Honest, thorough mechanic. I appreciated the ability to schedule online, have a text/email with service updates to approve with the click of a button & the loaner car option. The people at the front desk were communicative, helpful, funny & translated well to me since I don t have much auto-knowledge.

Auto Japan's service is outstanding. We own a Nissan and Toyota - both have been serviced by Auto Japan for the past six years. The techs are thorough, and the ladies managing the front desk are always extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very gracious. I would highly recommend Auto Japan and believe their service is worthy of a 5-star rating or higher.

I rarely leave reviews, and Vaughn doesn't really need another 5 star rating, but I'll give him one anyway. I've been fixing my own vehicles for over 50 years since I did my first transmission�swap at age 17 on a '70 Volkswagen Beetle. Basically, I could never find an honest mechanic who I trusted to do the job as well as I could, and who would charge a fair price for the effort. Finally with Auto Japan, and Oakmont Garage I don't have to pick up a wrench again, and can rest assured that the job will be done correctly. Vaughn is an expert mechanic, who won't try to upsell you on additional�maintenance jobs. In fact, quite the opposite, as he has repeatedly suggested postponing some maintenance work until it was actually necessary. I found the pricing reasonable and will continue to have my 4Runner serviced at Auto Japan in the future. Highly�recommended!Services: Transmission, Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Great service and friendly, helpful, employees. Very knowledgeable owner and mechanic. They seem very honest. Plus a cool pet rescue dog named Diesel, that is super friendly and sometimes greets you when you arrive.

Went in for some fluid changes and they were completed in a timely manner without issue. In the process, they were kind enough to level off the tire pressure, and vacuum my floorboards. Honest Folks. You brought my car in there and they recommended to NOT make the repair as the cost was not worth it. They also spent time researching the issue at no cost to me prior to making that recommendation.

Car wouldn t start. Called Vaughn at Oakmont Garage which was technically closed on Mondays but he answered, drove over to give us a jump, ordered a new battery which we needed (had done prior testing), so we could drive over to Auto Japan. All work done within a few hours. All the while very informative, honest, generous, friendly, professional and timely. Will continue to patronize and would highly recommend!

Auto Japan is the best! I've now spent over $3,000 on my 15 year old Lexus and my 16 year old Honda and I'm HAPPY about it! I doubt anyone else's review can say that. Cars needed work. They knew how to fix it. They knew what didn't NEED to be fixed that other shops said DID. They fixed the problems, were fair, communicative, and always helpful and cordial. Glad to give them my business. And you should too.

I have been taking my car and my wife's car to Vaughn at Auto Japan (formerly Supreme Foreign Auto) for many years now. Vaughn is very professional and his techs are as well. You get the feeling that they really know what they are doing and they very honest. They have a very nice waiting room and very good service. They are always willing to give you a ride or pick you up when needed. Like the first review says "they are not the cheapest in town" but you will never get work you don't need or overcharged, it is worth it you get what you pay for. I highly recommend Auto Japan as a place to get A++ honest and friendly service.

I'm very particular about my vehicles, and I never give reviews unless I have been extremely satisfied our very disappointed. Vaughn thoroughly comunicated with me on my issues and what I wanted with the alighnment. my problem no longer exist on the truck and I am extremely pleased with the overall experience, I Highly recommend Auto Japan.

Joanne was very helpful and informative, job was competed as quoted. Also spoke to a tech over the phone and were kind enough to answer any questions i had. Glad I remembered passing by Auto Japan many times and finally took my Tundra in. Thank you, will return and try to send all imports your way.

I have recommended Auto Japan to numerous people because they are so far above and beyond every other auto repair shop I have ever experienced that it is unbelievable. I have never had them say or do anyting in leass than an honest and professional manner. They call and explain whenever they find something else that needs to be fixed and let you make the choice of how they will proceed. Awesomeness.

I have been taking my Civic to AutoJapan for over 3 years, and have been impressed from the very first visit by their attention to detail, their honesty, and just their sheer knowledge about Japanese cars! I have referred many people to them over the years. This was especially welcome because my previous mechanic was brusque, not very thorough, and I suspected saw me as a cash cow. AutoJapan is the opposite. They are polite and fair. I would recommend to anybody!
