I used to frequent this place when my kids were little. Back then they did an excellent job! I recently moved back to Sonoma County and needed my car interior wiped down and vacuumed-I use another $12 car wash for the exterior. I bought the $33 package and was so surprised! Not only did they fail to wipe down the interior, but the vacuuming was sloppy leaving dirt and debris. What a waste of time and money! Wish I could take back my tip!

Sold us a high end package 135.00 + tipDid half the car. Wheels were not completely wiped. Showed us only the half that was done. Came here to get a basic wash after getting tree sap all over my car the night before. Worker wouldn t let me do the basic wash and told me they would have to do clay bar treatment. Quoted me $220 for the wash. Went down the street to Easy Breezy and got all the sap off for $10.99. They will upsell you here don t fall for it!

Good car wash better than most. I had my truck detailed inside and out had not been washed in about 2 months it was pretty bad I paid quite a high price $123 for inside and out the inside was great outside was good but they missed a few spots on my running board and under my windshield which I had them do the windshield but didn't notice the running boards until later. I will be talking to the gentleman when I go back cuz I definitely will go back but I will not pay that higher price Don't need that type of service again. I plan on having them hand wax my vehicle One of these days not many places do that. But it is definitely much better than most places around the county that I've tried.

HORRIBLE job. I paid $100 and the guy made it sound like an amazing deal. I literally said I would just do a basic and come back for a waxing and pay full which is when he dropped it down to $100. Said it would take 45 minutes. I thought for sure my car would come back looking sparkling and brand new. It was definitely the opposite. I had to point out completely obvious dirty spots twice before leaving. Then as I drove off I noticed even more. It was like my car was more dirty after leaving than before I got there. So I pulled back in to the driveway and had the guy that sold me the package fix many other spots. I hate complaining so I said thank you and went home. When getting home I noticed even more! There was a giant arm length black hair in my back seat. I don't even have anyone in my car ever and don't even know anyone with black hair. EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED AND DISAPPOINTED. What a complete waste of $100.

Terrible, TERRIBLE job for the price! Paid $135 and was told they would buff out the scratches, that did not happen! Had to point out several dirty spots and then after entering the car noticed several more but was so short on time and just totally over it that I just left. Unfortunately for me it was only after coming to the reviews here that I saw just how many 1 star ratings this place had.

My wife and I have used this car wash several times.They do a high volume of business here and keep things moving in an efficient manner. We keep coming back because they take pride in their work and do a good job.

Never using this business to wash my vehicle ever again!! Paid for the platinum package. When I received my car my rims are still dirty and they did not vacuum inside my cup holders or wipe my seats down. The worst experience I have ever had at any car wash. I paid $39 for the car to remain in exactly the same condition as before the wash, except the dirt was smeared around the inside of the car without the proper vacuuming or cleaning. Rude and unprofessional cleaning staff as well. Incredibly bad experience!

Poor job. We had just returned from vacation, so the car was pretty dirty. We paid for the platinum package and what we received was not even basic. We had some empty water bottles and such in the cup holders and they didn t even remove them, so they were never cleaned. The touch screen and gear shift were still dirty. It doesn t seem like they even touched the back of the car. My son s car seat had crumbs in and around it and my trunk clearly had not been vacuumed. The exterior looked nice, but definitely not worth $45. These are the after pictures.Services: Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Don t waste your money and time getting your vehicle cleaned there. Took in my vehicle and they did a terrible job I had to come home and do it myself. I assumed they would do a good job as they have like 15 employees outside cleaning vehicles and still they didn t manage to do a good job, glad I didn t go with the monthly deal the cashier offers!

I wish I could give them a 5 starts cause their always nice . But I won't be back , they just don't get my truck entirely cleaned so I prefer to clean it myself!

I m not the one to leave reviews ever, no matter how bad it gets, but this is what $131.99 gets ya, I know it can t be perfect but how can you miss these obvious spots. They Don t even take Apple Pay or any other tap options to pay.Very disappointed. Probably won t ever return, rather just do it myself and save some money and do it right the first time.Services: Tires, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Good car wash service. The prices are reasonable it still a little pricier than other car washes in area. The staff is super friendly and they do a good quick cleaning of your vehicle. I ve never had a issue and have been satisfied with the results and service.

Have not be to this Auto Pride car was in quite a few years ever since splash came to Santa Rosa I have been going there. In the spring,summer and fall months I would go to splash and one time throughout the month I would then take my car to the car wash on Mendocino Ave and be happy . When I took my car last month to the car wash on Mendocino Ave I spent a lot of money and gave them a nice tip.I will never go back to that car wash. Once I got home I looked closely at my car. The rims where not clean the vacuum job was bad the windows inside and out had smudges there were spots on my car website it was noticeable that someone should went over the area etc. At auto Pridethe gentleman who wrote up which package I was taking was very friendly the young lady inside who I paid for the car wash was very friendly the men's bathroom was clean and I was very Happy with the job they did on my car

Super clean. Mostly thorough but a bit expensive.Everything in this place looks new and a basic vacuum, wash and dry is $33 plus tip.Wash was good, dry was mostly done but not completely. Nicely they will run your card so you can get tip money.Seating and a restroom available while you wait.

I'm being generous with 1 Star. Sent my car through, deliberately asking for them to focus on several things including my front windshield (stickers from the dealership), the bed of my truck. They did neither. My bed was dirty as hell after they put it through, making me wonder if they even use their carwash... 50 dollars down the drain, JUST DON'T DO IT. They did not put in an air freshener, and definitely did not do any sort of waxing. Ridiculous. Just wash your car yourself. This country is going to hell in a handbasket. No one wants to do a good job anymore. I don't think it is the workers. It is definitely a message from Ownership to speed things up and cut corners. Horrible business practice.

Very disappointed. Truck was still filthy on outside. Mud, dirt, steps, fenders chrome all dirty. I spent $100 and was very disappointed

Love them. Gave my car a fabulous wash & dry. I only did outside order. But they did the front seat too. Thanks really appreciate it.

I m partially at fault for not saying anything about the service. But I was so disappointed in the outcome of my detail I just wanted to leave. paid 300$ dollars for what I thought was a complete service. The receipt clearly said hand wax which was never done. and upon leaving the windows were still so dirty I could see the line from my windshield wipers. There s water spots and streaks all over and my truck has plastic rain guards over the side windows they didn t even take the time to roll down and clean the tops of the windows as there was still completely dirty. I had my car's inside detailed here, and they did a good job. The price is reasonable ($250 for a full inside detail), and when I asked for a discount, they gave me $20 off. The car was there for 6 hours (drop off in the morning and pick up in the afternoon). I'm happy with the service I got, although it would be great if they get some tools to be able to brush the carpets and get the dog hair out of the carpets more thoroughly.Service: Auto detailing

I always believe that everyone deserves a second chance. I had been to this car wash a year or two ago and it was a terrible experience so I stopped going. I decided to give them another shot, but also because my favorite place was super busy. I regret going here and spending even a dime with them. Here are pictures of SOME of the terrible job they did. And that s not all, but I was too angry to take more. Definitely not going here ever again!

After years of visiting beaches with my dog, it was amazing how well they cleaned my car. Got the wax and internal detail with seat shampoo. Stains I've battled bitterly for YEARS gone! Couldn't be happier with the service.

I had high hopes, but may rethink my new monthly unlimited washes. Windows still had debris stuck to the front along with front bumper still having bugs stuck to the bumper. Not sure I'll keep the monthly membership.

They conned me into purchasing a 140 dollar wash and they didn t wipe inside of doors, crumbs on seats and floor, left a towel behind, streaks in the windshield and no air freshener. Total waste of money. Unless your car is already really clean, expect them to do a mediocre job, especially vacuuming. When I pointed it out, the main guy working the shift said well you aren t paying $400 to have your car cleaned so that s all we have time for. I then asked if they would run the vacuum through again. Another guy complained in Spanish to his colleague that I was being difficult. I walked up to him and said Hey buddy, I understood everything you said. You might want to be careful talking about people and thinking they won t understand you. He was stunned.I m being generous with 3 stars especially with those comments! And I still tipped them.
