The gentleman who helped me was super nice and professional. I called on Saturday and spoke to someone to set up an appointment today (Monday) and confirmed my previous warranty. I told him my situation, and he even put the new tires aside.The problem I encountered was a false warranty. I purchased my tires in September 2022. It is March 2024, about 15,000 miles later. My tires are at 4/32" (nearing dangerous levels of being bald, which is their recommended replacement range). The Michelin tires I purchased have a 45,000 warranty, and I bought the extended warranty. My tires can not be rotated since they're different sizes, so he said the warranty is cut in half, which is still less than what I drove.I did not receive new tires under warranty, but rather a x2 $78 credit towards the new tires. The Michelins I purchased were about $250 each, and the extended warranty was about an additional $30.I would not recommend purchasing any extended warranty here or trust in their mileage warranty. I just spent $308 towards new tires this morning because I had no choice.

Started my day out pretty crappy discovering I had a flat tire, due to a screw it turned out. I got my donut/spare which was also flat on and drove very slowly there and they were so nice and fixed it and even put air in the spare for me before returning it to its space. I am so thankful they were able to do it on such short notice and they were so fast. Really appreciate it.

I almost never write reviews, but this place is worth it. I got a flat on my way to go camping and had just gotten new tires from a different America s Tire location less than 3 months earlier. I came here and they prorated road hazard coverage on all my tires, and replaced the damaged one, for less than the cost of what it would have been to buy one new tire. The tech then took the time to help me unload everything from the trunk so he could put the spare tire away correctly. Amazing service!

They are very helpful. Lines can be long, so I recommend making an appointment online before going. If you do, you will be out the door much faster than everyone else who just walked in.

Friendly employees and fast turnover of my vehicle. I booked an appointment online so I only had to wait an hour. I will definitely be bringing my business here for any future tire needs.

This Saturday morning I arrived at America's Tire a few moments before they opened to get my two front tires replaced. One was running on fix a flat, the other had to have inflated to the PSI range. I was second in line. When I told the young man who greeted me what I needed, he found a set comparable to the ones I had a a very good price! So, from the time I arrived and the time I left, it was only twenty minutes. This wasn't the first time they have helped me in such a wonderful manner. The first time was when I needed to get to a city that was seventy five miles away and I knew the tires were coming to the end of their lifespans. . I drove up to the shop and explained my plight. The ones they installed were very inexpensive but handled the road wonderfully! Awesome!!!

Friendly fast service. Made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. They did it in 1 hour and it was free! What more can you ask for. I will definitely be using them when it comes time to replace my tires.

After my friend was quoted $600 for two tires from Firestone down the street, I told her she had to go to America s tire, as I ve personally been coming here for a while, and always had great luck. Showed up on a Saturday without an appointment, and they had me and my friend out the door in under 45 minutes. Never felt pressured to spend more than we had to, and they were all pleasant and informative. I wouldn t go anywhere else.

We've always had good experiences here.The prices are fair and the service is friendly. They offer their rotations for free (although the balancing still costs) regardless of whether you bought the tire there or not. At one point I came in with a tire that I didn't even buy there and they repaired it free. Their certificate program is a good way to ensure you're not surprised with unexpected repair and replacement costs.The one time we did have a customer service issue with an ordered part being late the manager reordered a second part at their own cost overnight and provided it to us free.Will be going here for all our tire needs.

Well bought a set of 4 tires. For my Miata. Apparently they don t know about the reverse switch lock out. Basicaly if you try to shift into first while the car is moving the transmission locks to prevent damage. So I m stuck here trying to fix it with no tools. Several employees offered to help one even offers me the tools from his car but the person I assume is the manager(not the manager second in command) told the guy with tools he couldn t help me till he finished his shift.Joe you where Awsome. Random employee who offers me the tools thanks.If anyone wants the photos. I have them car in the air in parking lot using two jacks with. No jack stands. My car. The building the car parked next to me that you can see from under my car.

I have been going here for twenty years or so and it's always stellar. The best workers the best prices fast and easy no hassle thank you so much guys I really appreciate your help everyone who worked on my car that day or who had to deal with me and my mother thank you and I apologize for any inconvenience you may have suffered.

My husband and I have taken our vehicles here numerous times for rotations, balancing, etc. Took my car there this past weekend for the typical balance and rotation. Noted to the tech that checked me in that there was a screw in one of my tires. When it was time to pick up, I asked if they were able to fix the screw. I received hesitancy and a "yes, you're good to go!". Lo and behold, the screw was still in the tire. Walked back in to let them know and had to tell the other technician where exactly the screw was (wasn't hard to miss, was in the middle of the tread). They seemed to have "fixed" the issue but now there has been a slow leak out of the same tire which I'm having a different shop look at. They've usually been great but this last visit left a sour taste in my mouth.

I have been to this store time and time again! All of these people who work at the Cleveland location are amazing! They have always been friendly, prompt and professional. Waited 15 minutes to speak to a representative which was way too long. There was only 1 person at the 3 registers for the first 10 minutes. Then another 10 minutes until they got to the car. Only good thing was they rotated and balanced the tires in about 35 minutes. Saw people waiting for service longer than I did while I was waiting. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have had to bring a car in three times this year because it has sticky tires that like to swallow nails and screws. The first two times, the team quickly got me in a took extra care with my car while they worked on it and got me back on the road within the hour each time. The third time, the screw was in the sidewall and you can't repair that properly. But, before I left they had a new one on order and it was installed on the rim and was ready for me to pickup less than 24 hours later. They are busy, and sometimes there is a line, but I keep having great experiences here, so I'll be coming back again. If you are the kind of person that cares about their car, like a car person, you know, one that gets a little nervous handing they keys over? Well you will be in good hands here.

They did good work on replacing my tire. But when I first came in, I forgot to bring in the tire and for some reason a man with a goatee who was there was hostile and kind of insulted and humiliated me in front of other customers. He asked sarcastically if I had a tire-changing machine at home, which I guess was supposed to be some kind of joke but he didn't say it like it was a joke. Very unpleasant experience, would not go there again.

I have purchased tires for two of my vehicles, and my son even worked here, for a while. Today, I took my wife's car in for wheel balance and rotation, even though they were not purchased, here. They have a feature by which you can watch the progress of the repair, via text. He told me an hour and a half. Thirty minutes later, they were complete (this is not the norm, as they are frequently super busy). Furthermore - they did not charge me!

I've always known this is the BEST tire place and that proves true for all of my experiences here but yesterday and today were very special. Yesterday they were very busy when I came in and they said I could leave my car and it would be an hour and a half or I could bring it back today at 8 AM when they open and it will only take about 15 minutes. It is only 10 minutes this morning and everybody went the extra mile to give extra great customer service!!!!

These guys are super friendly and efficient on the work they do. Reason for 3 stars is some of their technician stripped 2 of my vehicles lug nut studs. However, the business was willing to pay for the damages. It was just a hassle as it happened over the weekend and the shop that they recommended me to get it fixed wasn t open until Tuesday. Americas tire please remind your technicians on how to properly install lug luts. Issue like mine could have been avoided. Other than that , this place is great to do business with.

Was looking for some affordable tires and I was blown away at the deals I found here compared to other competitors! They carry very reputable brands as well & the website was super easy to navigate. I came in today about 30 minutes before closing time and this place was still bustling which is either a bad or good sign. Lucky for me, it was the latter. I was greeted by Jesse as soon as I walked in the door and he was very happy to help, however he was honest with me in telling me that he was short on time so was limited in what services he could do. I told him I was just here to buy tires only without installation and I pulled up the tires I wanted on their website. It said there was 4 available at the store, but he still went the extra mile to verify that they were indeed in stock before selling them to us, which I highly appreciated. He also gave us an in depth explanation on how the warranty worked which was fairly priced and well worth. The waiting area looked clean too. Long story short, I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and left with a smile. Thank you Jesse for the honest and friendly service! We will back and will be referring friends and family over here.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars. They gave me a great deal. I will still come back here gladly. I was a walk in, not an appointment. They said that it would be 2 hours max. I informed them that was fine but if it was more than two hours to call me since I had to pick some people up and would need to make other arrangements if my vehicle want done. Can back from shopping at the mall two hours later and my vehicle wasn't even started. I was pretty frustrated that they didn't give me a heads up. Other than this everyone was polite, my work was done well and overall I am happy.

I ve been here three times this week and yes these guys are busy! Even made an honest mistake and ordered the wrong tires for me. No big deal and everyone was super understanding. However every time I was there I ve gotten to listen to Jesus argue with customers and tell them all the things he can t do for them. It was very frustrating for the customers that got stuck with him as he just seemed to make every transaction more complicated than it needed to be.
