customer, but I doubt I will ever go back after that. Just not worth the hassle. Plenty of other hand wash places which actually pay attention to detail.Also, the prices here keep getting more and more outrageous, while the cleaning gets shoddier.Giving this place 2 stars ONLY because of Julio and other kind mechanics in the oil change department. They are a class above the lazy ones in the car wash portion of the business.

I ve been going to Mission Car Wash for many, many years. The crew there is friendly and polite and they do a terrific job. I have the unlimited service package and wash my truck there nearly every week. I also wash my wife s car there frequently. They also do great detail work and will do special projects like truck beds if you ask them. There s also a vey nice gift shop inside and a comfortable waiting area. I ve read some of the negative reviews here, but I ve never experienced any of those problems. We tend to wash our vehicles frequently, however, so they never get too dirty. 5 stars for Mission Car Wash!

I've been going here for years. In general I've had very good experiences here. In fact, I once went here after I had loaned my car to a friend who scratched the heck out of my front end. It was the end of the work day, and this guy spenat least 20 extra minutes trying to buff out the scratches. With great effort, he got almost all of it even though I'm sure he wanted to go home.That being said, I have on occasion had a few misses. The detail service is very good though.The inside store has lots of cool gift stuff to peruse while waiting.

Fool me once, shame on you. Sadly this was my 2nd time trying Auto Pride, and I can confirm they take no pride in washing your car.INTERIOR: See the attached photo of a large dark shoe print on my white seats. The second photo is harder to tell but it shows they not only stepped on my seats, but they never even wiped them down. And this was after paying $40 for the "Gold" version of their cleaning process.EXTERIOR: Significantly better but mostly because my car is parked in a garage so doesn't get dirty. Not much effort required to clean it.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I never write reviews but here I am. Went here last night around 5:15 and bought the 38.00 premium...when I got home I realized the inside was barely vacuumed. The seats hadn't been touched, the console and cup holders weren't even touched. The dashboard nether, maybe they thought I paid for just the outside to he cleaned so I went back this morning with my receipt of the highest wash they have. I left and it's still not cleaned. I have pictures attached dashboard has dust all over it, the shift gear wasn't cleaned. I came back twice, how hard is it to clean? I might as well have cleaned my Car my self. I moved here from Sacramento and there was a car wash that was 27.99 and that's to clean the inside too...they always cleaned everything. I truly never write reviews but I felt I needed to.

If this review helps prevent someone else from being dissatisfied, I m happy to help. Just spent $42 plus $6 tip to get my car washed. The inside is basically untouched. I ve been coming to this car wash for years and all the workers are very nice. They usually always leave my car really shiny and clean as well, even ask me if I was a certain smell when they have cleaned my car. I feel like if you re looking for a place to do a good job and not take such a long time on your car then this is the place!

Not what it once was. Love the oil change service quick efficient and comprehensive even for a diesel with 8 qts of oil... Car wash seams like I am always asking them to remove bugs, tar or clean door jambs... When I feel I can do a better wash and vacuum at home in the same time, I am hard pressed to come back. Going to try Splash next time as I hear they do a great job

No longer loyal to this place since they only clean cars so little for expensive price of 21.99. No thank you but thank you for the great service the past 20 years when the price of basic wash for 12.99. I always tipped em fat too.Service: VacuumingService: Vacuuming
